ZoomCar service is the worst option to go for. They aren’t reachable when the customers need someone to be answerable for their money related queries. They only know how to steal from people and don’t bother to refund the money. I’d highly advise not to use this car rental service.
I haven’t received my refund for more than a month now, its been 40 days now and still I haven’t received my money. If I call customer care people, they act like jerks and don’t give any legitimate resolution. They are highly trained on telling lies to the customers & behave so unprofessional, it feels like talking to some roadside uneducated hooligans.
Its useless to talk to such jerks, it would be better to switch to some better car rental providers, Driveazy is way too better than ZoomCar.

Hi Zoomcar team,
I booked POLO(Petrol) with Booking ID: JPS6N16AP, Booked for Date: 24th May.
Its so ridiculous to see that I can still receive promotions from you guys to book cars through Zoomcar but when I called your customer care team for refunds, every time you guys made a lame excuse of Corona situation, for not refunding my money. Now it's exactly been 3 months. You should feel ashamed of yourself for robbing customers even during such tough times of National Crisis.

Is it going to take another couple of months to check for the refund status? Its almost been a month.
Then I'm sure, you will take this whole year for processing the refund.
Is that how you provide service and does it take ages to work on the bookings done by the customers?

Apparently ZOOMCAR team is least bothered about the refunds, they are busy stealing from new customers and try to befool them.
Does it take 5 months to refund the customers money?
You guys are disgusting and ridiculous to the core.

    I have booked a car at 16 june 2020 and i cancelled it i have waited for 15 days i have tried to contact them but not please refund my money

      I have cancelled my booking on 30th May...still I didn't get the refund amount...and tried to contact zoom car customer care no response and multiple email sent... didn't even get single response on my refund...what the hell they are doing...don't know...it's almost 40k with them...it's very annoying thing zoom car...

        Two bookings were made (one completed, the other cancelled) by me in May 2020 for which I am yet to receive refund totalling ₹8, 666/-.

        Whenever I speak with zoomcar support, they say that they have a technical issue with the banking. During my last call, zoomcar support assured to have the refund cleared by end of June.

        I am yet to receive the amount and am also not receiving any response to tickets raised through their software or requests for callbacks. It's not been over a month since I made the payment.

        Terrible service. Will move ahead with legal action if the issue is not resolved asap.

          Pls never use zoom services as they are cheaters. I have not received my cancellation refund plus my petrol expenses and my refundable deposit. Its been almost 30 days now. If you email them they never respond to our emails. If we try calling them it's not a toll free service too for each call they charge about 3rs that for 40 seconds. I have lost around 100rs till now. One more thing each time when i somehow connect with them they say a date for refund but i have not receive the refund yet.

          My total money which is pending for refund is around 15500 rs.

            I booked for the zoom car with security deposit of rs 2999 on 20th may. Car has been handed over safely on the same day.

            I have made repeated calls to refund the deposit amount to zoom car and there is no response from them.

            I have sent a email request to them also for which there is no response yet.

            It is almost 45 days and security deposit is not refunded and as per the website it says it will be refunded within 3 to 7 days.

            They are utilizing the customer security deposit amount for some other purpose.

            Please do take necessary action on them.

              Made a booking on month of may'20 last week for 6-7 june but i cancelled booking on 30th may'20. But still my amount is not refunded & when i called to customer support no one is updating the refund status & they updated me that you will get your refund on or before 30th june'20. Still amount is not credited to my account & it's still pending from their side. Already 01 month completed but still my amount not refunded yet.

                I booked a zoomcar on the 15th of feb, 2020 for using the vehicle between 24th may 2020 till 27th may, 2020. My booking id is: jps6noaoi. I cancelled the booking on 25th april, 2020 as it was not sensible to travel because of corona virus situation followed by a lock-down. As per the company's message the refund of rs 15, 898.0 was supposed to reflect in my account by the 28th april, 2020. It has been more than 2 months and still i am chasing my refund which has not been credited till now. Every time i call up the company, they stall me by giving a lame excuse followed by a new deadline for refund which is not followed. Even tweeting their ceo never helped. This is highly unprofessional on zoomcar's front. I request you to take a very strong action against zoom car and please help me to get my refund.

                  I have booked a car for june 3, 2020. After my ride was over they told that my refund will be deposited in a week.
                  After a week i called them and they told because of covid-19 issue i'll take an another week. Then after a week i called them and they told it will be initiated by next week. It has been almost a month (27 days) from the booked date. Booking id:jps6ny3qx

                    I'm pushpendra sharma from indore, i had book a car on 21/05/2020, with amount of rs.20080/-. That, i have cancelled the booking because the lockdown e-paas has not been issued for me due to covid-19, now it has been one and half month complete of the cancellation of my booking but the refund of amounting to rs.20080/- (Twenty thousand eighty) still not received nor any response received by the zoom car.
                    I am requesting you to take action against the company.

                        I had cancelled my booking on 16th May 2020 and despite multiple calls to their customer care zoomcar has not refunded my booking amount that was paid through card. Its more thn 1.5 months and their policy states refund within 5-7 working days. During lockdown not a single day zoomcar has stopped fresh bookings then why delay in refunds. They are sitting on customer’s money. Request please look into this

                        Kindly note on 29th June 2020 I was told by Mr. Mahesh (customer care executive) that I will be given a link for bank details within 24 hours and payment will be made immediately with bank transfer. However, pls note no email has been given, neither any transfer. I again called zoomcar customer care yesterday, the gentleman told me that respective team will get in touch but no one has called or resolved the case.

                        Short point is I am following up rigorously since 1.5 months but zoomcar is not refunding my money that I paid them months back. Pls refund the amount ASAP

                          I had completed my last trip on 2nd june 2020. I paid inclusive of deposit amount Rs 3000. But still I haven't received any refunds from them. I have booked my complaint more than thrice a times, but no reply!.. They said me that zoomcar is settling the respective refunds after 9th june one by one. Todays date is 29th june, I haven't received any information from them. Take any action against this problem and releave from it.

                          They called me through this mobile number (9513496101). But there is some network issues, and I couldn't get that information from them. They said that zoomcar will send an sms to my mobile number, and redirected to payment asking page. But they didn't send any sms to me. I called back to the same number and thay didn't pick the phone. I couldn't understand what is happening in that company?

                            I had made a booking with zoom car on 30th may. And the same i had cancelled on 1st june 2020.
                            Zoom car application shows me refund amount pending is rs - 2683/- but after 29 days we have not received a single penny from zoom car.
                            They don't have any customer support. They don't have any call center support.. Every time i lodge a complaint they revert me that they need 7 days time..
                            Now its more than 3 week but the issue is still same.
                            I was frustrated due to the poor service given by zoom car.

                              I made a payment of 5479/- and in that 3980 are charges and 1499/- as security deposit.

                              At the time of vehicle handover fuel was just 2 points and we made tank full (Paid 2020/-)

                              As we booked zoom car, due to breakdown we faced lot of challenges on the road. We are around 120km from hyd but zoom were not able to provide any breakdown support zoom should think about this.

                              As discussed at the time of breakdown zoom car representative informed they refund my full money in very less time but till today after many followups i received only 1499/- security deposit.

                              We booked car 04-jun-2020 till today no proper response i am keep on trying to reach customer support but no use.

                              there is no action or call till today on this ...frustrated on zoom car support people...
                              Zoom car support is really worst from many days I am following up but no response yet

                                I have made two bookings in june. One was booked for 5th june 2020 but due to unavoidable circumstances, i cancelled it on 4th june. Second booking

                                  Not refunded the deposit amount

                                  I've booked car in zoom car on march 05/2020.
                                  I've paid 3924 as deposit and they mentioned the same has been refunded. It's been 60+days still no refund showed up
                                  I've contacted state bank too they don't see any refund from zoom car. I've dropped mail multiple times regarding this almost 50to70 emails no one get back to me.
