My refund is pending from past one month. My booking id is jps6nym7t no update on my refund since 31days. I was supposed to get a refund of rs.4499/- i ccall many time and the cc executives say that they have a technical issue and the amount can be transfer 30.05.20 but still refund is pending

    I have booked a zoomcar on 30th May 2020, Booking ID (JPS6NY3QT) which was cancelled on 31 May 2020 but the refund is not processed till date (1 July 2020).
    While I tried reaching customer care many times, they responded by saying that there is some bank issue on their side due to which refund is pending and gave assurance that it will be processed within 1-2 weeks. But its more than a month now and the resolution is not provided.

      Hi I booked a car in zoomcar for a week and paid full amount but due to covid situation I have to cancel my booking, still I haven't got my refund money back.. Same happened to my brother as well he also didn't get his refund for almost 45 days after cancellation.

      Tried reaching support but no luck.. Just computer voice. But I am getting calls from zoomcar for ZAP subscription.

          I booked Zoomcar on 30th may and returned back on 31st may, its been more then 15 days I haven't received my security refund back .
          I have raised complaint by calling on the customer care number, still there is no response from them as of now.

              Looks like there are no one to resolve the issue they have in their system.

              I travelled on may4th and it's 1 july 2020... I have not yet recieved the refund.

              These seems like there are even people who do not answer the call and block my number when j ask for refund.

              This is the pathetic service and i am sure that in future i am not gonna use this service anymore if i don't get refund in next 1 week.

                I had booked a zoom car on 20th may 2020 i haven't received the refund yet. Its been 1 and half month now i have been contacting zoom car support several times and always the executives give reasons and extend the refund date for next 2 weeks. I am really frustrated by the service of zoom car. Now that while i contact zoom car customer care the option to speak to the agents on refund has been removed. I really need help to get my refund.

                  I had multiple bookings (3 bookings) during the period from may 27th till june 30th 2020. One successful booking and three cancellations due to unprecedented lockdown.
                  Booking id's & refund amount - jps6n5cn9 - rs 2995 ; jps6npwzp - rs 999; jps6nykog - rs 8185 ;jps6nyqgi - rs. 1869.

                  Reaching customer care is a nightmare over and above that if at you were able to connect with them the only answer i would get is 'there is a problem and we are planning to rectify and we shall credit back your amount in another two weeks. Its been a month now and still they are responding the same manner. Seriously i have my doubts on their future business model.
                  Credit back my hard earned money.. This is illegal way of cashifying the amount and putting your customers in deep trouble.

                    I had booked a car on 25th of may 2020, they cancelled it on 26th midnight, and then informed me, that it cannot be delivered. Further they said i would be receiving the refund within 3 days, it has been more than one month.
                    I tried reaching them several times, each time they say they will refund next week. Such a worst, disgusting and pathetic service i have not seen till now.

                      We have booked the zoom car on 11th june 2020, for one day, by paying 3983 which includes security deposit of 2999 as per the communication message from zoom car we were supposed to receive the refund on next day itself that's on 12/06/2020, but it's been almost 21 days we haven't received any refund,
                      If we try to reach customer care none there executives responding,

                          ZoomCar service is the worst option to go for. They aren’t reachable when the customers need someone to be answerable for their money related queries. They only know how to steal from people and don’t bother to refund the money. I’d highly advise not to use this car rental service.
                          I haven’t received my refund for more than a month now, its been 40 days now and still I haven’t received my money. If I call customer care people, they act like jerks and don’t give any legitimate resolution. They are highly trained on telling lies to the customers & behave so unprofessional, it feels like talking to some roadside uneducated hooligans.
                          Its useless to talk to such jerks, it would be better to switch to some better car rental providers, Driveazy is way too better than ZoomCar.

                          I booked POLO(Petrol) with Booking ID: JPS6N16AP, Booked for Date: 24th May.
                          Its so ridiculous to see that I can still receive promotions from you guys to book cars through Zoomcar but when I called your customer care team for refunds, every time you guys made a lame excuse of Corona situation, for not refunding my money. Now it's exactly been 3 months. You should feel ashamed of yourself for robbing customers even during such tough times of National Crisis.

                                Two bookings were made (one completed, the other cancelled) by me in May 2020 for which I am yet to receive refund totalling ₹8, 666/-.

                                Whenever I speak with zoomcar support, they say that they have a technical issue with the banking. During my last call, zoomcar support assured to have the refund cleared by end of June.

                                I am yet to receive the amount and am also not receiving any response to tickets raised through their software or requests for callbacks. It's not been over a month since I made the payment.

                                Terrible service. Will move ahead with legal action if the issue is not resolved asap.

                                  Pls never use zoom services as they are cheaters. I have not received my cancellation refund plus my petrol expenses and my refundable deposit. Its been almost 30 days now. If you email them they never respond to our emails. If we try calling them it's not a toll free service too for each call they charge about 3rs that for 40 seconds. I have lost around 100rs till now. One more thing each time when i somehow connect with them they say a date for refund but i have not receive the refund yet.

                                  My total money which is pending for refund is around 15500 rs.

                                    I booked for the zoom car with security deposit of rs 2999 on 20th may. Car has been handed over safely on the same day.

                                    I have made repeated calls to refund the deposit amount to zoom car and there is no response from them.

                                    I have sent a email request to them also for which there is no response yet.

                                    It is almost 45 days and security deposit is not refunded and as per the website it says it will be refunded within 3 to 7 days.

                                    They are utilizing the customer security deposit amount for some other purpose.

                                    Please do take necessary action on them.

                                        I booked a zoomcar on the 15th of feb, 2020 for using the vehicle between 24th may 2020 till 27th may, 2020. My booking id is: jps6noaoi. I cancelled the booking on 25th april, 2020 as it was not sensible to travel because of corona virus situation followed by a lock-down. As per the company's message the refund of rs 15, 898.0 was supposed to reflect in my account by the 28th april, 2020. It has been more than 2 months and still i am chasing my refund which has not been credited till now. Every time i call up the company, they stall me by giving a lame excuse followed by a new deadline for refund which is not followed. Even tweeting their ceo never helped. This is highly unprofessional on zoomcar's front. I request you to take a very strong action against zoom car and please help me to get my refund.
