Date of the incident : 22 may - 15 may 2020.

I booked a zoom car for the above 3 days. I paid inr 8, 242 as an advance. On my return, i received information from zoom that the total cost of the trip is inr 6, 585.
I was supposed to get a refund of inr1, 657 within 7 days. This refund amount is showing up on their app and it continues to show as refund not paid.
I have called them many times, sent many emails.
They just do not respond!!!
Please help me recover this amount.

All other zoomcar operations are happening seamlessly from advertisement, new packages, marketing and deducting booking amount, fines, cancellation charges etc (within fraction of second ).
But when it comes to refunding money zoomcar is overloaded with unprecedented covid-19 situation.
You are just eating interest of people's refund money. If you delay beyond your policy time(5-7days, max 15days due to covid-19), you should pay interest on the refund amount to customers.
