My booking id is jps6non98, and the refund amount of rs.17451 is pending from the last two months. I have sent multiple emails to zoom car and they don't even bother to respond. Highly disappointed with this service, and if this continues, then i would most probably not use zoom car in the future. Kindly refund my money immediately.

I have been following up for my refund against booking number jps6non98 which was cancelled almost 6 months back now. Zoomcar is not responding. This is pathetic as my hard earned money is blocked by this group. Kindly refund my money immediately.

    Completed my trip on 29 may 2020 and i till now i haven’t received me security refund amount back. The policy say that amount will be reflected upto 4-5 days and its 35th day. Worst service i have ever seen. I dont know why it takes too long for refunding amount. Very poor experience. I have email them many times but they are not providing me any resonable response.

      Have completed my trip on 29 May 2020 and i till now haven’t received me security refund amount back. The policy say that amount will be reflected upto 15 days and its more than a month now. Worst service i have ever seen. I dont know why it takes too long for refunding amount. Very poor experience. I have email them many times but they are not providing me any resonable response.

        Booking id - jps6n5gyj booked on 3rd july 2020, the booking was done using the link - https://www.zoomcar.com/zoom-hop-one-way-travel, after entering the pick up point it asked for i want to drop my car in a different city t toggle button) means yes or no i selected no. And completed the booking.

        There is a form available one way booking assistance where its written " to ensure your travel is hassle free after you made a one way booking please fill the in the form, once you submitted we will get back to you

        After filling the form with all the details asked and it was successfully submitted.

        The booking was done three days before the pickup, and filled the form twice and i never received any call.

        While pickup i asked the person who gave me the keys regarding the one way booking he said yes you can drop at different location.

        It was a nightmare for me when i tried to end the booking after reaching my destination.

        I tried contacting the cs call went on waiting till 20 minutes and later disconnected and received a call from agent gowtham who was very unprofessional and said you need to drop the car at the pickup location, he even dint understand my query that it was a one ay booking. The agent sharply denied the booking and annotated that due to some emergrncy i had to drop the car at the different location and agreed to pay the late fees charges etc.

        For two hours i strugled with the agents to get my issue resolved, was getting late for my flight and cant leave the car unattended. I requested the agents to assist to lock the car, as the auto lock feature was being disabled by gowtham.in my last try i asked one lady to secure the car at first place and end the trip and then later on can discuss on the policies.

        Now with the trip continue to be running i boarded my flight. Again early morning after landing again called cs to get the update yukti responded to the call, i tried to make her understand my issue, she kept me on waiting for 10 minutes to read the polies and the one way booking page. After 20 she told not sure about this and she gave me the no [protected] to call and the concern team will assist. I guess this is the same customer care no which i dialed to get in contact with her few minutes back.

        Again i called at 1 pm to inquire about the yukti received and she said that previous agent has mentioned that you were in emergency and leaving the car at different place.

        After continuos calls to cs, my trip was ended in the evening with delayed chanrges of rs 7720

        Dint expect this from zoomcar, in first place not clear with their policies and the content available in the interface. Agents totally unwilling to understand the and annotating whatever they wish on the case.

        Where as revv is very crystal clear with content and a hassle free booking can be done.

        Its my lifetime experience with zoomcar, i curse myself for not choosing revv.

        Now zoomcar is very active to get the looot amount, sending me texts to clear the dues, also they will now start calling me several times to clear the amount.

        I need escalation team work on this case, as to pay the outstanding is not possible for me. Its a lag from the zoomcar which failed to keep their content clear and easy to understand, no support from the team, misleading and confusing information in the content as well as the agents share the same misleading information.

          Booking ID : JPS6NYH1M on 29.05.2020 i book a baleno car for 1st june. my booking time wass 3:00pm i got a call on 2pm and they tols they have a document issue with the car therefore we will arrange a POLO car, so i cancelled that booking and then till today that is 04.07.2020 there is no refund nothing i have pain 4500rs and sitting and waiting for my money to reflect to my bank account, what to do zoomcar you only tell in this lock-down situation...

              Hi,
              I made two bookings with zoom car, one on 23rd may (Jps6n1937) and the other on 17th june (Jps6nygiy). I completed the former booking, but cancelled the latter one. As per the zoom car policy refund has to be credited within 7-10 days. I contacted the customer care support many times and they are pathetic. Its ridiculous that i haven't received my refund even after a month. I want suitable compensation from zoom car.

                  Jps6np28a for my booking id i have not received the refundable deposit of 3000 after about a month. I had cancelled the booking so never really used the car. Infact havent even seen the car, so there is no reason to delay processing my refund. On reading reviews it turns out they have been sitting on a lot of refunds. Seems like the company is trying to collect a lot of cash and then close down. We need to take legal action against such fraudulent activities before more unsuspecting individuals fall victim to these scams

                    I had a booking with Zoom cars (Booking date;26/May/2020) and I cancelled the same on 19th May 2020.
                    I paid Rs;6038/- for by booking and as per the cancellation policy Zoom car supposed to charge me Rs;200 as cancellation fee and the remaining amount of Rs;5838/- need to be initiated for refund.
                    But its really disappointing that I didn't get the refund mount even after 45 days of my cancellation !
                    I have tried reaching the supporting team for many times over call and emails, but zoom car is not at all looking into it and they are not giving any singe response for our queries .
                    Its really worst service I have ever seen and its evident from the internet & social media that Zoom cars are cheating many people like this without initiating refund payment.

                      Please be informed I booked car from Zoom car with booking Id JPS6NPE5I on 19th june 2020. My refund needs to come with in 3-5 working days however it didn't came and even I mailed them 7-8 times for the concern but they didn't even bother to contact me or get in touch.

                      I personally complaint also one of their sales manager Vivek gautam he said he will look into this but still no response from his end also from last 3 days. I mailed him also thrice they are harrassing me in this covid19 situtaion when everyone is in need to money and they are not bother to give my hard earned money after 15 days also.

                      I have my parents and grandmother to lookafter and my father and grandmother is on bed they are ill I am already very dipressed and they harrased me mentally as I am in need of money and after requestin so many times they did bother to upadte me.

                          It's been more than 20 days I am chasing Zoomcar for refund but company neither answering my calls (Never land to there customer care number despite remain online for more than 30 minutes).

                          Nor relying to dispute i raised multiple time on there website. seem like company is not interested to refund the money despite they have cancelled the vehicle I moved.

                                  I had booked endeavour for our trip between 19-23 jun in feb but due to covid pandemic i cancelled my time well before by 8 may 2020. Now the refund of 17, 710₹ is pending from zoom car and now it’s been 2 months since.
                                  If they have even small amount they call us many time but my huge amount is pending for refund. I had complaint for it many times but still no processing.
                                  They are not even picking up my calls and not answering mails i sent.
                                  Please let me know how to counter them legally and ask for compensation.

                                    I have cancelled my booking:
                                    Booking id # jps6no4j4 - refundable amount - rs.10, 346
                                    Booking id # jps6n8s39 - refundable amount - rs. 2, 426

                                    These bookings were cancelled on april 1st, 2020 and it is already three times that i have contacted customer support with everytime getting to hear the refund will be processed in 2 weeks. It is more than 3 months now, this is really very disappointing and un-professional service.

                                    For how long zoomcar is going to paste covid-19 reason??
                                    All other zoomcar operations are happening seamlessly from advertisement, new packages, marketing and deducting booking amount, fines, cancellation charges etc (within fraction of second ).
                                    But when it comes to refunding money zoomcar is overloaded with unprecedented covid-19 situation.
                                    You are just eating interest of people's refund money. If you delay beyond your policy time(5-7days, max 15days due to covid-19), you should pay interest on the refund amount to customers.

                                        I have booked a zoomcar on june 1st with id:jps6nyuqx, till today i didn't get my refund. It is more than a month. Tried calling number of times, said 15 times but again it's more than a month. You people are fraud. Cheater to the next level.
