I am unhappy with the experience I had yesterday with your staff (booking JPS64J8H6). He was unprofessional, mannerless and dnt had common sense. I dnt board the cab because of his behaviour yet i have been charged for it...
There was a function in my home and I had booked for it. The amount of inconvenience and time i had to re-invest in arranging the cab on this important day of mine is something Zoom Team cannot pay.. I am always concerned about customer service but he was so cheap and disgusting... I have been a good customer and always been a promoter.. Zoom Car have not only lost one customer but all of them whom I used to suggest about it... #ZoomCar #Dissatisfied_customer.

    i want complain regarding the car condition of the trip i had from 04/07/2018 to 06/072018 from ahmedabad. (ID:JPS64IIDD)I feel i m fooled by Zoom Car after paying so much i had one of the worst experience ever. \\nInterior & exterior of the car Tata Tiago car no.MH43BG6903 WAS IN THE WORST CONDITION & THE AC OF THE CAR WAS NOT ATALL WORKING & there was so much noise coming from the car, as per your clam you give full tank of petrol/diesel at the start of the trip but when i picked the car it was not even 30%filled & i had to go to petrol pump & had to put with my money which is wrong as you take the money in advance for the same, as i m your regular customer have not expected this type of service.Sir if you are going to continue with this type of service will have to sift to other company, i think because of your so bad service you should refund my hard earned money back \\nI am attaching all the pic & video i have taken n sending it to you

      I have been a zoom car customer for more then 1 year. Recently I completed one drive with booking id JPS64I4HD. After finishing the ride I got a message claiming 2500 rupees for crossing 125 KMPH for once in a 7 hour drive. They never informed about the same during booking nor did they have any mechanism inside the car giving me warning about speed restrictions. My avg speed would not be more then 70 KMPH.

      Bottom line is hiding information and charging customers for hidden clause is entirely unethical practice. Moreover their cars are filthy and out of proper maintenance. I have decided not to pay this extra charge and I want an apology for the trouble caused to me by this organization by repeated calls claiming the unjustified money.

      I appreciate your response but I don't agree with the resolution. With this I have come to the understanding that if hiding information and trapping customers in paying unjustified money is your policy then I am ready to chalange the same. Let the Indian Court decide who is right. I will do this, cause if I don't, you will keep on looting common man.

        Zoomcar charged me 734 rs for 1hr its not fair. Though i tried to extend my booking from my side but its not working and customer told me that this car must be booked by someone else so cant they keep some gap between two bokings of same car. This is not ok must see through it. How can any selfdrive rental service can charge 734 rs for 1 hr. They told me that 300 rs will be charged and extra hr charge. They charged me 450 rs instead of 300 late fine and hr charges extra. They are making fool nowadays

        Based on the escalation raised we did check on the charges levied on the booking.

        As the vehicle was not available for an extension you were unable to do the same. The vehicle was dropped off one hour late, hence, you have been charged for the same.

        We regret we will not be able to do much in this regard.

          I made a payment of inr 13, 760 for booking swift car for 3 days from 13th july to 16th july. The balance has been deducted from my account but zoom car didn't give any intimation whatsoever regarding successful booking of the car and i can't see any cars under 'my bookings' section as well. It simply says you've not booked any car yet. I tried calling their customer care but to no use, ther wasn't any ivr option to talk to the customer care unless they can detect any booking on your registered number.

          Highly upset about it, zoomcar should live upto its reputation!

            If once i start trip n after that i want to end the trip then it does not happens. I had tried to end trip by clicked on end trip option even i park it on station but trip had not end. I already lost my money from my paytm account as it linked with pedl.

            I asked zoomcar pedl to end my trip because i was not able to end. So zoomcar ended the trip and promissed to reimburse my 92Rs but I did not recived any reimburse amount.

              Zoom car — not able to end my cycle ride

              Hi, i have unlocked my cycle from saltlake sec-v kolakata 700091
              After unlocking the cycle i realized the cycleis not unlock since10 mints when i was trying to end my trip i got an error saying take your cycle to another active statioe. I wasn't able to do that as the cycle is chain locked. The trip got ended aftr 2 hrs and 15rs got deducted without any reasn. Please look after my problm

                My friend registered his mail to my driving licence.. I want to cancel that in his account and add it to my account or i want to change the gmail... He took the car with my driving licence and went for a ride if this happens continues it will put affect my driving licence... They didn't check that whether the person who is taking car is having driving licence or not. But the point is i want to delete the driving licence in his account (Gmail) and add to mine

                Rs.18 debited from PayTM for a ride of 47 minutes.

                Why there is no way to raise a concern in APP or website.This is annoying.

                  They didn't provide proper stepney with car which is their responsibility as we had paid for the booking as a customer. When it broke down the tyre got flat and stepney was also punctured we suffered a alot as at that place in matheran there were no repair shop open and we got late 3 hrs for which they are charging us extra amount. As a customer we want at least half if the breakdown amount that we paid as its their responsibility to provide stepney in car.

                    The way you have handled this case ins highly unprofessional. First of all there was no accident. Even the person who has received the car also came to the conclusion that they car might have been hit while it was parked. I have been charged for the repair of the frame, fendor, bonnet and i dont know what not. All these damage has happened with not a single scratch on the car. I have been framed by zoom car.

                    Still i was patient enough and co operating with the team for finding what exactly happened. I spoke to many people with different name over the phone and they all told me they will get back to me but no one did. Eventually i receive a mail for legal notice. You people claim that they called me on specific day. Which can be true and i might not have responded due to any circumstances. But do you know how many times i have called zoom car. There was no response.

                    I have chat messages where they inform me that they will get back to me. Now a new lady calls me who do not have any idea of the background and tells me to make the payment to avoid legal action. I guess this harassment you can do with common man only.

                    Anyways. I have made the payment. It was really painful to give away hard earned money like that for no reason. Its just my bad luck that i do not have any proof against you.

                      I took the service from zoom car on 2nd july 2018. It was a pathetic service i have ever scene in my entire travelling across india. This was the first and last time when i took the service from zoom cars. While coming back to the city from nandi hills it broke down and it has burning smell from the car and there was a water leakage as well. Earlier we thought it could be because of the rain but it was not. I called the so called support which was not helpful at all. I wasted my 4 hours sitting on the cab and that too when the sun was top of my head. They kept on transferring the call from one to another and it took 4 hours to toe the vehicle from the place. We were 4 people in the cab and out of them 2 were girls and we were in the middle of the highway. No water no food and ultimately we got late for the office and left a very important meeting. I do not know what kind of service they provide to their custoemers and who is going to pay for the amount of that cab we booked from our place and the time we spent on the car. At the end the service desk they never called and we were following up on the query. Pathetic service support and truely a time waste using your services.

                        Almost all the cycles of pedl station at JTRI VINEET KHAND LUCKNOW needs regular maintenance and most of the occasion UNLOCKING cycles gives trouble even amount is deducted o[censored]nlocked cycles.                           I had booked swift on 29th june for 3rd july and also booked my hotels as per the plan but on 2nd july company called me for car cancellation because there some issue with this car such as maintenance, but what we do about this because zoomcar spoil our whole plan and how do i get my hotels cancellation money?
                          If i don't get the swift car as per my pre booking plan then i take the accessory action about it, i can't tolerate this type of issue.

                              Against this booking i have an charged an outstanding amount of 2200.

                              This car was picked up on saturday and returned back in 2 hrs to the same location as it was unfit to drive. A full refund was authorised by divankar who is the supervisor for the breakdown and accident team.

                              I booked a car today for pick up ac 12:30am and the outsbadiny shows up on my account at 12:

                              Spoke to several agents one of them is prashant (Csa. Now) asked for supervisor to call me back/ he said one hour wait (It’s 12:30 now time for my pickup) but i have the wait for my call.

                              2:38 i call customer support back and they give the call to a floor supervisor. The same prashant, who was a agent has now become a supervisors and is taking the call.

                              When he was an agent he tells me that i have to pay 2200 because then provided a services

                              Then he confirms that the service wa shot provided but i still have to pay or wait for 24-48hrs for some one to call me back. And during this wait time i will not have access to any other car including the on going trips.

                              The whole call is recorded and also sent to my legal advisor.

                              This is fraud!

                              I need divankar to any hired employee under the serving title of a manager in papers to call me:

                              All’s kkndlh figure out the compensation for this. Have attached the recoded call

                              I apolofise for the profanity at yhe end of the call

                                Had started a trip using pedl cycle service in pune city, from the business hub, kothrud. Wanted to end it at a pedl point but the message popped that parking is full. Whereas i had nothing to do with this, but still i had to waste my precious time waiting for a spot to get empty and that couldn't happen, so took the cycle to other place and paid for unnecessary 3 hours. To get the cycle back to pedl point, had to leave my work in between and even then the trip didnt end for 30 minutes and my money got deducted 4 times additionally.

                                Now it is showing ended, and additional than required amount got deducted from my paytm wallet. I request you to refund the same looking at the merit of the event.

                                More over, even after ending the trip, i havent received the confirmation and its still showing as live trip in the app.

                                Kindly look into the matter and expedite the refund process.

                                  If once i start trip n after that i want to end the trip then it does not happens. I had tried to end trip by clicked on end trip option even i park it on station but trip had not end. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. I already lost my money from my paytm account as it linked with pedl.

                                    It was my first booking with zoom car, with lot of confusion i have booked a car for 1st of july but it was auto adjusted to july 2 after payment. When i asked to modify the same, they informed that cars booked in offers can't be modified or cancelled.

                                    When i had asked them that cancelation policy was not mentioned anywhere the executive told me it's my responsibility to go through entire polices before booking & it not their responsibility to show cancelation policies.

                                    Even the response time through email is horribly slow. It is my first experience and the worst experience. Hope i should never get a need to try zoom car again.

                                      I parked my cycle to the drop station and locked my cycle and ended the trip but the trip doesn’t ended till now. And before booking i was deducted 3 rs but cycle was not unlocked and now this issue it’s charging me alot. Please see this issue asap and refund my money. And i couldn’t find your customer care support on any media. If your service is 24 hours then you should have 24hours customer care center as well. Or make ur cycle a good repair.

                                        I booked zoomcar pedl cycle today. I was able to unlock it easily. But now i cannot end my trip. I have tried to end the trip many times now. Still i am unable to end it. Money is getting deducted from my paytm account. Please look into this issue asap. I tried contacting the customer support on zoomcar app. But still the issue is not solved. They haven't responded with the solution. Please solve this issue asap.
