Had started a trip using pedl cycle service in pune city, from the business hub, kothrud. Wanted to end it at a pedl point but the message popped that parking is full. Whereas i had nothing to do with this, but still i had to waste my precious time waiting for a spot to get empty and that couldn't happen, so took the cycle to other place and paid for unnecessary 3 hours. To get the cycle back to pedl point, had to leave my work in between and even then the trip didnt end for 30 minutes and my money got deducted 4 times additionally.
Now it is showing ended, and additional than required amount got deducted from my paytm wallet. I request you to refund the same looking at the merit of the event.
More over, even after ending the trip, i havent received the confirmation and its still showing as live trip in the app.
Kindly look into the matter and expedite the refund process.

I appreciate your response but I don't agree with the resolution. With this I have come to the understanding that if hiding information and trapping customers in paying unjustified money is your policy then I am ready to chalange the same. Let the Indian Court decide who is right. I will do this, cause if I don't, you will keep on looting common man.
