They are asking for payment of 165 Rs.of rented cycle which I have tried to unlock. On mobile app it was showing that cycle is unlocked successfully but in real the bicycle was locked I tried 4 times to unlock but it won't work when on mobile I was trying to end the trip it was also not working so directly I uninstalled that zoomcar app and leaved that cycle. That whole day and till today's morning cycle was on it's place olny in locked position. I haven't used that cycle and now they are asking for 165 RS.

I already Lock the bicycle nearby cycle station by using around 15 minutes than also receiving continuously messages to end trip and Rs 15 is deducted from paytm also for same trip and now also receiving messages for outstation charges. Showing continuous outstanding . please help

    I booked car on 7th July 2018 and mistake while taking reverse the car I made a scratch of approx 3-4 mm and for that they charged me 1500 Rs which is completely inappropriate.
    Customer care told me that the person there said 1500 and we've charged that.
    I'm lucky that I've deposited only 1500 or they would have charged me that higher amount
    They are denying to refund me

      Hi Team,

      I'm Manikanta.
      Account: [protected].

      To day morning I have loaded Pedl wallet with 55 rupees through Paytm and tried booking a cycle.

      The trip has not been either ending up or unlocking the cycle from the time I scanned QR code.12 rupees has been deducted from my wallet after few hours I have delinked paytm from wallet. I got an SMS from pedel stating that, pls pay an outstanding amount of 51 rupees by visiting our office.

      Not only me there were so many people who are complaining about this issue. Very bad thing is that don't even have customer care number.

      I have attached a few screen shots for Ur reference.

      Also, the offer is ₹3 for 30 minutes but it is getting deducting more than ₹3 per 30 minutes??. Required clarification on this!.

      Pls refund the amount that has been deducted from my wallet and resolve this kind of problem permenantly.

        I booked a cycle 3226925 stationed at my home location & used it for around 10 min but unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message.           Today I have started the pedal cycle trip but unfortunately at the end of the trip I could not able to end the cycle trip. I have locked the cycle and tried so many times to end trip but I could not able to do that. so I request you to please do it immediately this is my second time when I am registering complaint about same cycle.

          I don't know why your message service says that the lock the cycle but I have already locked cycle and so many times I have tried to end cycle trip but it did not happend, so I am completing about your service

            I rented a cycle from pedl .I started the ride and went to certain distance and rode back to the pedl stattion Indira canteen near paradise biriyani hotel.I was trying to end the trip .but at each and every attempt I failed in it .on top of it my cash is being aldredy being deduducted and the meters show I rode for 2 hrs. Please end my trip .I unable to do so .

              I am a regular customer of Zoomcar.Now a days I am really worried about the services they are providing.
              Today(11-July-2018) I booked cycle through my phone, after scan the QR code my trip had been started even though the cycle was locked.
              I tried to end the trip but the app was not allowing me to end the trip, this is really embarrassing me because I was getting late, so finally I went office by walk.

              I highly recommend don't go for Pedl cycle, You can try some other online cycle booking app, at least they provide good services.

              Problem I faced:

              1) If there is a pedl station near to your destination and unfortunately the station is full of cycles, then you can't drop your cycle over there. You have to search other
              pedl station to drop the cycle it might be far away from your destination.
              2) After trying somant time I was able to end the trip.
              3) The PEDL station master sometime suggesting not to drop the cycle over there instead of that I have to drop the cycle other PEDL station which was 2 km away from my place.

                I tried to use the above cycle at the business hub in Kothrud. I got the message that the cycle got unlocked but in reality it was not unlocked. I tried to end the trip multiple time for almost 3 hours but everytime I got timeout message. RS. 15 got debited from my PAYTM account even when I did not use the cycle. Now it is showing outstanding balance of RS.6. can you please get this corrected and credit the amount back to my PAYTM account.

                  Unable to unlock the cycle and not even able to end the trip but in app it shows trip has started and time is going on but i have not used cycle at all . I have wasted my time upto 30 mins there itself. I was getting late so left that cycle in the place and went. But trip still in progress please give me solution to end the trip... And refund my money.asap...

                      i booked a cycle 103030, I tried to unlock the cycle and it couldn't, then i tried ending trip but it didnt happen...i wasted alomst 25 mins there trying ending it. then i left for the work. and now i am getting message from zoomcar to submit the cycle, and xx amount is incured and same amount is continuously being debited from my paytm however i have not used the cycle for one minute.

                        I booked zoom car on July 1 2018 from 8:30am-12:30 pm and payed rs580/- and kept car back in place on time. But now I receive a message that I have to pay 3300/- extra as some outstanding amount I don't understand this!! Can u please give an explanation! This completely unfair.                           Cycle number 3232634 is not getting unlocked. The app is showing that the ride has started. I tried to call customer care but no response. The cycle has not moved an inch but the charge is increasing every hour. Please resolve this on an urgent basis. The app is showing that the ride started at 9:20 AM today (11 July 18).
                          Please resolve the issue ASAP.

                            I am also facing the same problem. I don't know how to end the trip. So I delinked my Paytm account after Rs. 12 was debited unnecessarily. But it has still not ended. I've tried two cycles today. I think there's some server issues.

                                Trip started: 11/07/18 at 7:02 am.
                                Agara Lake Pedl station.
                                The trip started, but the bike failed to unlock after repeated attempts. I could not end the trip, despite trying all the steps.
                                But money is continuously getting debited from my Paytm account at Rs. 6/- per hour and Rs. 3/- for every failed attempt.
                                Pls end the trip and refund my money immediately.
                                I am getting messages to return the cycle to a Pedl station, since I have outstanding dues !! I have not even used the bike for a minute !

                                  I cannot end the trip or even unlock the cycle. Its is been more then 30 minutes and they are charging as time passes. And also it says I've no debt in paytm which is not true. Sometime when the end trip works it loads till the end and then says no outstanding pay. Kindly look into the matter soon.

                                    Trip has been started at the station but unable to unlock the cycle and not even able to end the trip but in app it shows trip has started and time is going on but i have not used cycle at all . I have wasted my time upto 30 mins there itself. I was getting late so left that cycle in the place and went. But trip still in progress please give me solution to end the trip...

                                      Trip started: 11/07/18 at 7:02 am.
                                      Agara Lake Pedl station.
                                      The trip started, but the bike failed to unlock after repeated attempts. I could not end the trip, despite trying all the steps.
                                      But money is continuously getting debited from my Paytm account at Rs. 6/- per hour and Rs. 3/- for every failed attempt.
                                      Pls end the trip and refund my money immediately.
