Hello,
I have booked honda jazz for 11 Am today for home delivery, one of the agent says that the previous customer has not deivered the car yet. What the hell is this, why should i suffer for this, either the other car should be sent to me, or measures should have been taken, even the customer cars are not reachable very worst experience. How can customers keep the cars this way, when the booking was already booked for me today at 11Am.
I need this to be solved immediately.

I appreciate your response but I don't agree with the resolution. With this I have come to the understanding that if hiding information and trapping customers in paying unjustified money is your policy then I am ready to chalange the same. Let the Indian Court decide who is right. I will do this, cause if I don't, you will keep on looting common man.
