Hi Team,
i booked a cycle 103030, I tried to unlock the cycle and it couldn't, then i tried ending trip but it didnt happen...i wasted alomst 25 mins there trying ending it. then i left for the work. and now i am getting message from zoomcar to submit the cycle, and xx amount is incured and same amount is continuously being debited from my paytm however i have not used the cycle for one minute.
and it is still charging me the trip cost. I tried to end the trip via browser but no luck, same problem.

I used the cycle for 10mins only, but still trip is not ending at all.
please help me in this. please upgrade the software soon. this can create an issue for many. thank you
