I am Chennai who travel to Pune.I took Zoom car for the first time.They told to take photos of the car..they asked me to give next next and submit in the zoom car.When I was away from 120 km to tire got punctured.The spare wheel was also pathetic with multiple puncture.Some how changed it and went to puncture shop to fix the tire.Once I went there the shop keeper to that the tire was already patched.All of sudden I called the representative of the zoom car and intimated clearly about the incident.I asked the shop keeper also to confirm them that the puncture is becoz of the old patch came off(attached img).they charged me 800 rs( attached img).Once I went there and dropped the car.They person who attended the call escaped.When I asked who attended the call, they said it's office number .They I asked for my 800 refund and told I will not any money since it's not a new tire and puncture which happened is also happend was old one. After long argument they ended my trip and came back to Chennai.After 2 days I got call saying I have a outstanding amount of 4000 I was really shocked..I mail them regarding this issue but the response is not proper.I ended up with 4800 loss for my genunity .Pleas help me in this issue.Attached the old patch, newly fixed patch and bills.

This is what I don't understand..I have all proof and I genuinely reported all issues during the time.. I provided the photo proof. Someone has done the damage why should I bear the damage cost..I need an explanation plz.if you can reverse the false charges.Better change your policies.This looks to me as mere cheating. Please provide a proper explanation

    I thought let's go for cycling and I did everything right I tried unlocking it and it didn't unlock and my changes started and then noticed after 10 minutes of trying that the thing next to barcode was broken I tried contacting them no one replied ### in their customer support they ask if they were helpful thelling me 2 line no you ###ing ###ed my day my time and my money if you do something do it properly no body contacted me and still I don't know whats gonna happen

      I have used zoom car 3 times in total. For the last trip I have been slapped with a legal notice to pay for vehicle damage which wasn't caused by me.

      I booked Mahindra KUV 100 with booking ID JPS625AF9 timing 3rd April 10pm - 4th April 2am (4 Hours) and the payment was done using zoom credits.

      While taking out the car from IBIS hotel (Bommanahalli) it had several scratches and I have clearly mentioned them in the checklist. It even had scratches on some parts for which I had no option to mention in the checklist.

      I drove the car for 4 hours on the Hosur highway, it was night time so there was no traffic. As far as I know not even a single scratch was made by me.

      Then I dropped the car at the same location where I picked. After 3 days (~60 hours ) I received a mail and a SMS stating that I have an outstanding amount of Rs.4300. During the mail conversation I had with customer care executive, few images of the damaged vehicle was shared with me after a months time and highly doubt the authenticity. Even after asking for the proof constantly, it took them 15+ days to provide that.

      1.Damage was reported after 60 hours of dropping. Why it took so long?
      2.Why didn't they call me right after finding the damage?
      3.There is no time stamp in the images which was attached in the mail.

      And they expect me to pay for the damage which wasn't caused by me.

      We did have a check and see that the charges levied on the booking are valid as per the policy. There is additional damage to the rear door apart from the one mentioned in the checklist. Unfortunately, we will not be able to do much in this regard.

        For the last few days i am not able to rent any peddle cycle from any stand because the qr code does not get scanned. I tried many times checking the network as well as my paytm balance. Logged out and logged in in my zoom account but in vain. It seems as if my zoom account is not functional anymore.
        I find that others are able to scan the qr code on the same cycle at the same time but i could not do so.

          Hello, this ia extremely urgent. I am using pedl service in pune station, pune. My cycle number is 3249868.. I unclocked the cycle and my trip started since morning 00.26 am. And the cycle was unlocked. I tried ending the trip but im unable to end the trip. Please help this is urgent. It 1 hrs trying me to unable to end the trip. Please end the trip and refund my money back. And the most annoying fact is you dont have an instant helpline number service, in such discrepancies and emergency situations.
          I request you to immeadiately end the trip and refund my money back.

              Hi, i have unlocked my cycle from hsr police station, cycle number is 100206.
              After unlocking the cycle i realized all the cycles are chain locked. When i was trying to end my trip i got an error saying take your cycle to another active station. I wasn't able to do that as the cycle is chain locked. My money is deducting from my account. Please troubleshoot my ride.

                I tried to extend my booking and was mislead to believe that it got extended by 4 hours, as i pressed back before making payment and the app showed extended booking and a pending payment. I thought that i can pay the balance amount later, but when i checked after some time, the extension was cancelled and my late timer had started. I think this is unfair and either the extension should not be cancelled or i should be reminded again that i have to pay to avoid cancellation of extension or it should not extend without payment.\r\nto sum up even though i intended to extend my booking, the app confused me and i am being charged an unfair late fee now.

                This is the reply i got from their customer support. It was worse when i called. They should atleast understand what i am trying to say:-

                  Booked a cycle with id 103161 at 12.38am on 28th June 2018. I parked my cycle in parking area and locked the cycle and tried to end my trip. I showed 'processing' for soo long and shows message'session expired'. I tried to end trip multiple times and it failed. I even tried to unlock the cycle. But that didn't happen. I'm charged for every 30 mins eventhough I'm not riding the cycle and also subjected to outstanding charges. Help me out

                  I have completed the trip on 26th may 2018. Still now i have not got my refund amount. Already called Customer care executive 3 times emailed them 6 times . They dont even bothered to ans to any email(apart from system generated emails). Please let me know how long it will take to get the refund.

                    A legal email was sent to me saying that i have used the vehicle in excess.

                    I complained twice regarding the irrelevant charges levied on me. I want immediate response from zoomcar. On what grounds do they cheat their customers?

                    I even called your customer care. They are saying that i have been charged for damages and they will contact me within 24 hours. First of all the vehicle (Car-ka51d9502) had multiple scratches and the rear view mirror on the driver side was damaged. After i returned it the personnel there told nothing about any damage. After some days i found out zoomcar deducted my security deposit and asking for damage charges upon that.

                    Rather than threatening, have a good conversation with your customers. We can even press charges for extortion, harassment, false charges, etc. So explain to me why i was charged unnecessarily?

                    I am waiting for your response.

                      I was at a mall named city center 2 in kolkata. I have heard about a cycle service in kolkata. I saw two cycles in front of the mall.
                      At the back of the cycle, it say, download the app, scan the qr code. It also says "end the trip when you are done".
                      So i did it as it says.
                      I unlocked the cycle and started using it. The moment i started it, the cycle chain got off and it kept on coming off 10-15 times.
                      I was totally frustrated with that. However. Somehow i reached my destination. After reaching the destination, when i was trying to end the trip, it say you can only end the trip at a pedl station.
                      I searched for a pedl station nearby and there was none.
                      I mailed the zoom car customer care about the same but nothing happend. I was waiting outside my apartment with the cycle.
                      When i saw no hope from customer care and i was too tired, the i took the cycle inside the apartment complex and parked it inside for its safety.
                      I again mailed and followed up with customer care. I tried to call them but the number was incorrect.
                      During all this while my billing was ongoing.
                      My trip has still not ended and billing is still ongoing for the last 15 hours.

                      I am totally frustrated and unhappy withh the service and i will never use it again as it doesnot fulfill my purpose and it
                      Creates an extra overhead for me.

                      I will never ever recommend anybody to use the same. I am regretting using it once for the the first.

                      I would request you to please help me end my trip, take your cycle so that i can uninstall my app.

                      Please refund my money that has been charged extra from me.

                        I'm unable to end trip. It says session timed out. I'm unable to even unlock it. I'm subjected to outstanding charges. I booked it on 28th june at around 6.30.

                          I unlocked pedl near my home, (Nanded city, pune). I parked the pedl exactly from where i picked up and locked. But the trip was not ending. The pedl person said that i will have to drop it to warje (Which is far away from my home). I told him it is not our fault, we have dropped the pedl where we unlocked. Still he was saying i will have to park to the pedl location. I am receiving messages for outstanding amount. This is very much disappointing. Wont book pedl again. This is not the way to treat customers. If some other person is dropping the pedl in other location, then its not my problem. Pedl is responsible for this or the person who dropped the pedl should be. No point in troubling us.

                            This is in reference to booking id: jps62bk5p
                            I would like to draw your attention to this situation where i am being harassed by zoomcar with invalid damage charges.
                            I had booked a scorpio for 3 day period starting from 3rd june 2018, 10:00 am till 5th june 2018, 09:00 pm, for 295 km trip. So when i reached the pickup point at mahipalpur on 3rd june, it took me a while to spot the zoomcar associate. He took me to the car which was booked for me. He informed me about a check list and the other formalities to be completed but he seemed to be in a little hurry as it was too hot outside and the temperature was soaring. So, in the hurry, he proceeded with the formalities which included completing the check list, taking picture of the car number plate along with me in the same frame and checking my driving licence.in a while, i was handed over the car and i zoomed away with it.
                            On 5th june 2018, around 5 pm i went to return the car. I have driven over 500 km and was ready to pay for the additional km as per the zoomcar policy. Now, the associate who was to take the handover of the car, inspected the car. He checked the interior of the car and then top and finally started checking the exterior of the car. I informed him of a wheel cap which had come off and i had put it in the back of the car. Then, he came and started inspecting the rear left tyre of the car. He called in his other associates and asked them to reverse the car a bit so that they can put pressure on the area where there cut was on the exterior of the tyre. Then, he zoomed in and took a snap of the damage and i was informed that this shall be charged to my account. Since i was the only person driving and i knew that there has been no such incident occurred which would lead to such damages in the car. I denied this damage been done by me. He told me there is no point in discussing with him and i will receive a call from the customer care team who will give me all the details.
                            After that, the same day i could see the damage charges added to my account which is completely unjust. Since then, i was waiting for zoomcar to call me back and to resolve this issue. I had to call at their helpline and every time i got the assurance that zoomcar executive will get back to me in next 24 hours. I had also written to them on 10th of june to resolve this issue. I heard back from them on 12th june and they sent me the image of the cut on the tyre that was taken at the time of returning of the car and stated that the penalty levied is genuine.
                            The damage that they say happened to the tyre is a small cut at the exterior and there is no air leak, its so small that its nearly invisible to a layman’s eye. I drove nearly 500km with my family why would i be taking risk with a damaged tyre used in the car. The car always had a spare one. I suspect the he associate who took the vehicle handover was aware of the cut, he check only this tyre and left the other ones. Even if there is damage then you ask for repair charges not the entire amount to replace your weather part which has run for nearly 70, 000km. This is like zoomcar asking for the replacement of the tyre in case there is a leak. They have best operating model where for any major part repair to their existing fleet they levy the charges to an unsuspecting customer.
                            This is to all zoomcar customers existing + the new ones. When you go to pick-up your vehicle or when the vehicle is delivered at your doorstep, do have an experienced mechanic by your side. Have him microscopically check the entire car and then only take the delivery of the vehicle... Bcoz you never know when zoomcar associate will point to a damage which might not be visible/known to you and will put a damage charge on you, to replace their old weathered part.
                            I am very much upset by zoomcar has handled this and i find it impossible to book another zoom car for myself or even recommend it to my kith and kin. For now, i'd request you to kindly look into the matter, investigate it and help me in this situation.

                              I complained about false charges that were laid on me and even legal mail was sent to me.

                              Zoom car complaint status update [id: 1999940]

                              I completed the trip safely without any damage to the car and prior to end time and without using the whole 25 km (For which i booked). Though my security deposit (Rs. 2000) was not returned and i was charged with rs. 8000 upon that.

                              The mail sent to me said 'you will be subjected to criminal proceedings '. Thanks for the threat. Nice way to enhance extortion by opening up a company called zoomcar. There is not even a single positive review about your company on the internet. I want to know why should i pay you 8000 and why my security deposit was not returned?

                              I complained about this already.

                              But there is no response from your side. I even contacted zoomcar customer care on 26th jun 2018 at 4:06pm. The official told me that i will be informed within 24 hrs.
                              I am waiting for you response.

                                Without inspection I started the pedal cycle trip but later on I come to know that pedal cycle lock is damaged and it is not unlocking so now I tried to end trip but it also doesn't work my cycle details are as follows

                                  The company deducted an amount of inr 27 from two pedl cycle trips which even didn't start due to mechanical and technical glitch. Later after my strong mail, they agreed for refunds. But it's been more than 10 days they have not transferred the amount. I sent them numerous reminder emails but no reply from their side. Attaching herewith proof. They are not good at customer services. It's very frustrating.

                                    [case:886686] (Vehicle damage fee)

                                    Zoomcar is charging me for vehicle damage that i am not responsible for. I have provided zoomcar with the video of the vehicle that i took before the start of my booking (It clearly shows the damages they are charging me for and it was already there).

                                    I still havnt received response for this issue. I am getting threatening reminders from zoomcar for the pending payment.

                                    Is this the type of company zommcar supposed to be?
                                    1) first of all zoomcar provided me an old and damaged car (More than 82km on the odometer),
                                    2) there were visible damage to the front and back bumper
                                    3) rear door had scratches
                                    4) bonet had visible scratches and significant damages
                                    Instead, zoomcar has not resolved the issue and morover blaming me for the damages.

                                      I got the pictures of some scratches in my mail by saying "we don't charge for unnecessary damages" i see the damages but those are not made by me... Those damages are made by the zoomcar executive at the pick up point after i delivered the car and he said since this accident occurred before submitting the fleet it's my responsibility...

                                      We did investigate the above issue and see that the charges are appropriately levied on the booking as per the policy as you have damaged the vehicle during your reservation. We regret to inform that we will be unable to reverse/reduce the charges.

                                        Almost all the cycles of pedl station at jtri vineet khand lucknow needs regular maintenance and on most of the occasion unlocking cycles gives trouble even amount is deducted o[censored]nlocked cycles. Cycles are never cleaned, few cycles are heavy in running. Your immediate action will be highly appreciated. Please also provide customer care number. Thanks
