I unlocked pedl near my home, (Nanded city, pune). I parked the pedl exactly from where i picked up and locked. But the trip was not ending. The pedl person said that i will have to drop it to warje (Which is far away from my home). I told him it is not our fault, we have dropped the pedl where we unlocked. Still he was saying i will have to park to the pedl location. I am receiving messages for outstanding amount. This is very much disappointing. Wont book pedl again. This is not the way to treat customers. If some other person is dropping the pedl in other location, then its not my problem. Pedl is responsible for this or the person who dropped the pedl should be. No point in troubling us.

    This is in reference to booking id: jps62bk5p
    I would like to draw your attention to this situation where i am being harassed by zoomcar with invalid damage charges.
    I had booked a scorpio for 3 day period starting from 3rd june 2018, 10:00 am till 5th june 2018, 09:00 pm, for 295 km trip. So when i reached the pickup point at mahipalpur on 3rd june, it took me a while to spot the zoomcar associate. He took me to the car which was booked for me. He informed me about a check list and the other formalities to be completed but he seemed to be in a little hurry as it was too hot outside and the temperature was soaring. So, in the hurry, he proceeded with the formalities which included completing the check list, taking picture of the car number plate along with me in the same frame and checking my driving licence.in a while, i was handed over the car and i zoomed away with it.
    On 5th june 2018, around 5 pm i went to return the car. I have driven over 500 km and was ready to pay for the additional km as per the zoomcar policy. Now, the associate who was to take the handover of the car, inspected the car. He checked the interior of the car and then top and finally started checking the exterior of the car. I informed him of a wheel cap which had come off and i had put it in the back of the car. Then, he came and started inspecting the rear left tyre of the car. He called in his other associates and asked them to reverse the car a bit so that they can put pressure on the area where there cut was on the exterior of the tyre. Then, he zoomed in and took a snap of the damage and i was informed that this shall be charged to my account. Since i was the only person driving and i knew that there has been no such incident occurred which would lead to such damages in the car. I denied this damage been done by me. He told me there is no point in discussing with him and i will receive a call from the customer care team who will give me all the details.
    After that, the same day i could see the damage charges added to my account which is completely unjust. Since then, i was waiting for zoomcar to call me back and to resolve this issue. I had to call at their helpline and every time i got the assurance that zoomcar executive will get back to me in next 24 hours. I had also written to them on 10th of june to resolve this issue. I heard back from them on 12th june and they sent me the image of the cut on the tyre that was taken at the time of returning of the car and stated that the penalty levied is genuine.
    The damage that they say happened to the tyre is a small cut at the exterior and there is no air leak, its so small that its nearly invisible to a layman’s eye. I drove nearly 500km with my family why would i be taking risk with a damaged tyre used in the car. The car always had a spare one. I suspect the he associate who took the vehicle handover was aware of the cut, he check only this tyre and left the other ones. Even if there is damage then you ask for repair charges not the entire amount to replace your weather part which has run for nearly 70, 000km. This is like zoomcar asking for the replacement of the tyre in case there is a leak. They have best operating model where for any major part repair to their existing fleet they levy the charges to an unsuspecting customer.
    This is to all zoomcar customers existing + the new ones. When you go to pick-up your vehicle or when the vehicle is delivered at your doorstep, do have an experienced mechanic by your side. Have him microscopically check the entire car and then only take the delivery of the vehicle... Bcoz you never know when zoomcar associate will point to a damage which might not be visible/known to you and will put a damage charge on you, to replace their old weathered part.
    I am very much upset by zoomcar has handled this and i find it impossible to book another zoom car for myself or even recommend it to my kith and kin. For now, i'd request you to kindly look into the matter, investigate it and help me in this situation.

      I complained about false charges that were laid on me and even legal mail was sent to me.

      Zoom car complaint status update [id: 1999940]

      I completed the trip safely without any damage to the car and prior to end time and without using the whole 25 km (For which i booked). Though my security deposit (Rs. 2000) was not returned and i was charged with rs. 8000 upon that.

      The mail sent to me said 'you will be subjected to criminal proceedings '. Thanks for the threat. Nice way to enhance extortion by opening up a company called zoomcar. There is not even a single positive review about your company on the internet. I want to know why should i pay you 8000 and why my security deposit was not returned?

      I complained about this already.

      But there is no response from your side. I even contacted zoomcar customer care on 26th jun 2018 at 4:06pm. The official told me that i will be informed within 24 hrs.
      I am waiting for you response.

        Without inspection I started the pedal cycle trip but later on I come to know that pedal cycle lock is damaged and it is not unlocking so now I tried to end trip but it also doesn't work my cycle details are as follows

          The company deducted an amount of inr 27 from two pedl cycle trips which even didn't start due to mechanical and technical glitch. Later after my strong mail, they agreed for refunds. But it's been more than 10 days they have not transferred the amount. I sent them numerous reminder emails but no reply from their side. Attaching herewith proof. They are not good at customer services. It's very frustrating.

            [case:886686] (Vehicle damage fee)

            Zoomcar is charging me for vehicle damage that i am not responsible for. I have provided zoomcar with the video of the vehicle that i took before the start of my booking (It clearly shows the damages they are charging me for and it was already there).

            I still havnt received response for this issue. I am getting threatening reminders from zoomcar for the pending payment.

            Is this the type of company zommcar supposed to be?
            1) first of all zoomcar provided me an old and damaged car (More than 82km on the odometer),
            2) there were visible damage to the front and back bumper
            3) rear door had scratches
            4) bonet had visible scratches and significant damages
            Instead, zoomcar has not resolved the issue and morover blaming me for the damages.

              I got the pictures of some scratches in my mail by saying "we don't charge for unnecessary damages" i see the damages but those are not made by me... Those damages are made by the zoomcar executive at the pick up point after i delivered the car and he said since this accident occurred before submitting the fleet it's my responsibility...

                Almost all the cycles of pedl station at jtri vineet khand lucknow needs regular maintenance and on most of the occasion unlocking cycles gives trouble even amount is deducted o[censored]nlocked cycles. Cycles are never cleaned, few cycles are heavy in running. Your immediate action will be highly appreciated. Please also provide customer care number. Thanks

                  After i returned the car while the person over there was parking it.. He hit the car... And claimed that it will be charged on me because i didn't get submit the fleet...

                  Same thing happened to me. Zoomcar's customer care is useless, they won't help you and will charge unnecessarily. They have their fraudulent system of looting customers. Don't pay anything. Relax, they will send emails after emails. Its you who can charge them for harassment & flase allegations.

Recently i got a legal email saying 'car has been used in excess' and rs.8000 is charged from me.                       I had booked a cycle at 11pm yesterday night at cummins circle balewadi and ended the trip by 11.45pm and stationed the cycle at a pedl station.                         I would like to request the zoom car to take initiative and start there pedl station in Bibewadi area. There are lots of people who are fitness lover and there it can be use full for them. Also nearby there are coaching classes and college for them also it can be use full. It will be very good if you people can plan the pedl station in near few months.

                          Hello, this ia extremely urgent. I am using pedl service in shivajinagar, pune. My cycle number is 103147. I unclocked the cycle and my trip started since morning 6:00am. And the cycle wasnt unlocked. I tried ending the trip but im unable to end the trip. Please help this is urgent. It been 2 hrs unable to end the trip. Please end the trip and refund my money back. And the most annoying fact is you dont have an instant helpline number service, in such discrepancies and emergency situations.
                          I request you to immeadiately end the trip and refund my money back.

                            I am user of zoom car... This is the second time i am using their service... The first time i booked a creta and i had a great drive... But now after i returned the car there were no damages at all.. But the person who le reversing the car he hit it behind... And he charged me for that damage and he is asking me to pay around 10000 for that.. Now my deposit amount is deducted and i even have uncleared balance to be paid... This is really a experience... And very bad service from zoom car... When i asked the person over there... He said as the car was hit before submitting the fleet it's my responsibility... How come it is my responsibility if i didn't drive...

                              I booked cycle 103397 from baner, pune and returning after 25 mins at aundh, pune, but am not able to lock the cycle with slider hence not able to end the trip. They haven't provided any contact to support. I mailed them regarding this but didn't got any reply from them. Now don't know what to do. Already frustrated standing from last 1.5 hour at pedl station. Very poor service. Don't know if i left cycle at there and some1 stole from there, who will be responsible for that.
                              Please take necessary action so it will help further peoples.

                                Our first experience has been truely worst with zoomcar. We opted for door to door pickup and drop though (Paid extra charges for availing this option) while returning the pickup person over phone said will wait for few minutes but then canceled and left. We tried explaining this problem to the customer representative (Suchitra naidu) but she was very rude and unprofessional. She only kept explaining the rule and never made a single attempt to hear our problem, the call went over 45 mins where we tried asking on what is the alternate since the pick up person had left and we had returned to our home expecting the pickup person to be there. If the pickup person would have told us that there cannot be any waiting time, we could have directly gone to the drop location and completed the formalities. For the first time every we had this worst experience with any customer representative, where rather than even listening to customer problem she was agitated. The irony of this conversation was when we told her that we will give the feedback the reply was - go-ahead i dont care! 0 customer handling skill!!
                                On top of that we are now being asked to pay the penalty of dropping the car 1-2 hours late. A complete rip off!!
                                If this is how zoomcar selects their support staff and provide services to the customer then the day is near when customers will not prefer it. Atleast we will ensure that we circulate this feedback in our circle so that others do not face similar issue like we did.

                                  I had booked a scorpio car to travel shirdi from pune on 23rd june 2018, transferred the complete payment through net banking with transaction id[protected]igadtcnzd3

                                  The zoom car company did not confirm any booking for the car, and also did not refund the transacted amount of rs, 5805 inr.
                                  Till date 21/06/2018

                                  Please refund the money, i am in urgent need and its very important.
                                  My travel money is stuck in this process, please do something.

                                  I tried to unlock 2 cycles but it is unable use it, how ever I issued cycle for 30 minutes but it has deducted 64.please refund my deducted charges.

                                  I booked pedal cycle no. 3232041 today...my cycle had unlocked but when i started journey my cycle chain was damaged...so i cancelled my trip but my money has deducted from paytm...i didnot move the cycle but they charged money...

                                    Hello sir/mam, this was my first time using pedl and a terrible experience. Very much disappointed by services. Yesterday i have taken pedl cycle i. E cycle no-102530 from the stand and locked it, when i tried to open it was not opening. I tried every possible way to unlock cycle and failed. Then i went to help and support section in app and did force end trip (In this it was written leave the cycle at that place) so i leaved the cycle at that place because i don't have any option left. Today i received a call from pedl who is talking very rudely and saying carry the locked cycle to the pedle stand it's your responsibility i don't know anything nd all with very high tone. Now sir tell me how can i take cycle to store when it is locked and not unlocking and my trip is ended then why the call is coming to me.
                                    Very bad service and highly disappointment.

                                      I scan the code around 6.00 a. M in morning but cycle didn't unlock n my trip was started. I tried hell of the time but failed, plus unable to end trip.. And after some time rupees automatically deducted from my paytm, now this is third time i am facing this issue now i want refund.

I am getting charged... I park tge cycle in front of rudra hotel near cummnins college karvenagar the cycle is front of rudra hotel near karvenagar... Cummins collge of engineering...
