I am asha, from bangalore

On june 3rd i tried unlock the bicycle but failed physically unlock so i have ended the trip and raised the complaint.. Till now my complaint hasn't resolved.. Worst part is until they close the previous complaint we cannot hire bicycle..
Team please do something allow me to book cycle sent emails multiple times and for god sake update ur procedure to user friendly

    On 3rd june i unlocked the cycle in pune i saw the lock is broken due to which i can't lock it and end my trip... I left the cycle at the station and immediately sent a complaint i did everything they said in the email i even sent the the picture of the cycle... My trip didn't end for 2 hour's and now m being charged for it. There is no number to contact directly email is the only way and no one replied it's just auto reply i get... It's so frustrating.

    Hi,
    I booked a pedl cycle yesterday and used it for 40 minutes and then locked the cycle and parked it in one of the parleying areas. But the trip has not ended yet. It's been 17 hours now and ₹105 is being charged. Please end the trip asap and I do not want to pay more than ₹6.

      -locked in pedl station petoo but trip end is not being reflecting in app. This is pathetic i used it for 2 he 15 min and came back same station and locked cycle and payment of rs.15 also taken from my paytm wallet. But i try to end trip it is not at all processing and showing still time running and amount outstanding in app. This is pathetic service and no customer care number or somebody to help at station. Please correct. I am not responsible or liable further with this cycle number-3254400.

          Hello, i tried to use pedl cycle today 3-june-2018 at shyama prasad mukherjee udyan, pune and although the trip started in app the bike did not unlock physically. So i immediately ended trip. I could not use the bike. This happened for 4 different bikes that i tried. Please find the details (Cycle number, start-end time) and please refund my money since i could never use the bike but still charged.             My booking id jps624cyz, was hired from 23/5/18 to 25/5/18. We booked for a swift but hours before the commencement of the journey, zoom car personnel called me and told the car which i booked is not available and they only have figo instead which i must lock immedately. The figo car was in residential location. Finding the location took me 90 mins even with the aid of gogke maps. Figo car was a new one but a serious damage was there already in the left side of the car on the door such that the door cannot be opened from outside, only from inside it can be opened. On course of the journey, i was hit by another car in the parking and the car got a dent in the left front headlight area, i informed the customer care about the incident and they told me to share the pic of damaged portion of the car. I did and they told that they will charge a fee of 10000 by default to update in the database. I was surprised because the damage was only in the fender and i enquired about it, the customer care personnel also agreed that it will not cost 10000 and told me that to update in the database this is the default fee and i was assured that during the drop, zoom car personnel will inspect the damage and tell the correct damage fee.

            I asked for extension in the booking time but they ruled out telling that the car is booked by some other customer already. How can a damaged car be given to other customers without servicing it? They gave # reasons and dint accept my extension request. I handed over the car in the location they specified on 25/5/18 but 7 hrs late. The zoom car person checked the website and told us to pay the fine mentioned in the website without even checking the car properly and he was behaviour was very much worst to be said. We contacted the area head and he told us that he will be there within 30 mins but he dint makeup there till 90 mins, so we left the place. We were told that the head will look into the damage and will call us the next day. But no calls were received.

            After three days, i was checking my account, i was surprised to see that the late fee and charge together given was 29330 and the damage fee was 10000, so a total of 39330. I dropped the vehicle on 25/5/18 @ 8'30pm, but in the website the drop time mentioned is 28/8/18 @ 11'54 am that is nearly three days after i actually dropped the car.

            Zoom car insurance policy covers from bumper to bumper and mine is a small damage that too an external one. They can cover it through insurance policy or at the least they cannot levy me a fine not more than 3000.

            I strongly object the zoom car admin for giving me the wrong car and imposing the wrong late fee, charge and damage fee.

              I booked a throught zoomcar from pune for almost 18 hours.
              My pickup time was 2am and drop off was at 8pm.
              I dropped the car a little late due to unforseen circumstances and knew about the late car delivery charges which is totally fine but they charged me extra for the cleaning.
              My total out standing amount is 1500 which includes 1000rs for cleaning the car
              It is unfair as the car had no bats but just the insulated stiched matting which we could do nothing about
              As the car had stiched matting we could not do anything about the cleaning this is cheating i will never book a car from zoomcar and would suggest my friends the same.
              Zoomcar customer support is hanging my phone whenever i call them regarding the previous booking.
              The worst experience i had will never go for a zoomcar again

                I took a ride for 20 mins. However i was unable to end the trip because the cycle was not getting locked. Tried locking the cycle for almost 1 hour, but it didn't work.
                Did not find any customer care number to contact and get the support on call. I m still being charged for it.
                It's the first and the worst experience i had for zoomcar pedl.
                I will not be held responsible if the cycle is damaged or stolen from where i have currently parked.

                  I booked the zoomcar kuv100 for 157km. After 50km the car start showing low fuel indicator. As usual we called the company toll free and asked what to do. They suggested to fill the car with approximate liter i wish that it is appropriate. After uploading bills and doing all process from my side. They said the refund will be provided. After two days of regular calls and regular reminders they didn’t gave me my refund. They now after two days are quoting that i didn’t refilled and the car was not in need of a refueling. They put all the blame on me and not giving me any of my money back.

                    I have unlocked the cycle no.
                    101976 from kothrud pune on 2-6-2018 at 7:30 a. M.
                    I ended my trip within 30 mins. When i tried to end my trip i found that cycle lock is faulty. It is not locking. I tried several times. Then i left cycle at stand and came home. I found that my trip is still running and i am being charged. It is so frustrating.
                    No customer service number is available for direct contact.

                      This is with reference to my zoomcar booking # jps62dmbk. I made a booking and paid in advance to pick up the vehicle from hyderabad airport at 9am.

                      Their executive arrived 30mins late with the car. The car was dirty from inside and the outside and didn't undergo even basic cleaning before it was brought to me. When i complained, the executive said he was not well and therefore could not clean the car and offered to go to their service center and clean it. Looking at the condition of the car, it would have needed at quite some time to vacuum cleaned inside and washed outside. So, i denied to accept the car as i would have missed my appointment for which i was in hyderabad. The executive drove away saying you can raise a complain with the call center.in the interest of time, i had to make an alternative arrangement for my travel and then called up the customer care number to lodge my complain. They agreed to check with the executive and come back to me. They came back to but with quite a few shocking surprises. 1) the executive had sent them pictures of the car from some other day to show it was clean. 2) he built up a story that i had an argument with a friend, following which i denied renting the car.
                      I requested zoomcar to send someone to cross check what the executive was saying, but they turned down my request saying they had no provision for that. I then requested for a conference call with the executive and during the call, the executive blatantly lied that he was on-time and the car was clean. To my disappointment, the call center executive was so biased that everything i said and claimed was being turned down outright. I had no choice to give up and disconnected the call.
                      And finally, i was charged for the entire rental eve without borrowing the car.
                      My biggest mistake was not clicking pictures of the car, which would have been a good enough proof for my case as it didn't strike to me that zoomcar would be so biased and believe only what their executive would falsely claim.
                      I would like to escalate his further and let zoomcar know about how their executives are running the show on the field and how unfriendly their customer care team is towards their customers.
                      I also want to demand compensation from zoomcar for my loss, the trouble i went through to make last minute alternate arrangement, stress because i missed my appointment and the stressful discussions with their customer care executives.

                      Your team has done nothing to help resolve my concern. It is clear that Zoomcar doesn't care about customer complaints. I am appalled by the low standards Zoomcar has set itself for punctuality, car cleanliness and customer care. I wish that you keep loosing your customer base and some day put yourself in the shoes of customer and understand their plight with such pathetic service after full payment in advance.

                        I booked the cycle on 20th may around 6.30 pm. Since i could not unlock the cycle, i emailed pedl about the problem in unlocking the cycle. I tried to unlock the cycle basis the guidelines recd from pedl help desk. However all my efforts to unlock the cycle failed. Hence i informed the pedl accordingly and informed them not to charge me for the trip. Subsequently i found thst pedl has charged me rs. 12 and is claiming rs. 96 from me. I emailed to helpdesk about reversing the charge and claim. But till date i have not recd any reply.
                        Kindly reverse the charges and claim

                          Hi,
                          I had bad experience recently... I booked a car for one way drop from banglore to mysore on 26th may at 3.30 am from banglore rajkumar road beside to suguna hospital i drive the car till channapatna. Near channapatna i stopped to have a tea after having tea when i try to start the car i was not able to start the car since battery was drained out later i raised a complaint at 4.30 am zoom car technician came at 7.30 am to spot and jump start the car and told me not to turn off the ignition since battery is completely gone. I miss my important appointment that i had in mysore on that day. Later when i reach mysore at 11 accidentally ignition tiener off again i was unable to start the vehicle i tried calling zoom car customer service for 20 min line was busy. Myself contacted the nearest mechanic and jump started the vehicle again and paid him from my pocket later when i dropped the vehicle it's showing out standing amount of 595.
                          I am not going to pay this amount i request zoocar to reimmberse my money but they are ignoring it completly

                            Hello,
                            I was successful in unlocking the cycle from my pedl account but manually the cycle didn't unlock.
                            This is not the first time this has happened.
                            We tried your pedl support instructions saying to 'wiggle the lock a bit', 'try to move cycle forward and backward so as to unlock hour cycle' doing that the cycle lock started to beep.
                            We tried your given solutions for 5 mins and finally gave up.
                            Just trying to unlock the cycle cost me rs3.
                            Do take my complaint into consideration.

                              We had hired a zoom car from nagpur on 22.05.2018 and had returned the same on 25.05.2018 as per the amount paid online by us for the same. Before hiring the car we had taken a video of the same wherein the damage to the bumper and scratches/damages all around the car were seen and videotaped by us. The car also was pretty dirty and the zoomcar person there just wiped the dirt off outside and inside the car and handed over the same to us. On returning the car on 25.05.2018 we were surprised when the person there started misbehaving with us and started shouting at us saying that we had brought the car in a damaged condition. We immediately took a video of the same and challenged him to show us any new damages to the car which had occurred post our hiring the car. He checked all the parameters and found it working. He said that the radiator may be loose and that the air-conditioning may not be working. We asked him to check the air-conditioning which worked perfectly and also asked him to videotape the radiator if it was loose as he claimed. He said that was not possible and we reminded him that it was not possible because it was fine with no damages or else he would be duty bound to take a video shot of the same.
                              He could not find any fault but just decided to levy rs.10000.00 which he said his company would somehow extract from us. We wish to understand what the charges are for, which the company fails to reply and also are not able to prove through a video which the person there claimed to have taken to back his claims. We have, as responsible citizens been calling their customer support almost everyday for the last 4 days and have been told that the concerned department will call back within 24 hours but no one does. Would appreciate a reply from the zoomcar senior representative to address the same.

                                This is with regards to booking id: jps62dcrg and case: 827932.

                                Had made a booking for zoomcar vehicle between 23rd apr and 29th apr [6 days]. On 2nd day of the trip itself, the car lost its balance a little and brushed through the guard rails on the hill road which caused a dent/scratches on the side of the car. When we got the mechanic to replace the tyre, the mechanic told that the car had lost balance due to one of the tryes getting flat. He also mentioned explicitly that the tyre had already gone a poor repair job and that the puncture was an old one.

                                Although i thoroughly checked the vehicle before picking it up but there was no way to check the poor repair job of the earlier puncture.

                                Also as per zoomcar's policy, i had immediately called there customer care and informed them about the incident.

                                To verify what the mechanic said, i asked their customer care team to verify the maintenance history of the vehicle and specifically of the tyre. Even after repeated calls and email exchanges (At least 6-8 times), zoomcar has been dodging this question and not answering the same. From the start, when i was assured by the customer care senior exec on call that they will get to me after checking the maintenance history of the vehicle to incompletely answered emails - zoomcar hasn't even looked into the complaint - they just want the money recovered without taking responsibility for their negligence whatsoever.

                                The incident could have been a major accident if luck was not on my side that day. Poor maintenance of the vehicle had directly resulted in not only damage of the car but had put the life of my family members at risk.

                                There's has been no clear clarification on this point from zoomcar except that they have been busy asking me to repay the unreasonable damage charges (Flat rs. 10000).

                                Below is my first email communication to them for reference (Pls note that i have written several follow up mails on this and each one of them have been replied with a 'template customer care response'.

                                1) the damages are of minor and cosmetic nature at a couple of spots on the car. Given that maximum limit for any damage is 10000, feel that the charges applied are unreasonable. I have been a zoomcar customer and has been in all sorts of situation with you guys and hence, i am not sure why such prohibitive charges have been levied for minor/cosmetic damage.

                                2) the car was handed over in a sub optimal conditions. Front right tyre was damaged when the car was handed over. I only figured it out later when the tyre got punctured and i consulted the service station which was fortunately a couple of steps away when the tyre got flat. The service station confirmed that the tyre got flat due to a poor repair job (On the puncture that had happened on an earlier occasion) on an earlier occasion. This was immediately reported to zoomcar customer care as well and i am still awaiting a satisfactory response on the same since i was told that the details would be checked and communicated to me.

                                3) upon reporting of the said incident in point 2 above, the zoomcar customer care executive insisted that i shouldn't get the damaged tyre repaired. This put the whole journey at a huge risk since i wasn't left with any spare tyre should another flat tyre were to occurr (I was only at the 2nd day of my 6 day booking when this incident happened)

                                4) i was traveling with my family and i strongly feel that actions from zoomcars end had put not only the journey but my family (Who were traveling with me) at risk.

                                Right now, i only see unreasonable charges levied on the trip that too without any communication whatsoever on the issues reported earlier over call explained above in points 2-4.

                                I want this forum's help in getting the maintenance history of the vehicle that was given to me. Zoomcar should investigate internally but transparently if the tyre had undergone a poor puncture repair job in recent past. Expecting zoomcar to take responsibility of the incident which happened on account of their negligence failing which amounts to complicity and cheating the customer.

                                Observation: After going through several complaints wit-h Zoomcar on this platform, I realize that damaged tyres are nothing new with Zoomcar and it appears in many other complaints. Zoomcar should be upfront in taking responsibility in such cases where the car has been handed over in a damaged/un-usable condition without harassing the customers.

                                Once again requesting zoomcar for a prompt reply. Obviously this thread has been seen by represntatives from Zoomcar. Not replying to this complaint tantamount to negligence which is what Zoomcar has been showing since the beginning of this incident.

                                    I am a regular customer of zoom car but from a couple of months, i am trying to book a zoom car but the application is showing that you are blacklisted by the zoom car without any reason and intimation.

                                    After that i have emailed almost 3-4 times to the zoom car support but there is no response from there side. I have also called so many times to the customer care number but not able to connect with the representative.

                                    My booking got cancelled because of multiple accounts.
                                    I tried calling zoom car customer care not at all connected.
                                    Its an emergency.

                                      Sir,
                                      I had taken a cycle number 103233 but as i unlocked the bicycle it couldn't be ride not even for a short while... It was in a poor condition but one couldn't get it just by glancing it once... I couldn't even drive it the shortest distance so i started to end my trip but again the real problem is there that the lock was damaged..
                                      Still now i'm unable to end my trip.. Please do something.. My paytm wallet is getting empty... Kindly requesting sir.. There must be some provision like ending the trip and locking through the app itself because some evil people damage the bicycle and other people have to face such crisis... Kindly requesting with your anticipation sir.. Thank you.

                                        Please see the images attached, as i talked to maruti service center there is no fees for this repair.
                                        When i received it was having many major and minor scratches which were tried to hide by some local paint.

                                        Over-all it was done deliberately just to snatch customer amount.

                                        This type of behaviour is not at all entertained by customer, zoom has repaired car FREE of cost and not returning my money. I will spread this word wherever possible just to let others about this else you ZOOMCAR will continue snatch our money like this.
