This is regarding co-driver licence uploaded which has not been approved even after 2 business days. The issue arose when i tried to contact them through mail. I sent 3-4 mails regarding this issue but have only got robotic automatic replies which didn't satisfy my query.

I also tried to contact them telephonically but couldn't connect to a human costumer executive even after multiple attempts.

I have been a loyal customer since more than 3 years and am completed disappointed with zoomcar's attitude towards managing customer's queries even after claiming "24x7 assistance" which is a big joke.

Although the problem has been resolved, the main concern here is the unavailability of a human customer care executive on your customer care number. Previously (maybe around 2 years back) I could press 9 or * or # to speak one-on-one to an executive but now it seems that you've closed that option (on the lines of companies like AirTel) maybe due to unavailability of executives on your side or maybe you do not wish human communication with your customers.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

There is cut-throat competition in the Car Rental arena at the moment, so forget your days of monopoly and remember to keep the customer at the centre of your business.

    I have booked a pedl near rmv club where i have used it for half and hour but i was not able to end the trip as it was stated that parking is full but i couldn't wait for long thinking that i can end it later but i m being charged minute by minute and not able to end that trip yet. So please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible. This is so irritating and there is no customer support contact details that we can connect to them and convey our issue.

      I made a booking for a trip. I tried uploading the license to their app and their interface was not allowing me to. Next day my booking was automatically canceled. So, i called their customer service, first of all, it's so difficult to reach their customer representative as their automated call feature is pathetic and keeps directing me to the same option again and again. So, i had to try all the possible combinations to get to talk to their representative.

      The representative was so rude that he denied completely that there couldn't have been any problem with their system. When i said that please explain why would i pay rs 16000 and not upload my license. I said i don't want the refund, i want my booking to continue. He disconnected the phone.

      Please accept our apologies for the trouble caused. We did have a check and see that the booking was auto-cancelled as the driving licence was not uploaded within the given time. However, we see that there were multiple reminders sent to your registered mobile number.

      The refund for the booking ID JPS62VZNT, has been initiated back to the source of payment on 3/5/2018. The amount will reflect in your account in 5- 15 days from the date of refund initiation (18.05.2018). Appreciate your patience in the interim.

      Also, we see that the booking ID JPS62VUEA, has been confirmed and your driving licence is approved.

        I had booked a creta from zoom car and my dropoff time was 2 am and i returned the car at 1 50 itself but still these people has imparted a late fee of rs 1635 on me.
        They got a worst service.
        They cheat people.
        I will complaint in consumer court for this.
        Why will you guys leive me late fee even thiu i return tha car in time.
        I dint even utilized the full free kilometres.
        Resolve as soon as possible.

          I have been searching for help everywhere.
          I am unable to end the trip of the cycle no. 103418. I started the trip from savitribai phule pune university main gate till the ladies hostel. This has happened to me before but the problem was about the station
          The lock of the cycle is broken hence i'm not able to lock it and end the trip even when parked at the station. Money is continuesly deducting from paytmaccount. Please help as soon as possible it has been 1 n half hour i'm trying to seek help from support!!!

          I had rented the pedl cycle from savitribai Phule pune university main gate to ladies hostel. Its lock was broken but couldn't see it in the dark. Now I'm unable to lock it and end the trip even when parked at the station. I have been looking for help since night at 10 30 pm. Tried to contact the help line but they keep on saying lock the cycle. What am I supposed to do now?
          Posted complaint yesterday as well but I received no response. Money has been deducting from my Paytm wallet since then.

            The app is showing that the amount will be refund within 15 days and now it was almost 20 days and still not received the money.
            date of incident : 15 2018.
            travelled from tirupathi to tiruvannamali and returned to tirupathi.
            the excess of fuel used has been deducted double the amount .
            the refund has been initiated that day only mentioning that it will be credited with in 5-15 days.
            but still we haven't received the amount.
            please help to refund the money as soon as possible.

              I have booked 2 cycles yesterday but after completion of rides, trip ending were not done for both the cycles after 25 min. o[censored]se.the system shows "timed out" error continues. And 30 Rs deducted from my paytm wallet each.I have submitted the issue through customer support.

                  I unlocked the pedl cycle, cycle no:103131 near pedl station sonar kella uddan at 5:35 pm. After 25 minutes when i was going to lock the cycle as end the trip it came to my notice that the pulling nob of lock is not there. So i could not lock the cycle. I found no representative or contact number to inform. I am still getting charged.

                    Me and my friend took bicycle ride today. Everything was great except to the point where we had to end our trips.
                    We went to the pedal stations but the trip was not getting ended. It was showing the parking as full but there was still space available. We tried for 2-3 pedal stations but it didn't work anywhere. It took around 30 minutes for us and finally we had to return by locking the cycles. The cycle numbers are 100173 and 102222.

                      Hello sir,
                      I have three complain regarding end trip.
                      (1). I booked pedl cycle (100492) from IIT Bombay, Mumbai on[protected] at 10:22pm and end trip at 11:21pm on same day. An amount of ₹2 is deducted from my paytm account and message received that end trip completed.
                      But again on mobile screen end trip button came for cycle 100492.
                      I again end the trip at 11:23pm on same day and ₹3 deducted from paytm account.
                      Total amount deducted =₹2+₹3= ₹5

                      (2) I booked pedl cycle 100438 at 10:50 am and use around 1 hour but unable to end trip even though I parked cycle at parking station. It shows unable to connect with paytm. At 7:08 pm end trip message come and ₹17 deducted from my paytm account but I use only around 1 hour i.e, ₹2.
                      At that time cycle rent was ₹1 per half an hour.
                      (3)I booked pedl cycle 101099 at 8:05pm on[protected] and use around 15 minutes and parked cycle at parking station, after that click on end trip an amount ₹1 deducted from paytm account but end trip not completed and end trip sign came on mobile screen. I tried so much time to time to end trip but unable to end trip. Next day 8:00am cycle automatically end trip and ₹23 due amount is shown.

                      I, requested to return my excess money and remove the due amount for last trip.

                        Hi,

                        I booked suzuki swift but as it was unavailable, i was given mahindra kuv 100. While picking up the car from parking site, i inspected and submitted the inspection form on mobile. Surprisingly, i could not find any zoom car staff member. The condition of the car was not kept good. There was a dent on the rear left door and minor scratches almost 50 % of the surface. Also, from inside the condition was no better. The seats were torn out and the rear seat was displaced from its actual position. Music system was crap. Left side speakers were not working. Handbrake of the car was loose. Many a times while driving the light used to flash up in the display panel. If the attendent would have been there i could have made him aware of my concerns related to the car.

                        The parking site was half dig and hence the parking of cars were not proper. I took few pics and videos of the car and drove off. When i came back to surrender the vehicle, the zoom car staff told me that the dent has happened by me and need to pay for that.

                        I was imposed a fine of 5000 inr as damage fee. Their investigation almost took a month during which they asked me to pass the pics as evidence. Which i did but still for no reason they came back saying i need to pay the outstanding amount. Till now, i have received two legal notices. Surprisingly, i got those when the investigation was going on. Which should not happen in ideal circumstances. Issuance of notices should happen only after the outcome of investigation.

                        I declined to pay any fines as the damage has not happened by me. I have got the pics as evidence if this goes into a legal route.

                        There are a lot of areas wherein the company should improve rather than troubling customers like car maintenance, customer care, mobile app etc. Suggestion to zoom car is in mobile app form it should be compulsory to submit pics/videos to avoid any dispute like this to happen.

                        I am very disappointed with the way this case is handled by zoom car. Anyways, this was my first and last experience with the company. Its not the company i will recommend others to go for.

                          I am Sagar Kanetkar and I had booked a zoomcar on 28th April 2018 for two days. I was alloted a swift car bearing no. MH43BG5587. The car had external damages which was shown on the checklist. When I started driving, I noticed that the bumper or mud flap was brushing against the rear tyre. The wheel balancing also wasn't in place as the car was swirling all over the place. It is a defective vehicle which Zoomcar is providing. When I complained to the customer service I was told to send images. The problem was occurring when the car is in motion. I was telling them to send someone to inspect the vehicle but they kept saying that they wanted images (foolish customer care executives). Moreover, they told me that they can't allot any other car and since images were not provided, they can't refund the booking amount. I am disappointed and disgusted with zoomcar response and attitude. They don't care for their customers. I won't use zoomcar ever and will tell all my friends not to use zoomcar. They have ruined my anniversary plans. Zoomcar is a rubbish organization and I hope they stop this attitude and provide good cars. I want my refund back as zoomcar is at fault and not me.

                          I have got an email from zoomcar saying that they will not process my refund. The car alloted to me is a substandard car and zoomcar is faulting me for not sending images. The vehicle belongs to zoomcar partner A-1 situated in Borivali East.

                            I had booked a zoomcar vehicle on 28th April 2018 for 2 days for my wedding anniversary. When I picked up the vehicle, there were few external damages to the vehicle but when I started driving the vehicle, I found out that the bumper was brushing against the rear wheel and making all kind of sounds. Moreover, the wheel balancing wasn't in place and the car was swirling all over the place. I contacted the customer care and they said that they wanted images. I kept telling them that the issue occurred when someone drives the vehicle and is not visible externally. They kept telling me to send images. I told them that I don't want to take a risk of driving a substandard vehicle, but they kept insisting on images (foolish customer care executives). I requested them to send someone to inspect the vehicle, but they said no. Further they tell me that no other vehicle can be allocated and they cannot process my refund in the absence of images. Generally, the pick up location is a zoomcar site but this one wasn't as it was a partner vehicle of A-1 Travels in Borivali East. I told them that you have ruined my anniversary plans. Forget the vehicle replacement, they don't have the courtesy to process refunds. I am sorry to say that this is disgusting and disappointing. I will never use zoomcar again.

                              I m sunil sathe i use zoomcar services. Booking for zoomcar car was done by me in pune city for which payment was done by me through net banking through my account. My registered mobile no on zoomcar is [protected].
                              After depositing vehicle at ur authorised site zoomcar was supposed to refund my rs.3985 in my original source of payment.
                              Till date i have not received my refund amount inspite of lot of mail correspondence with zoomcar
                              When i am dialling ur customer care no it is not connecting to your representative.
                              I am attaching my all mail with this complaint.

                              I have tried unlocking the PEDL cycle no. 101952 in Pune karvenagar but the lock did not open and I am being charged for every minute. I tried to end the trip but its not happening. Kindly help urgently.

                                Hello ZoomCar,
                                I have been trying to call you guy but can't get through to a person to talk to.
                                This complaint is regarding a booking which was done by my brother with the registered mobile number [protected].
                                The people of zoom car vizag did not have any issues when we delivered the car safe and sound. They did their regular checks and we paid for the extra kms as well, they had to rush us off as they had to give the same car for another booking. We receive a call after a week stating there are charges accumulated for scratches on the car. We made sure there was no issues while returning the car and suddenly we had charges. My entire family has been using zoom for way too long in Hyderabad and Mumbai. We never faced issues like this.
                                Anyway, now we get a message stating if we font pay there'll be legal action.
                                Could you please give us a call and sort this out. Its not difficult for us to pay, we just want genuine service and want zoom to be transparent on their charges.
                                If ill have to pay you guys for the damages claimed which we arnt responsible for then a consumer complaint will be in place as well.

                                Hi I booked cycle :id 101816 @ near city pride big bazar Kothrud PEDL stop & used around 15 min but unable to end trip. I tried end to trip but everytime time out .still it says unable to end the trip.

                                I m not able to End trip even i locked the cycle in the PEDL location, i had try many time to lock the cycle and end the trip but system showing timeout .

                                Team should revert transaction and stop charging without valid trip.

                                  After deducting 33rs in total, my trip for ended. I used the cycle for just 30 mins but an extra 30rs was deducted.
                                  Please refund my money.

                                    I had rented the car from april 5th to april 8th from pune to mahableshwar. They had totally charged me rs. 6717 inr. The same was already settled.

                                    The drop time was suppose to be 2 pm on 8th april. I reached by 3.30. They have charged additional 1400 inr, which i am ready to pay.

                                    They have also charged the cleaning charge of 1000 inr. The car given to me wasn't clean. I had informed them of this. Still i don't mind paying the same.

                                    They have charged damage fee for 500, claiming minor scratches in front bumper. I told them i have caused no such damage.

                                    Further, they have charged me an inconvenience fee, which after further inquiry turned out to be for the "lost key". I ensured them, that the key was very much in the dashboard. They then said the key was damaged, hence the charge
                                    The key provided was already damaged. It is a non remote operated key. For the same they have charged me 10, 000 inr. The key had just come out of the socket. It was still operational. I asked them, how can they charge 10, 000 inr for an old traditional key, which we get for 500 inr? They didn't reply to my query and sent me a notice. They even threatened to send they recovery agents to our house if the payment was not made.

                                    I have no issue in paying for late fee and cleaning charges. I even don't mind paying for the minor scratch in bumper (500 inr). But 10, 000 inr for a normal old type key is not appropriate.

                                      Yesterday evening, i've unlocked a damaged pedl cycle no:102557.. It's lever is broken already... But to lock it again and end the trip the lever got stucked..
                                      I'm trying to reach out pedl customer care but no such help-line numbers or the customer support mails are present...
                                      Meanwhile the pedl service started sending the messages saying that do you want to extend your trip... You have an outstanding balance... Do you want to end the trip...

                                      But it did not unlock. The trip had started already. I'm trying to end trip from last 1hr... But it is not successful.
                                      Please end my trip and money should not get deducted too. And I did not use the cycle at all
