Charged me for damages whereas there were no damages made to the car. The owner of the car has also verified the car with no damages - on what basis Zoom is charging me. I didn't even cross the speed limit above 80 KMPH as there was a restriction on the speed of the car.

pedl cycle unable to unlock and end trip

Dear team,

Today 15apr2017, i booked pedl cycle number 102170 thru zoomcar app.

This cycle got booked, but never got unlocked. After trying to unlock for 20mins i tried to end trip, app couldn't end trip as request time out.

I raised complaint on zoom car app, but no response yet.

It's been 5 hrs, and my ride is still active and zoomcar meter is still on. My paytm is already charged...

pedl wrongly charged

Hi,

I unlocked a cycle near kokane chowk, pimple saudagar, pune. Cycle got unlocked but as i could not ride because front wheel was bent and hence cycle could not move. I had to cancel the ride but i got charged for the same.

Please have some mechanism to identify the break-down cycles so customer should be notified before booking.

Help me troubleshoot this issue.

I had booked cycle no. 101029 from pedl.in and i ride it for about 45 min in the morning around 7 am. zoom car has kept my rs 30 on hold since 12 april for cycle service.

I tried to unlock the cycle using zoom car pedl service but they have kept my rs 30 on hold as shown on paytm. It is unfair to hold 30 rs as the charges are meagre rs 3 per half an hour. no updates regarding the refund amount

cycle not use for a single minute but charges taken

fraudulent charges on booking and harrasment

Me and my wife took 2 PEDL cycles from a stop in Newtown, Kolkata. For bith the cycles trip started and cycle was not unlocked. It was kept on billing for 90 mints and cost 9 rupees each. I have sent 3 emails for the same and no reply from customer care.
Please, look at the issue and revert the amount back to the linked paytm accounts.
