I had booked a ride with zoomcar with booking id jps6242q4 after making due payement. During picking the car i tried unlocking the car after inspection then i got a message that there is network issue with car. Then i tried calling customer care. But there was no option yo speak to sutomer care and like this rried all optipns listed in app as well as website. Nothing worked. I coudnt cancel the trip as well as app didnt allow me to make fresh booking. I was left un attended and all efforts to reach them was not responsive

This company is fraud they say something and do something for a small dent this company needs 10k. When the work is only for 4K cheap [censored]ers.After that they dnt have a proper response from coustomer care Also and the exicutives are Dum people only want money.

    My first experience with zoom car... Pathetic (Booking id - jps624711)
    We had booked a car under the above booking id. At the first instance the car was not ready. Finally we got the car ready at 9.00p. M. Which was 30min beyond scheduled time... The car had a few scratches which were very well confirmed by the persons at zoom car... Moreover we had already sent a video of the car to their mobile [protected]. When we came to return the car, they person at the zoomcar outlet was the most unprofessional kind. His way of talking was very very rude. He went around the car and pointed out to the already existing scratches, which we said were already advised to your person and also video sent. He was unable to download the video which he very conveniently said was not his problem. I can't understand how are we responsible if he is using an outdated mobile set n is unable to download the video. He had no reaction and we were standing all there including three ladies... At 9.00 in the night at the zoomcar outlet which is quite secluded at that time of the night... (Who knows whether he had ulterior motives). He did not have the courtesy to tell us that the formalities have been completed and we could proceed. It was only after our repeated questioning that he confirmed the same. Now, we see a charge of rs 2500/- being applied to us as damage charges. We strongly oppose this as these damage charges, if any, were not advised to us at the time of returning the car. We don't even know what is the damage that they are charging us for. There were a few scratches on the car prior to pick up which was advised to them vide a video sent to the concerned representatives of zoom car on the site. Other than that there were no other damage to the car. Then what are we charged for???
    On taking up the matter with zoom car customer care, they, very conveniently advised us that the charges are for the damages caused. But what are the damages??? Isn't it our fundamental right to know why are we being charged for??? If there were any damages (Which we very strongly refute), the same should have been conveyed to us before we left the site and we should have been in agreement with it. There should have been a valid proof of their claim. Charges should not be levied after our exit with the confirmation that everything is okay. On constant followup with them for the reason for claim of charges, zoomar finally advised us that there was a scratch present on the rear door. But the rear door already had scratches which was clearly conveyed to them through video and also confirmed by them in person at the time of pickup. So why are we charged for somebody else's deeds? This is pure looting. It appears that zoom car is using unfair means to extract money from unsuspecting public.
    Kindly look into the this matter and arrange for refund of the amount wrongly claimed by zoom car for someone else's damage.

    Kindly note that the damage was not conveyed to us at the time of return of the car. We are of the strong contention that there was no damage to the car other than the existing ones when we returned it and this was very well brought to the notice of the personnel at the site. The earlier damages were also conveyed to you through a video which was earlier sent to you. As per RTI Act, as a consumer, I am expected to know what I am being charged for. If it is damages as you claim (and I strongly refute), this should have been brought to my notice while I was on site along with my concurrence. You cannot claim damage charges after my exit when your personnel was satisfied that there was no additional damage to the car other than the existing ones.

    As such, provide me with evidence for the charges you claim just like how I have sent you a video prior to pickup, or else refund my charges. It is not a matter of money but a matter of principle wherein you are using unfair means to target unsuspecting customers like us. And I going to fight it tooth and nail no matter how high I have to go till I am convinced that the charges levied by you are legal and valid.

    Hello. Tried to lock my pedl cycle and end the trip it didn't happen.. So I thought it would automatically end in half an hour. But it didn't. And I am being charged still. I am getting these constant messages from the company.

      Hi team,

      I have lodged a complaint yesterday (May 20) for not able to end trip even after locking the cycle. The cycle was locked and i did checked multiple times. I have used it for 15 - 20 mins yesterday. Till now i'm getting the same issue in ending trip. Please look into this on priority

      Cycle no101299 the trip had started and I am not able to open lock and i tried in help section in web page pedal.in but from there I was not able to force end trip and my money is deducting from Paytm please take this on priority otherwise I ll file complaint in consumer forum.

        Hi,

        I'm not able to end the trip even after locking the cycle. I did checked many times after locking the cycle and tried end trip but a pop-up comes saying time out try again. I've used the cycle for 15 mins but the amount is getting deducted from my paytm wallet. Please look into this as earliest.

          Hello sir

          This is to inform you that zoom car is allowing unethical practices to charge damage fees by following the processes with lot of loopholes. This is the first time i booked a zoom car and when i went to the kiosk, the concerned person asked me the car number. I asked him how to access the same. Then he took my mobile and accepted all the pages and went to he last page and told me to take handover of the car. I have categorically asked about the dent on the front bumper and i was told that it was already noted. When i have handedover the car, the guy vanished from the place for a while. I had to call customer service and drop the key in the vehicle, as the car was not getting locked. There was no person who jointly inspected with me after i handed over the car. After few hours, i get a messge that - i need to pay 4000 for the damage. Their customer service is not accessible. I had to call from a different number to reach their customer service please investigate these unethical practices of zoom cars

            This compliant is regarding the pathetic service I've experienced with Zoom Cars recently.

            My booking started at 1:00 Am in the morning of 18th May 2018. I had to rush to the Hyderabad International Airport to make sure that one of my family member's board the flight.

            I reached to the car site and to my surprise the fuel in vehicle was 12% and could hardly travel 10Kms. I reached out to the support and people over there are pretty insensitive!!

            All your reply was "Sir, please fill the fuel and upload the bill and we will refund you back" - Do you'll think I don't know that?

            But in the middle of the night should be worried about getting late to the airport or should I be concerned about finding a fuel station?

            Do you'll sound sensible?

            Late I got a call from one gentlemen name Mohammad. All he was asking me is " Do you want the car or do you want to cancel the booking?"

            With time running out have you people really left any options with me??

            Do you'll call this a customer service??

            Zoom where are your standards?

            I'm really sorry to inform that I will be approached the consumer complaints court with all the call records and the fuel meter images while I was given the vehcile.

            Pleasure doing business with you'll. I would highly not recommend any one to be aware of the zoom fraud.

              At the time of registration mistakenly i uploaded my aadhar card into my friends account. But now when i'm trying to re-upload it into my account. It's showing dual account message. I want to get my aadhar out of his account as it can be misused too. And when i called zoomcar they r telling that it's in their policy once uploaded can't be removed they should have told it earlier while registration. But now the thing is i want to get my adhar card out of his account.

                I picked the cycle from taj mahal east gate.
                I just watching some articles in the shop and cycle was stolen from my back.
                Now i am unable to end the trip and lock the cycle.
                I have unlocked cycle 102996 on 29th April Early at 5:59 am and after 28 mins, not able to end the trip it was showing message that find nearby station. After many tries, able to end trip but my payment got deducted for 1 hour charge of 6₹ and payment got deducted twice and total 12₹ got deducted. Kindly help for refund.

                  pedl cycle stolen unable to end my ride but money is getting continuously deducted

                  I started my pedl ride yesterday in front of mahesh school pune and on my way i parked it in front of a gym for around 2 minutes.                     I booked a cycle 101844 stationed at my office location & used it for around 15 - 20 minutes, but unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message.                       I took a ride and i was in a totally hurry and me and my friend that's it..

                      We never opened the read doors even but we noticed that there were some papers and covers on the rear part..

                      But anyways front is okay so we took the ride and later after a day i've got a notification some thing like i've to pay a cleaning fee of rs.1000???

                      What nonsense is this? And this is totally #.

                      Normal car washing charges it self from 500

                      Why the hell i had to pay 1000 though it was not done by me?

                      This is car owners tricks to get extra money from the customers ...

                      #zoomcar making fraud over customers.
                      I cannot lock the bike due to the nob of the lock has come out so it is not possible to lock the bike manually and the biling is still live please stop the process...i have tried mailing on your support mail id but i am not getting any help... I need to end the trip... help needed asap

                        Hi, i m naveen. I booked zoom car on 8th may. Everything was fine. We thought zoom car is best and affordable but on the next day when we went to handover the car, zoom car man told us that we are charged for overspeeding. This is such a fraud action. He didn't told us before giving us car. As this was my first booking with zoom car, i was not aware about speed limit and because of clear highway i might have crossed speed limit. I am a college student and this 2500rs is such a big amount for me. Please help me this time. And also we are not getting and customer care support.

Keeping in mind the safety of our customers we have set a limit on the speed. Hence, you have been charged for the same.                         No, rather than being concern about our safety you are focusing on money making fraudulently. You should set the speed limit in your cars or set alarm for overspeeding. Your team should atleast warn us before handing over car. I request you to return or lessen the deduction of overspeeding otherwise i will never recommend ZoomCar to anyone. Please respond.

                          I had booked a ride on 1st may 2018. The ride was completed within 5hrs. It was a short ride for a restaurant nearby for a friend's bday celebration.
                          Completed the drive within time limit. I got a clearance message within 12hrs from zoomcar that I have no outstanding balance to pay or there is no refund from zoomcar.
                          After 2 days they have started to send message and mail me to pay 10, 000rs mentioning as a damage charge.when I connected with the customer care they said there is an clutch issue.

                          Flaws that I found that shows clear sign of there intention.

                          1) The customer support executive said there will be inspection after each ride as I asked them who can I be responsible for that.
                          I have seen through my eyes itself there will be no inspection after a ride. I can provide more proof for that.
                          2) They have already sent me a clearance message that I have no outstanding balance. That means my and there connection is over for the drive.
                          3) how the hell will the customer know if there is a clutch issue? Is he there to check each and every nut and bolt before starting the drive?
                          Is there any meaning with respect to internal issue?
                          By the way we rode hardly 20km, is that a reason for clutch breakdown?
                          The probability would be very less that it would have happened in our ride.
                          4) There might be a trick as per my observation, as they delayed my ride by not unlocking the car by 30mins. The motive behind this could be to make customer to undergo a wrong move.
                          Though this happened, I drove slowly as I usually do and I lost the table in a booked restaurant, I never complained them, wish i did have complained.
                          5) Finally, even though there is a clutch issue it cannot be part of single customer. It would be part of many customers who made the part suffer.
                          6) They will send message which seems to be threating each day to pay the balance. There is no proper procedure to talk one on one to solve this.
                          Definitely you can't message them back. Mails will get non sense computerised replies. Hardly the calls get connects to the customer support executive.
                          7) It would be better to stop these kind of service(an indirect way to loot customers).
                          8) they are not providing me the detailed report for the damage. Wish RTI act is applicable to them.

                            I had wrongly unlocked cycle number 102186 got an sms from zoomcar to end the trip and i have not used cycle for a single minute and i don't know where is cycle please end the trip right now i don't want to be charged for something that i haven't used. 30rs is debited from my paytm wallet for pedl, customer care of zoomcar is not working so cannot log complaint there. They should revert transaction. Please end the trip immediately and refund any amount that was charged through my paytm.

                              I really took the first ride in zoom car and ended the trip 3 hours early. I came to know in morning that i have been charge cleaning fee of 2000 but the car was already dirty. I need my refund and will go for any consumer complain or court to get my refund with interest.. Instead of rewarding for early return. They are charging me.. They even not allowing me to call them. Pathetic zoomcar what a company you would say who just cheat customer. I will go to any social media and court to prove my self wright and get my refund

                                I have booked zoom car for the first time, while driving the car there was no indication or alerts that i am overspeeding, while completing my trip, the executive informed that i have to pay 2500 extra for overspeeding which is totally unfair, zoom car is just stealing and cheeting the customers if they are so concerned about the speed why have not put a speed lock they just want to steal money from the customers very much disappointed 2500 is very huge amount.

                                I would like to request a way off for this amount, as this was my first experience with Zoom car. There are so many checks list items that I have checked while taking the zoom car like internal and external conditions of the car, why was the app no designed to force me to read this policy?

                                    After parking in the same location after a day they are asking me to pay inconvenience fee and damage fee where i don't y are there charging inconvenience fee and damage fee i have video proof i haven't damaged anything until the car has been parked... Wen i call customer care phone is not being reachable. I emailed them no response for that as well

                                    I have unlocked cycle 102996 on 29th April Early in morning at 5:59 am and after 28 mins. when I tried to end the trip it continuously showing message that find nearby station.

                                    After many tries, able to end trip but my payment got deducted for 1 hour charge of 6₹ and payment got deducted twice and total 12₹ got deducted. Kindly help for refund.
                                    I have a series of mails with 14 reminders on which in some mails I got a revert from Zoomcar, in others I did not.
                                    Very hopeless company as they do not know to serve the customer.
                                    I am just not getting time to sue them, but that will also happen soon.

                                      I had booked a kuv100 booking id jps62pnme which i picked on 29th april 2018 from delhi airport. I had paid around 25, 000 in advance including 5, 000 refundable deposit. The car wasn't in a great condition but i didn't want to start my vacation to shimla to celebrate my anniversary on a bad note and with a delay. Thankfully reached mashobra on 29th evening safely. On 1st may when we decided to venture out for sight seeing the car refused to start. It was so difficult to reach your call centre and the live assistance guy was hopeless and kept referring to call center. By 5.30 p. M the car was towed away finally the same day. I was told i will be refunded the money for 8 days. I would have expected the refund to be around 20, 000. To my shock, i get a message stating 6, 670 will be refunded. What's even worse is i get a message and a call yesterday i. E. May 6th stating i owe you guys 6, 500. Really? Do you think am this big a fool? If am not getting my due refund asap am going to sue you and that's a promise. One you screwed my vacation and anniversary and then you have the audacity to demand money rather than refund? I have all the evidences and messages and pictured and videos that proves all that i said. You are my last hope and i hope you will resolve this to my satisfaction. Thanks

                                      The saga continues. Promises made only to be broken. Cheap tricks deployed to cheat the customers. No one bothers to call back as promised. Frustration continues. Can't believe they are still in business. Would never recommend to anyone. Horrifying experience and care a damn attitude towards customers once money is looted.

                                      Bunch of cheats. Being called to say the car was in good condition while acknowledging it was towed away on the 2nd day. They refuse to refund any amount. Thiefs to say the least. Can anyone help with how we make them pay for this? This is atrocious. I had paid 25K one month in advance. Nightmare dealing with these thugs.
