This is to inform the zoomcar that i had booked a honda city car for the time period of 9th, april, 2017 till 12th, april, 2017 and have recieved a legal notice by post on 20th, april, 2018 a year after i booked the vehicle.
The notice says that i have incurred damages to the vehicle for which they are charging 7500 inr and cleaning charges 1500 inr.
But at the time of handing over the vehicle at the end of the trip the zoomcar member assured me that there were no damages incurred to the vehicle and further asked 1000 inr as cleaning charges for which i gave him 500 inr, for which no receipt was provided to me and without bothering much i went back home.
The issue has been mailed to the customer care through the zoomcar app but have recieved a reply asking for the receipt of the amount paid. Howcome, i would be able to provide the reciept after a full year of booking the vehicle and that too for the damages and cleaning charges that had not been done by me.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

You all trying to mentally harrass and provoke the customers by sending the legal notices?
Is this the correct way to demand money for the things that have not been done by the customers?
