incorrect cleaning charges

Hi

On 7th april 2018, i have taken zoomcar, mariti swift for drive for 23km only. After thr drive, i have kept car in the same condition what it was. But still i can see in my app, cleaning charges of rs 1000 has been charged and showing outstanding which is not at all acceptable. Nothing has been done inside the car as ot was for few hrs and the car was clean too.

So please reverse this cleaning amount.br...

zoomcar pedl cycle unlocking wrong cycle

This is in reference to the pedl cycle, i mistakenly unlocked a cycle with 103240 as its number and now i am unable to locate the cycle to end the trip. It is deducting the cost from my paytm wallet. Please help me with this and prompt action is appreciated. And also my paytm wallet does not have much money for it go on whole day. Kindly look into this matter and you can notify me on my email. unable to unlock pedl cycle during ongoing trip

Date of the Incident: 06.04.2018
Cycle Number: 100175

I unlocked the cycle and started my ride and went to a nearby place and locked the cycle and sat for few minutes. Once again, I am trying to unlock the cycle through app. It is showing unlocked successfully, but it is not really unlocked in the cycle.

harassing to clear the false charges

I have taken a car from 7 am to 10 pm. with 225 kms free as per the policy and i have returned the car under same condition within the schedule time hence strongly say that i need not pay any extra charges.
My booking ID JPS62PLSM/28.03.18.

This is to inform you that as per knowledge there is no pending amount to be paid by me and also no excess usage(kms) utilized by me.

I have opened the app and unlock the cycle.in the app, it is showing your ride started. But the cycle did not unlocked itself. I am really shocked with this very strange behavior.

I have booked hyundai i10 in chennai for 220KM for 11 hours. The back tyre got puncture near uthukottai due to some sharp iron particles on the road side. So I checked for the Spare tyre and it was there but there is no jack tools to remove and to fix the spare tyre. Since it was strike on that day there were no shops available but anyhow we have got jack tools from another people who came by car on that way. But we have not put the puncture...

I took cycle near mahindra city chennai and have used it about 5 minutes.
While end my trip my cycle didn't locked manually and also through app (Problem with the cycle lock i guess). Tried it more than 5, 6 times it does not worked. After that i was dropped their and went off. I was keep trying to end my trip through zoom car app pedal cycle. It shows pop up that "lock your cycle manually" like that. Everyday...

zap subscribe and zoom car connect

The zoom car support center is the worst.
There is no call back system available and when you try calling them they just put you on hold for more than half hour and then disconnect the call.
Also i tried scheduling the one to one call and meet but there is no response.
I want to add my car in the zoom service but i am not able to connect them and any attempt to contact them is failing....

unable to end the pedl trip

Dear sir, last night i started a trip for pedl cycle 100913 from hostel 5 iit bombay, i parked the cycle at one place just to go to a washroom for 1 minute. When i came back the cycle was not there, somebody took it. I'm trying to end the trip since then but i'm unable to. Please end the trip. It has already cost me 15rs and the trip is still going on.

pedl stations without any cycle

I use pedl cycle to commute to work place. These days its hard to find even a single cycle at all the 4 stations nearby parihar chowk, pune. After my office i take cycle and park it at one of the 4 stations.in the morning time i hardly see even a single cycle. Make sure about the availability of cycle when it is required. Do some research and distribute the cycle at every station or area accordingly. Place nearby parihar chowk, pune are crowded...

I had a flat tyre during my recent zoomcar scorpio booking. The tyre already had a very thin tread. The as per zoomcar policy i informed the zoomcar customer support immediately and proceeded change the tyre.

Since the 5 nuts were extremely tight to be removed by hand and the tools - spanners provided were not of the right size, i was unable to remove 4 nuts out of the 5. I found a mechanic shop nearby and the mechanic managed...

lost my wallet in zoomcar
