I started trip at 8.01 PM from seasons road, aundh, Pune. I ride for half hour and I am unable to end the trip. I park the cycle at pedl station and lock the cycle. But still unable to end the trip. I came home and now using WiFi but still unable to end the trip. This is happening with me for the second time. Kindly close the trip. It cost me 3rs. But not it's 9rs. Still not able to close the trip.

    Sir,
    My cycle number is 100228 .I booked my cycle yesterday . when I end the trip it cut the charges and showed payment successful.But today when i was trying to book my ride, I found that the previous ride is still going on. It cut the much amount . Then still now it is going on. I can't stop it. Time to time the charges increasing. Please help me out. I am very shocked for such kind a problem. Cycle is neither open nor end. And refundmy extra charges as soon as possible.

    Cycle number-100228.I can't stop my trip since yesterday. It cut my much money already and in every 30 minutes it's increasing... please stop it. I'm very disappointed for this kind a problem.stop it and refund my amount.

      In shivajinagar area this problem of app not connecting to paytm when we try to unlock the cycle has become very prevalent. People keep waiting at balgandharv with a hope that the app may work at some point of time. with in a week this happened 3 times. This is a great inconvenience. Please try to resolve this issue as possible.
      I have found one zoomcar PEDL cycle in damaged condition left on roadside in pune city.. exact location of the cycle is near Manohar Mangal karyalay.. Blossom Women Clinic, Erandwane, Pune .. cycle is left near one tree.

      On Monday, 16 April at around 7.50am in Newtown, Kolkata I tried to unlock the Cycle No. 100350. The physical lock did not open but surprisingly a message came saying 'trip started' and my account was wrongly debited. I could not use the cycle and had to 'end trip' on the app in a minute. Hope, the company will take care of the issue and refund.

        For this booking. I had made complain against your employee. After complain your employee called me and said that tune tera kaam kar dia na ab tu dekh. This type of talk from your employee is not expected. And when i drop the vehicle on 21st morning he said that there is 3 scratches which were done by me. Out of these 3 scratches 2 scratches were clarified by video which i had made before trip start. And i also captures the images when i reached there. From these images it is quite clear that all the scratches were already exist. But your employee wants tit for tat for this purpose he made a damage request in panel by this my 4000 is been deducted by you. It is final remainder to your company because i am going to filled a suit against you and your employee if there is no response from your side. For you reference i attach those images which i captured before trip started.

            I want to file my case against zoomcar, and tommorow and day after tommrow i definetly case on zoomcar for such a harrasment, and recently i filed case in the national consumer court file no. 699591 and i spread everywhere about there looting the custmors money. Such a worse experience with zoomcar, plz do share it, i want your support.

            I keshav mahajan booked a car for the trip from rajhouri garden to sonipat on 21april 2018 from 8am to 11pm.
            I ca me to pick the car from rajhouri garden zoomcar office which was at its worst condition without any lightning there the worker of zoom car said me to make video of car but don't tell me to make video of all already damaged parts of car so i haven't make video of cracked windcheater.in fact this is his work of keeping video record of car but he didn't. Then we went to sonipat. There was a scratch on wind cheater of car initially at the tym i pick the car but when we park the car in open sunlight there i noticed that initial crack is increasing due to very hot afternoon and direct sunrays then i again parked the car opposite to sunrays but it was increasing then i make the video to show how scratch is increasing due to hotness and how am putting water and wet hankerchief over windcheater. Sir the whole car is in same condition as i picked it. Not a single scratch over it any where else. So where is my mistake that u are not giving me my 5000 security money back. I want my money back because there is not my mistake.

              We had booked a car in singasandra.. Mahindra scorpio car. But there was no jack in the car. So the faculty said it ok u can carry on tat they don't have a spare...                 I have booked zoomcar rental in the month of march for the price 2338 rupees and had paid 7000 for the same, with a promised refund of 5000 rupees.
                I have not received the refund amount but the status is updated as refunded in the application even upon emailing them about this multiple times. The customer care number provided - +[protected] does not work at all.

                  Hi my name is dr. Georly george from bangalore, on 20-4-18 around 10.00 pm there was accident happened in front of iim - bannerghatta road bangalore. Zoom car number ka 51 d 8101.
                  The car hits on my bike and ran. Me and my wife got injured and we have taken the first aid treatment. Also some damages happened to my yamaha fz bike also. Today i have been checked with the service center and they told there is some bending on forks, shock absorbers and handle rods. Also crash guard has been totally damaged. For correcting fork and handle bending itself cost 2000. And for crash guard it's 1000, so kindly provide the contact numbers of the guy who drives the car on that time. For any other clarification i'm having the photos of the guy and the incident from the spot.

                    Hello team,

                    I booked cycle at ideal colony. Cycle number 101635. But cycle didnt unlock, so i end the trip in 2mins. 3 rs deducted from my paytm account.

                    Again in 2 mins i booked a cycle 101370 stationed at ideal colony, kothrud & used it for around 20 minutes, but unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message. I locked the cycle manually, now its not allowing me to unlock the cycle. I am being charged for 2hr 38 minutes ride and its still debiting the money from my account.

                    I tried for almost 2hours 30mins waiting there (Which itself is so disgusting and pathetic)!! I couldn't even move the bicycle a single bit and still being charged. And i am getting charged as my writing this. I have send query 3 times on zoom customer care, still there no response from customer care end. It's so pathetic to see these kind of behaviour from a reputed brand. I request you to have a look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

                      Dear zoomcar team,

                      This is with regard to your "legal notice" that you have sent me today. I would like to share my feedback and few suggestions after my first time on 08/04/2018, booking id: jps62sohj (And definitely the last one) experience with zoomcar service.

                      1. According to my understanding zoomcar is an app that provides self driven cars on rent to those who seeks for it. So basically it is a paid customer service that you are providing.in my opinion, customer service means maintaining a good customer relationship and being amiable and polite to them. So irrespective of the fact that a customer has done some damage to your property, a service provider like you should know what kind of approach you should take to deal with your customers. So zoomcar has a unique way of conveying their demands:

                      Please note that failure to make payment of the due amount will render you liable to civil proceedings and the company would be entitled to recover the due amount by attachment of your property (Movable/immovable) or otherwise further, willfully declining or making delay to pay the above said outstanding amount could also subject you to criminal proceedings.

                      We therefore request you to make payment of the aforementioned outstanding amount of ₹4444 within 5 days of this mail, failing which we shall be constrained to initiate against you civil and criminal legal proceedings as are warranted by law for recovery of the due amount.

                      Let me tell you this is certainly not the way to treat people. Is this the way you threaten your customers? You are portraying your customers as criminals. And can you explain what do mean by the statement "company would be entitled to recover the due amount by attachment of your property (Movable/immovable) or otherwise"? I have been sent back to back mails, messages since i have taken the ride. Is this the way your company does business? Please note that there are several other apps and service providers as well and there are many more to come. I don't know how many customers your company serves but definitely owing to your approach i assume there are not many and it is going to go further down in coming days. I am not sure who runs/owns this particular company and what morals/principles that the employees follow over there.

                      2. You have charged 4444 inr extra for this ride, because according to you i have inculcated damages to the car (As written in the app). Can you kindly elaborate what are the damage (S) you are exactly talking about? Is there any proof of the fact that i have damaged your car? Because, according to me i have returned the car safely and securely at the given drop location. On what basis are you charging this exorbitant outstanding amount? If your company is really concerned about the safety of its property then it should keep a representative who will do a thorough check pre and post the rides. It is a fraud that you are doing with your customers and i am sure that one who has availed your service once has done it for the first and the last time. Please stop doing this scam with people and do not threaten/chase people like this. Based on your assumption you cannot charge anything you wish. Did your team even try to reach me asking my statement about the so called damage?

                      3. I have noticed that in the app the amount is mentioned as "vehicle damage fee" and in mail you are mentioning that amount as "the car has been used in excess of the paid rental amount". Please decide and come to any one conclusion because i see you do not have any clear picture about how you are going to squeeze money from the customer. This proves that you have just given a random number without any concrete reasons behind it.

                      4. I don't know how many people you have harassed like this. I would certainly circulate this scam in different social media sites and report the same to whoever i know. I didn't have a worse customer experience than this and i would make sure to put a strong negative feedback for your company that how you people threaten your customers and make them feel insecure.

                      Thank you for your time on the call. Based on the escalation raised, we did have a check on the damage charges and find that the charges are not valid. Hence, we have reversed the charges levied. We also see that you have been charged Rs.144/- towards the excess km. We also see that you have a fuel refund of Rs.200/-. We have adjusted the same and refunded the balance amount via IMPS.

                      You will receive an email within 24 hours with a link, request you to login to your Zoomcar account and then click on the link. Enter your bank details and the amount will be instantly transferred to your respective account or you can initiate the refund by selecting the option " Get refund" in the application under the respective booking ID.

                      We once again apologize for the inconvenience caused. Hope the issue stands resolved. Happy Zooming.

                        We booked a zoomcar on 14th of April 8AM from forum mall 5th floor parking zoomcar pickup point, kolkata. We checked everything and went on for our journey.
                        On returning the car on Sunday 15th April at around 5:30pm, they told me that the stepney is damaged. But strangely we didnt even use the stepney tyre that it would get damaged.
                        It felt like a setup. As as soon as we arrived they asked about stepney instead of checking car body or papers etc.
                        After that they said they would charge extra money saying there is tyre damage I went with them to the nearest petrol pump to check the tyre. The petrol pump workers told us its a puncture. But the zoomcar assistant didnt listen and told me this will be charged and i have to pay.
                        I told him that this is wrong as we havent even used the spare tyre. He told me that it will be on them if i dont pay. I said that if we havent even used the tyre then theres no question of damage. Maybe they have missed inspection on the previous return and putting this on the next customer.
                        He told me that i should have checked the tire before leaving. I told them i checked the tyre, but there is no person on earth who can see and touch a tyre and say its damaged or not. And spare tyres are never opened and checked while pickup. After hearing this he was silent and the other personnel pretended that he was on call. They left after giving air to the damaged tyre and putting it in the car.
                        I feel we have been scammed. It is disheartening that i was scammed like this.

                        I was charged extra 3000 rupees for a thing which was not done by us.
                        I want my money to be refunded, and want zoomcar personnels to be closely governed from future. This is absolute injustice.

                          I tried renting cycle yesterday, but due to faulty lock even though trip was shown as started, l could ride as cycle was not unlocked. I tried ending & starting trip in an attempt to unlock, but it didn't work. In process 5 times Rs. 3 was cut without utilizing services. Please help to refund money for un-utilized services.

                            I am receiving emails and messages for my booking jps625e6x which i completed and surrendered before time by making an advance payment by card at the time of termination of the car at the point i did all formalities and nothing wrong was said by zoom car. After 2 days they started sending me msgs and emails and now also sending me legal notices and harassing me and asking about damage charges which i have not done.

                            Plz give me justice and save 100 s of others who are threatened by zoom car.

                            Dont book car from zoom cars.

                            This is absolutely fake and fabricated story you people are creating and misleading innocent people.

                            Allegations of damage should be made at the time of car drop and locking, why was it not done? if you were true, you should have done it immediately which was not done.

                            All the damages to the car which were in the car were shown to the owner and also on the app which you are neglecting.

                            In any Case i hereby notify you to take back the notice sent to me with due respect.

                              Hello Sir,
                              i tried to make a booking for a Maruti Swift (Red Color) Pick up from Coimbatore Airport from 24.04.2018 7 A.M to 24.04.2018 9 P.M @ Rs.1330 for 140 kilometers free. The total charges were Rs.6330 (Rs.1330 + Rs.5000 as Security Deposit). The mode of Payment was through Net Banking through Indian Overseas Bank. The Payment Process was successful, the amount was debited from my Account. I have attached the Screenshots of my account statement with the narration for the transaction. But It was stated as "Payment Failure" when I was reverted back to Zoomcar page. Kindly look into the issue and let me know when the refund would be processed.

                              I have already written a mail, from the Help&Support section, in the Zoom car App.

                                Dear zoom car team,

                                Regarding: cycle no. 101957
                                Area: durga coffee shop, kothrud, pune

                                Used pedl bike on 16 april 2018 from 7:32pm to 9:11pm.
                                I was charged rs. 12 when i attempted to end trip and balance got deducted.
                                But app is still showing that trip is not ended and i am being charged for usage.
                                I tried ending my trip but even after trying for 15-20mins i was unable to end the trip in app.
                                But my ride from app is not ending even after i have locked the bike at proper station and the trip fare is deducted from paytm account.
                                The outstanding amount for the ride is increasing for almost 12 hrs now.
                                The cycle is also missing from where it was parked before on the pedl stand and hence i am unable to trace it.
                                Require genuine and urgent help. Please support as i have already raised multiple mails for which i have not received any response.

                                its happen with me so meany times, there should be button where we can complain about this...even some time this very difficult to end trip, but there is no solution

                                On 4/10/2018, three cycle i tried to unlock, trip started but cycle did not unlock,
                                there is no button in related to that where we can complain about cycle, 9 rs they cut without using any servicess, my email id [protected]@gmail.com

                                  I had booked cycle no. 102827 from pedl.in and i ride it for about 1 hr in the evening around 7:30pm. After that i parked it at the cycle station from where i started at around 8:30 pm and tried to end trip. But unable to do so. I have raised three complaints through mail till now and yet to get any resolution. I’m unable to now find the cycle as well. Whenever i’m trying to end my trip it just asks for open location and never ends the trip. This is very annoying and i’m being charged for this for about 12 hrs now which i’m not using at all. This is very ridiculous and unprofessional i tried to stop the trip after using it for 1 hr but it's been 12 hrs approximately. My due balance is showing 69 rs and still increasing
                                  Have tried all the steps but no resolution
                                  Pls help to end the trip

                                      On monday evening i had used a pedl bicycle and after using it for 20 minutes i parked it at a pedl station. Since then i am trying to end the trip but the trip is not ending and i am getting charged more money. It has been five hours. When i try to end the trip it says "could not connect to paytm wallet". When in fact it is connected to paytm wallet. I have sent several emails to customer care. But there has been no response. There is no number where i can contact. Please end my pedl trip. Now i am getting messages that i should end my trip or i will have to pay outstanding amount. There is no way to contact these guys. Please help.

                                        I am student of IIT Bombay, i used pedl bicycle on 16th April evening and till now i am unable to end the trip. its very irritating. money from my paytm wallet is continuously getting deducted. its showing "timed out"

                                        and also trying to contact on helpline no. but unable to connect with them...

                                        Tried to take a PEDL trip on April 10, 2018 at 1.56pm for bicycle no 101815. However, the bicycle did not unlock and the trip started. Since then I am not able to end the trip also. The amount charged is continuously increasing. I tried to end the trip but it couldn't end. The cycle is still parked at the PEDL cycle station
