Today i. E, on 25/04/18 i have unlocked a pedl cycle with number 102014 at 6:51am and with in 20 mins i placed the cycle at the nearest pedl station and locked and tried to end the trip but cannot end.

I mailed you many a times, inspite of my continuous mails the pedl trip has been ended at approximately 12:30 pm...

I was charged 36rs for that...

Without my fault how can you charge me with that price and even i didn't use the cycle for that much time, after 20 mins of my trip start i placed the cycle at the nearest pedl station

If you feel iam wrong you can check with your gps system..

I took cycle from Infosys gate3 Chennai this morning nearly at 7. I was not able to end the trip till now. I'm getting timed out error message. It's being more than 3 hours paytm is being debited.

    Zoomcar team,

    I booked a cycle no 1022d 96 an stationed from my home location & used it for around 30 minutes, but unable to end trip stating timeout error and its still getting charged for one hourfor no reason. L. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

    This is a nightmare experience early morning. Cant reach team or no one reachable.

      Hi, i unlocked a cycle from fc road (Opp. Oreintal bank) on tuesday at 10:29pm and have been trying to end the trip since 10:50pm but it is not happening. I’m being charged for the trip ever since. Please end the trip from the back end. I’ve locked the cycle and parked right where i took it from.

      Kindly look into the issue asap and refund the excess amount that i’m being charged.

      I’ve mailed the customer support team multiple times but haven’t received any reply. How do i contact the customer support? This is absolutely bad service.

      Please end the trip.

        I use Pedl to commute frequently to and from the Newtown Bus stand in Kolkata. Today surprisingly, I was unable to end the trip and the trip is still continuing for the past 45 mins. The cycle number is 100888 and I ended the trip at Newtown Business Club. The trip ending times out everytime I try. Stood there for 15-20 mins. I'm really surprised that a company like zoomcar has such a flawed system for Pedl. It must be tested before complete implementation. Further, they are misusing the trust of the customer by being able to deduct money directly from the PayTm wallet as we as customers are unable to stop the deduction even after we want to stop the trip but cannot due to the faults in the app, server, bicycle, etc. Why should the customer be made to pay for the faults of the company. Further more in the app, the trip shows it's live, but also has and end time on it. The app is just so buggy.

          Details:-

          Vehicle no - dl1n8948

          This is to inform the zoomcar that i had booked a honda city car for the time period of 9th, april, 2017 till 12th, april, 2017 and have recieved a legal notice by post on 20th, april, 2018 a year after i booked the vehicle.
          The notice says that i have incurred damages to the vehicle for which they are charging 7500 inr and cleaning charges 1500 inr.
          But at the time of handing over the vehicle at the end of the trip the zoomcar member assured me that there were no damages incurred to the vehicle and further asked 1000 inr as cleaning charges for which i gave him 500 inr, for which no receipt was provided to me and without bothering much i went back home.

          The issue has been mailed to the customer care through the zoomcar app but have recieved a reply asking for the receipt of the amount paid. Howcome, i would be able to provide the reciept after a full year of booking the vehicle and that too for the damages and cleaning charges that had not been done by me.

          Right now on 24/4/2018 at 2.31pm again I have recieved a notice through post demanding the money within 5 days. What is all this?
          You all trying to mentally harrass and provoke the customers by sending the legal notices?
          Is this the correct way to demand money for the things that have not been done by the customers?

            Hello team i am unable to end my trip... And time keeps on increasing... I tried many times and it says time out... Try again later. I m in full network parked cycle in right parking still this issue.
            This is additional issue created by complaint section. Without looking at it you think it is short.
            It is as simple as cycle no 102847 used in pimple saudagar is unable to get trip ended for some unknown reason.
            And it just shows more and more time
            Please end my trip.

              Duration of 13min. I parked the cycle at pedl station and tried to end my trip several times. End trip option procedure didnot complete. But i am receiving sms to return the cycle which i have returned already. Also i have to pay the outstanding for the cycle which i have not used.

              I have used to cycle for 13minutes and I tried to end the trip several times for the cycle no.102387. I have parked at PEDL station and my paytm was active.

                I booked the pedl cycle bearing no. 100717 from cycle stand nbcc, vibgyor towers, kolkata-700156. While ending the trip after around 1 hour, i observed that there is some problem in the lock and i am unable to lock the cycle. The complaint was raised to pedl cycle customer care via mail but recieved no response and till now. Unable to end the trip.

                  I used the cycle for around 40 mins but then i wasn't able to end the trip! I am still being charged since that moment! I have tried to end the trip several times but i'm unable to do so. I don't do what to do!

                      When i locked my cycle at the pedl station and pressed end trip from the app or the webpage it showed the loading screen and failed to end my pedl bi-cycle session
                      It's been almost 5-6 hours and still cannot end my trip.

                      I even tried to contact the customer care but for any reply they would send me the same mail and not rather try to resolve it.

                      I've sent them several mails about the increasing rent and failure to end trip still no assistance.

I am not able to end my trip have tried many times but the error is coming and my balance is continuously deducting i have waited almost one hour to end the trip but the same error is showing on the app please solve the complaint as soon as possible i have mail many times but no reply from the company...                             My cycle number is 100228 .I booked my cycle yesterday . when I end the trip it cut the charges and showed payment successful.But today when i was trying to book my ride, I found that the previous ride is still going on. It cut the much amount . Then still now it is going on. I can't stop it. Time to time the charges increasing. Please help me out. I am very shocked for such kind a problem.                               In shivajinagar area this problem of app not connecting to paytm when we try to unlock the cycle has become very prevalent. People keep waiting at balgandharv with a hope that the app may work at some point of time. with in a week this happened 3 times. This is a great inconvenience. Please try to resolve this issue as possible.
                              I have found one zoomcar PEDL cycle in damaged condition left on roadside in pune city.. exact location of the cycle is near Manohar Mangal karyalay.. Blossom Women Clinic, Erandwane, Pune .. cycle is left near one tree.

                              On Monday, 16 April at around 7.50am in Newtown, Kolkata I tried to unlock the Cycle No. 100350. The physical lock did not open but surprisingly a message came saying 'trip started' and my account was wrongly debited. I could not use the cycle and had to 'end trip' on the app in a minute. Hope, the company will take care of the issue and refund.

                                For this booking. I had made complain against your employee. After complain your employee called me and said that tune tera kaam kar dia na ab tu dekh. This type of talk from your employee is not expected. And when i drop the vehicle on 21st morning he said that there is 3 scratches which were done by me. Out of these 3 scratches 2 scratches were clarified by video which i had made before trip start. And i also captures the images when i reached there. From these images it is quite clear that all the scratches were already exist. But your employee wants tit for tat for this purpose he made a damage request in panel by this my 4000 is been deducted by you. It is final remainder to your company because i am going to filled a suit against you and your employee if there is no response from your side. For you reference i attach those images which i captured before trip started.

                                    I want to file my case against zoomcar, and tommorow and day after tommrow i definetly case on zoomcar for such a harrasment, and recently i filed case in the national consumer court file no. 699591 and i spread everywhere about there looting the custmors money. Such a worse experience with zoomcar, plz do share it, i want your support.

                                    I keshav mahajan booked a car for the trip from rajhouri garden to sonipat on 21april 2018 from 8am to 11pm.
                                    I ca me to pick the car from rajhouri garden zoomcar office which was at its worst condition without any lightning there the worker of zoom car said me to make video of car but don't tell me to make video of all already damaged parts of car so i haven't make video of cracked windcheater.in fact this is his work of keeping video record of car but he didn't. Then we went to sonipat. There was a scratch on wind cheater of car initially at the tym i pick the car but when we park the car in open sunlight there i noticed that initial crack is increasing due to very hot afternoon and direct sunrays then i again parked the car opposite to sunrays but it was increasing then i make the video to show how scratch is increasing due to hotness and how am putting water and wet hankerchief over windcheater. Sir the whole car is in same condition as i picked it. Not a single scratch over it any where else. So where is my mistake that u are not giving me my 5000 security money back. I want my money back because there is not my mistake.

                                        I have booked zoomcar rental in the month of march for the price 2338 rupees and had paid 7000 for the same, with a promised refund of 5000 rupees.
                                        I have not received the refund amount but the status is updated as refunded in the application even upon emailing them about this multiple times. The customer care number provided - +[protected] does not work at all.
