Yesterday around 10:00 at night i unlocked
A wrong cycle no 101454. The cycle i was going to unlock was 101464. I had takenly entered the last number wrongly.

I had submitted a complaint in the app's help and support and it's been more than 12 hours but still no reply. I even used the customer helpline no but that was a recorded message which keep repeating
The same line again and again. Please help me end...

I rented cycle no 102279 to a boy for riding. He was begging for just half an hour ride. So i booked a ride for him. He assured me to park it on the same place after half an hour. I fell for his mercy. He told his name to be ramdas gore. Barely 14-15 yrs old, fair complexion. Now is lost with cycle. Pls track cycle. Help me. Timer is still going on since last 14 hrs....

wrong cleaning charges of rs 500 by zoomcar

unable to end my pedl trip since last 12 hours.

not able to unlock the from pick up location

I have booked zoom car and they first made the pickup location some rural area of bangalore. Even ola and uber not able to find the location. Finally found the car from there. Now we have to unlock ourself.!!

Tried that. Not happening.

refund of a booking not availed

Hello team,

Zoomcar has not refunded my money for a booking which i did not avail due to incomplete profile verification. The message i got on my number was that my booking will get cancelled and refund calculated and processed if my profile verification is not done.

It was just today that i got a message that no refund will be processed when i called zoomcar to hear the same answer from the support executive...

couldn't unlocked zoom pedl cycle after trip started

Booked cycle no. 101264. It shows on my phone that the cycle has been unlocked when it actually hasn't. I'm not able to unlock the cycle nor am i able to cancel the trip. I tried sending multiple mail with no reply.

And please make sure that you have a dedicated customer care number exclusively for pedl. Or i will be receiving campaign in my college to ban these cycles....

I locked my cycle near mahindra world city it does not getting locked and not able to end my trip. After i tried many times to get locked it doesn't work. I also try to end my trip through app. That gave some default message popup and told me to end my trip

unnecessary cleaning fee charged

When we started our trip the car was dirty and still we are being charged rupees 2000 cleaning fee. If the car was not clean from the starting then how can zoomcar charge us more. The car was dirty from the beginning. There was cake spread on the seat and even birthday bomb strips were also there. Such fee is unnecessarily charged. Zoomcar has also chaged an extension fee evem after paying an extension fee....

unable to end pedl trip through park in pedl station

I am using pedl service in pimple gurav pune. Today i unlocked cycle no. 101614 and trip started at 6.58am. After 24 min. Of my trip i parked the cycle at kalptaru estate phase 1 pedl station and tried to end trip but continuously getting messages find nearby station. I should not be responsible to pay the money for the extra time charge i. E. After 24 min.

I have tried unlocking a pedl cycle in iit madras, and it didn't open, but the app showed the trip has begun and it is being charged continuously,.
I emailed the customer care, there is no response from there side and with time they are being charged.
