Guys i had booked a car in the month of july with booking id jps6t5rfm and i have to receive a amount of 4985 rs and i did not receive them till date.

Contacted your customer care but no action has been taken and i have mailed you regarding this to [protected]@zoom.com
But no action has been taken

    I had uploaded my dl on zoomcar but now i am noot able to remove it. I don't want my dl to be missused. So before deactivating the account i want my dl rempoved from my account. Zoomcar please check into it. Zoomcar also charged me with extra 300rs for damages that i had not done the proof they sent me was after a booking was done by somebody else. They are charging me for no reason. That is why i want to deactivate my account and remove my dl form their account

      Hi friends,
      This is my humble request...
      If you wish to rent a car from any car rental companies... Please go ahead with any other companies. Zoomcar is worst service & bad customer responds.

      I have booked few booking in zoom car but overall i experienced a bad experiences... My booking was smooth. But other booking were ended with getting cheated.

      First of all, they keep changing their policies every times... When you follow some instructions in the first booking. You will be said the terms has changed in the next booking itself.

      If the fleet executives decided to charge you... Then no one can stop them getting your pocket empty... Even if you call the customer"s support and inform or complaint them or raise any queries (Or) complaints... Its waste of time... They will never listen and inform you to see the terms...

      It's been worst service.

      For small minor scratch, they will claim as dent and charge you more than 5000... It depends on how the fleet executive mind...

      Their exact plan is giving offers and getting 5times the money as claims...

      Such as cheap business tactics..

      Plz i suggest you to try some other good companies or you can buy a car itself instead of paying this cheaters...

      Corporate heartless thief's...

      They cancel our plans by not providing the type of car booked and doesn't compensate for it.
      There cars are of poor maintenance and harass, demand huge money for simple scratch as if the vehicle is not prior damaged. They change their damage charges without intimation.
      In the name of startup and offers they cheat customers.
      They provide poor maintenance vehicles and ask us to report for any issues with booking, but call ends when we select 6. This is all planned and harass customers with hefty damage charges after providing poor maintenance vehicle.
      Once we are loyal to them and pay the charges or deposit, they doesn't listen to us and ends call while considering it only as feedback. They want us not to believe their recruited attendants or team leads, but they totally depend on team lead or attendants for any charges irrespective of proof we have.

        Hello. I was trying to book a pedl cycle in jm road, pune but by mistake, when i was try to scan qr code at the same time someone else also scan the qr code (Said by him) and he took the cycle with him. After some time i saw the message and immediatly try to end the trip but i cannot end the trip. Now it seems someone else is using the cycle and i cannot end the trip. And my money is also being charged as it is connected with my paytm wallet.
        I had already informed to customer support but still i am getting the messages. Pls help and resolve

          Hi,
          I tried to ride a pedl's bicycle today around 17:30 hrs.
          I scanned the qr code of the cycle number is 101924.
          The trip got started after 15 minutes i tried for so many times still it didn't get unlocked. Finally i decided to give up and tried ending the trip. Unfortunately even ending trip also didn't work!!!
          I tried for almost 25 minutes waiting there (Which itself is so disgusting and pathetic). I couldn't even move the bicycle a single bit and still being charged.
          And i am getting charged as my writing this!
          It's so pathetic to see these kind of behaviour from a reputed brand.
          I request you to have a look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

            deducting of money from paytm wallet even after ending the trip

              As per my knowledge, the booking was made in advance with full payment.
              I got a puncture in the car while on the way to the drop time of the car. It was a normal puncture.
              During the time of the drop of the car, there was no other damage than the front tyre puncture.
              Asking a charge of 10000 inr against a puncture is illegitimate.
              On talking to the executive, i was informed that the rim was also damaged which does not make sense. I would not know if the car had any internal damage (On the rim) during pick-up.
              Over and above the zoomcar has accidental insurance covered and if there is any major damage, it is supposed to be insured.
              Then asking such ridiculous amount only seems like a business growing strategy after getting a customer base.
              Please stop this unfair and non-standard practice of charging users for small incidents with such high amounts.
              Then provide legal notices to try to recover whatever you want. Stop it.

                I vineet, not surprised to see that zoomcar has had a history of levying incorrect damage charges to the consumers.
                I being one of those victims with the booking id # jpsg2loyj had booked a maruti swift on 15th january 2018.
                This car was parked at a private parking lot and a non zoomcar personnel handed over the car keys (Believed to be the car owners driver). After inspecting the car and taking a video i didnt notice any major damages other than hairline scratches. Also it was 12am hence due to inadequate light it was hard to see the damage they ask me to pay for.
                Now, after 10 hours when i return the car the same guy who handed me the keys was available, he inspected the car several times and asked me to wait until he’s done with the car check. Took nearly 10 mins for him to check if there were any damages.
                He then informed me that im good to go and car has no damages.
                After 10-12 hours im guessing i noticed that i have been charged a whopping ₹5000 for some damage.
                I requested zoomcar to check the cctv footage as the parking lot is well equipped with at least 4 cameras. But zoomcar continues to say, our partner (Car owner) has said the damage is been done hence i will have to pay.
                Zoomcar’s so called “verification” is only n only based on their partners word?
                I think it’s not much to ask for to get the cctv footage checked.
                But as always zoomcar representatives are trained to repeat same rebuttal again n again that “the charges are valid and you need to pay, our internal team has verified but its confidential “
                What if the damage was actually done after i handed over the car? How can you prove it, if zoomcar can ill pay double of what i’ve been asked to pay for.
                I have booked zoomcar about 10+ times, in that period i have been charged for late return, excess kms and once for a damage too.
                I have happily paid them but not this time. Because it is unfair to pay for something that you are not responsible for.

                  Hi my name is mohan i have booked zoom car (Scorpio) from tirupati for 360 kms on march 5 2018. I taken the vehicle rided and intimated to the parking person that pickup condition of the vehicle was poor he said no sir there is no problem with vehicle but when i try move fast i mean accelerates vehicle to speed up it was unable to speed up because it's clutch plates are damaged i didn't noticed that after riding just 17 kms the vehicle was unable to move totally collapsed. They provided an stupid vehicle. To me it was a huge humiliation in front of my friend's who doesn't know about zoom car and i explained them about zoom car but zoom car totally spoiled my day and it was my first ride. Still they refunded my money

                    Day before yesterday i have used the zoom car everything was nice and gud but the employee over there was a such a rude person he don’t know how to behave with the customers he is trying to make me to pay the money for others mistake why should i pay the money for others mistakes he is arguing me allot for that actually i haven taken a vedio when i picked up the car so that have saved me by that we can say that how irresponsible he is such a rouge he is company should maintain proper staff

                      As might not be knowing... Most of pune's student hub is sadashiv peth, tilak road.

                      Why don't u hav any single station in such a student's dominated area...

                      70% of students crowd lives in sadashiv peth pune... Pedl must have started from here... But i am astonished there no station in such a routers area.

                        Hi team,

                        I have been writing emails to you guys many times, yesterday and today. Only once i was able to talk to the customer care representative and was told that there was no clear communication on the change in drop process when we extend the booking. He agreed to waive off the fee charges and also reimburse the cab bill as well. But now i see from the app showing the outstanding amount. Based on the message from zoom car ”hi there. For your booking jps62r9y0, 500 zoomcar credits could be all yours if you return us the car with a full tank! We will also reimburse you for the fuel bill in addition to it. You can use these credits in your future bookings with us." i had filled full tank while returning the car but no credits have been added and also no waive off done on the late fee as it was not my fault. I am a customer of zoom car for more than 3 years and made more than 15 bookings with zoom car and now i feel zoom car has pathetic customer support and next time i would definitely try with other options for self drive available in market. I would request any of you to please call me on my registered mobile [protected] or alternative number [protected] to discuss and finalize the stuff.

                          This morning, i've unlocked a damaged pedl cycle no:102480.. It's lever is broken already... But to lock it again and end the trip the lever got stucked..
                          I'm trying to reach out pedl customer care but no such help-line numbers or the customer support mails are present...
                          Meanwhile the pedl service started sending the messages saying that do you want to extend your trip... You have an outstanding balance... Do you want to end the trip...

                            Recently booked a zoomcar, booking id: jps62umnd.

                            The car was returned in picked up and dropped at a place mentioned. The next evening we were charged damages fees. Unlike the traditional parking lot drop, this was to be dropped in a road. After multiple calls and emails to the customer care on what the issue was, they replied after 10 days with the actual damage. It was paint off on the bumper. During our ride, we did not bump the car anywhere nor was it touched by any vehicle. So i asked them for proof that this damage was there at the time of our car drop off. The response was it is a confidential information on how they know it is a damage created by my booking and cannot be shared with anyone. Also, they would legally prosecute me.

                            Also, the customer care is not ready to give me this information in writing about the legal actions and their confidential confirmation on how they determined that the car was damaged by me. Since the vehicle was to be parked on a narrow road, any vehicle could have bumped into it.

                              The pedl cycle i rented is unable to end trip. It shows the message "no outstanding to pay". Also it gives problem in locating the pedl station. Even though i'm at a pedl station, it shows i'm not. Please make sure that the gps accuracy is there in the cycle. Also keep some code at the pedl point so that we can scan it and prove that we are one of the pedl points

                                Still it says to find nearby station to end it
                                I have unlocked and locked it many times and tried to end the trip still it says to find the pedl station even though it is at a pedl station also my money keeps on debiting i request you solve this issue fast as i am not able to use the services

                                  Dear concern,

                                  I am unable to end the trip, application made me run from one parking stand to another, however kept on throwing the message that please find another open stand. I just can't keep roaming to find a vacant parking lot... At the same time billing is still going on... It seems to be a fraud and deliberate billing strategy of zoomcar...

                                  Please lock pedl cycle no 100106. The cycle is theft. Someone else is using it right now.I can't find out and lock my pedl cycle.

                                    My xuv was going for service and i had taken a zoom car 2.5 day 300 km package. This is an automated collect and drop off car.

                                    I reached the place and found car full of dents, scratches and a hole in the bumper. Called zoom service to report, they asked to report via app and take video if possible, so i did take video and reported via app - app said car does not seem suitable to drive and zoom exec will call - i was getting late and i left. No zoom exec ever called.

                                    I returned the car and later when checking the app for the invoice which i need to file i find i am charged 10k for damage when all i did was take the car to office and back and i have been driving 20 years without single insurance claim (Have max 50% ncb). I tried calling zoom several times but when i press 6 the call just disconnects. So, i wrote to them and got a response to wait 24-48 hours. Now i get message and email to pay 10k.

                                    Please note i have returned the car in exactly same condition i took it other than wash it because it was dirty and i had to take it to office. I asked around some auto forum members and they say such partner cars are prone to these kind of frauds.

                                    Based on the outcome of this complaint i will decide my next steps. I have requested zoom to blacklist this particular partner - other than the return fraud they are trying to pull on me, the car is not well maintained and interiors smelt disgusting. Please note the car is kept in a flat in a slum like area and multiple people saw me in my xuv (Which struggled on the narrow roads to get there) and the partner got greedy i think.

                                    For all others who read this - please avoid auto collect partner cars, not worth it.

                                    Day 3 status - Absolutely no call/email from zoomcar after the we will get back to you in 24-48 hrs email. I have one more set of automated email and SMS to pay 10k immediately. I still have no clue what these 'damage' charges are for - the app does not state what these false charges are for.

                                    I tried calling zoom support many many times since this issue. The IVRS simply says I owe 10k and when I press 6 to speak to customer care executive it simply disconnects the call.

                                    I would like to take this case up legally but have severe paucity of time due to my work. If any lawyer/activist/any other affected party want to take this case on my behalf I will be very grateful. Pls comment back on this post to help.

                                    Update: Evening Mar 7 I get a call from zoomcar exec that they need one more day to resolve and they will call back. I ask Exec if our call is recorded, she says yes and i reiterate all that has happened, including my first call to zoomcar as soon as I saw car when I went to pick it up, the hole in rear bumper which looks as though made purposely by sharp objects and how liquid vulcanization can fix it relatively cheaply for the partner. Exec happy to hear I have taken video and asks to forward to zoomcar support but I was not able to as it is > 25 MB, So I write to them (frustrating that I cannot call them) -

                                    There is no update at all on 08 Mar, the day they are supposed to close the case.

                                    I write to them again. No response.

                                    I get their automated email and SMS at midnight saying if I don't pay 10k in two days, they will suspend my account.

                                    Am not sure how they can do that when I have done everything right including writing in to report. (Can't get over the fact that I can't call them)

                                    We should have better powers in India to sue the these guys for harassment

                                    Why should I go through the agony because of a lie and greed of their partner?

                                      It was horrible experience from zoom car i was taken car in the month of feb booking id jps62grf0 this was my first booking in zoom car while taking car driver ask about check in after everything process i whoud have ask him earlier scratches he said take video for scratches i took video also, after check out some one came and collect the car he never ask anything about scratches after 30 min he was # fellow calling and telling scratches happen how come after 30 min scratch
                                      Kindly answe me my below points
                                      1) i would have asking images while check out time driver has taken along with properties
                                      2) i was communicating with your mail always without providing relevant information you people are proceeding legal action
                                      3) kindly stop making money from innocent people
                                      4) myself will promote this issue as social media untill getting my justice
                                      Kindly take it high priority on this if not if happen anything zoom car relented bad impression i m not responsible

                                      Upon checking, we see that the damage is not present in the pickup video which was shared. As the charges are valid, we will be unable to reverse the same.

                                      I want see the damage photos while taking your driver i whould have ask damage photo along with properties because I also know when I was delivered the car at wt time your fellow taken car damage photos untill unless if not sharing this things I cannot pay
