I had booked Scorpio for feb 17th 2pm in forwards till feb 18th 11pm
Booking was done on feb 3rd

On the day of rental around 11am I get the link activated for the location of the car. We went to the location around at 1.30 and no car was seen around in the hot sun.
We waited till 2:15 no car showed up.
And then we called up customer care and the usual answer we always get Sir please wait for 15mins we’ll call back.
After doing the same thing for four times and making us wait for more than 2hrs in the location of the pickup no car turned up and in the end the manger calls up and says sorry no cars available for you and all.

I mean we had to wait for two hours and then go back without a car.
We had booked the car for a bday trip for a which ended in vain and nothing worked out.
More over we were on loss as our accommodation bookings were also paid which we couldn’t refund.

I mean if no cars were available they should’ve informed us well advance for us to find alternatives to it.
This was heavy drop of disappointment to our group of friends.

I want the following:
1. Compensation on the same principles that Zoomcar charges a penalty - (INR 300+Rental value) per hour, for the entire duration of my booking. This turns out to be 16995.
Booking hours - 33
Rental per hour - 7095/33=215
Penalty - (215+300)*33 = 16995
2. Hotel Accommodation loss - 6700

Zoomcar also should be penalised for six issues as they don’t give such services to other customers in the future

We understand that it is very disappointing when the booking gets cancelled. Due to a shortage of fleet, we were unable to serve your booking. We did try to find an alternate, failing to find one. We will ensure that such issues are minimized in the future. We regret that we will be unable to compensate for the lost time. Please rest assured, we will surely take rectifying measures.

As a token of apology, we have added 500/ driving credits to your Zoomcar account, which you can utilize in the future bookings.

We hope we get an opportunity to serve you in the future.

500zoom credits what am I suppose to do ?

After such an experience if you guys do not feel that you are obliged to refund us our loss then how will we feel to go forward and use your service again and again.

I would recommend you to please refund the lost amount for me and my friends so that we are atleast assured even next time this happens there is no loss on the customer side.

    I am a iit madras student. I locked a pedl cycle at a pedl station. However, i am unable to end the trip. I sent 5-6 mails to zoomcar at the customer care website. It's been 5 hrs. I haven't received a response from the company. Nor can i end the trip. I am still being charged for it. The cycle can't get unlocked either. Number:100743
    There is no number to call. Nor does the company respond to the mails sent.
    I hope atleast the company responds to this complaint.
    If this is how problems are to be resolved, then the customer care of zoomcar is in a sad state.

    The trip cost was supposed to be 1 rupee. Thanks to this problem, I am being billed for usimg the cycle for 5 hrs. Its 11 rupees right now and i am still being billed.

    Why is the company not responding?

    I don't care about the state of customer cate pf zoomcar anymore.
    It's been 7hrs. 13 rupees have been talen from my paytm account. Yet i am still being billed. The trip is not ending.
    The cycle is in a pedl station, and it is locked
    No response from the company.
    Please, please, just end this trip and reimburse my amount. I just want this to end soon.

      Exact Issue:
      I booked a cycle 101122 stationed at my home location & unable to used It, also unable to end trip. I am being charged for the complete 1 day ride as well.also my cycle is missing from the pedal station.
      And now pedal zoom has deducted ₹35 from my Paytm account without having used the cycle.
      And they have ended my trip along with the deduction.

      Request you to please refund my ₹35 amount back to my Paytm wallet.

      Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

        I have locked my cycle in the pedal station but still the trip hasn't ended, i have been trying to end the trip from past hour but it's not happening. Please end the trip as it has been charging me extra and the amount has already been deducted from my account even though the trip hasn't ended, my cycle number is 102194
        The helpline service of zoomcar is also not good and i cannot reach them personally.

          To whomsoever concerned,

          I booked a pedl bicycle having number 100889 stationed at anna nagar station on 19th feb 2018 location & used it for around 6min minutes, but unable to end trip till now, whichshows the same message repeatedly. I am being charged for more than 10hrs ride. Also, the customer care number only has computerised msgs and is unable to direct me in this issue. At this juncture, i'd like to end the trip as soon as possible and refund the money to the concerned paytm account.

            Hi

            Zoomcar are supposed to pay me back the sum of 5000/- that they got as security deposit from me towards my recent trip BOOKING ID # JPS62ZGDG.

            They claim in their website and on the phone call; that they have credited back the money however it haven't reached my account even after 21 days. They claimed the processing takes max 15 days to get it back however it is now 22nd day today.

            They are making false claim and cheating consumer on this false answers that the claim has been made.

            Please help me in sorting it out

            They keep changing the status of refund.

            First it was 11 Feb then 14 Feb then 15 Feb and now its 18 Feb.

            So they themselves are not clear on when the claim was settled.
            I was using Pedl first time. Bicycle no is. 100615. The bicycle that was available wad 101615. After scanning my trip got strted with bicycle no 1000615. Now I am not able to end trip. It keeps charging me. Please end my trip. Please call me on [protected] so that I can explain my situation.

              Zoom car has kept few cycles in the campus of iit bombay. Today i unlocked one cycle from those. I didn't ride and i just locked it. Now its not ending the trip. It says to drop it to the nearest dropping station. There is no station nearby. Please stop my trip because i haven't ride your cycles and before coming for promotion zoom car has to make stations. Your system is really pathetic. You don't have even customer care number.

                I was at iit madras, and trying to unlock the cycle, i got a message that cycle is unlocked but the cycle lock wasn't getting open, when im trying to end trip, the app is insisting me to unlock it at a near by pedl station, but im not able to move the cycle from its place because it isnt getting unlocked, on top of all this i have lost a lot of money and still continuing to loose money.

                Actually I have booked a car via Zoomcar on[protected] with order Id JPS62UHSP and the customer care executive stated that refund will be initiated soon. As I tried to call back there is no response from the Zoomcar team. Despite of several aral mails there is no response from the Zoomcare team. Kindly resolve my issue.

                  I booked a car with booking id (Jps62mig3) in jaipur, just a day before they called me three times that your booking is confirmed and a new car available instead of your previous booked car.
                  I told them it is first time and i need a car for a full day because i am coming from delhi for a particular meeting.
                  After confirmation from zoomcar side i arrived at time at pickup location and nobody is there to guide us then a person come to us and told us to talk with customer care because your car is not available.
                  This whole scene is of one hour then zoom representative called me that your drive is cancel through our team because we do not have car for you.
                  I request them that my time is precious and i have to work so arrange something or divert the call to zoomcar officer, but still they did not response.
                  I will take a legal action because they waste my full day just because they are not properly managed and not customer oriented.
                  I need my day value.

                    I have completed my trip of pedal service cycle number= 103177. When i am pressing the end trip button on app after perfectly locking the cycle, trip is not ended. It will continue to measure the distance. I have done everything perfectly.
                    3 or 4 cycles are also parked at that place. Now they are charged with outstanding amount also. I have mailed them also but they are giving same reply every time that lock the cycle then press end trip and i have done exactly same thing.

                      I had buked zoomcar swift bt on reaching delhi they said vehicle is nt available upon which i dint get airport pickup after that they gave me i 20 which clutch was too hard to press... So informed call centre upon which they said vehicle will be replaced when i reached the given point they dint replace vehicle... I travelled right to point at night with family and person there were to rude to respond upon which call centre also said they dont have replacement vehicle as vehicle which i saw there was alloted to someone upon which i said i[censored] can transfer my car to another y cant u for me bt they again refused and i drove that useless car for 700 km and submitted car early with 500km left which was total waste... The call centre person named abu totally misguided us and we suffered a lot

                      I unlocked wrong pedl cycle by entering 100142 cycle number. I don't know where is the cycle but trip is going on. I couldn't find the cycle to lock the cycle. Please end my trip as soon as possible.

                      Please resolve this issue ASAP.

                        It has been 1hour and i have used it for 18 minutes but still my trip is not ending and my balance is deducted from paytm.
                        I am unable to end my trip now.

                        And my money from paytm is also deducted. Ending the trip is like coming outstanding balance 2rs and when i click on pay now. It is stating no outstanding balance

                        Help me with this.

                        Sir, I have tried to unlock PEDL cycle.But the cycle was Not unlocked. Instead TRIP Started.I have also tried to End Trip.The command was not taken.It was also intimated to you on same day.
                        After rigorous try The TRIP Ended and Rs27/-payment deducted from my Paytm account.

                          I used cycle "102150" from aundh, pune and after used i locked cycle at pedl sites, where other cycles are there.

                          While locked, came to know that cycle lock has problem.

                          Also, while trying to end the trip, it is not happening, even tried continuous 2 hrs.
                          Tried to unlock again, however that is also not happening.

                          Still it is showing, trip is active.

                            I have unlocked a cycle (Cycle no 102729) near kukatpalli hyderabad yesterday. As the cycle seat was damaged i have locked the cycle using my mobile application. Now i am unable to end the trip also i have been charged for 19 hours till now & still my money getting deducted every hour from my paytm account for an unused cycle.
                            Being a first time user, i am not aware that i need to manually lock the cycle. I have locked it using my mobile application as i have unlocked it using the same mobile application (No need to unlock it manually).
                            There is no one available at the pedl pick up station to help me for exchanging the damaged cycle with a good cycle or to assist me to lock the cycle manually to end the trip as i am the first time user of pedl clycle.
                            I need to travel for above 25 kms from my place to reach any pedl station to report this issue directly.
                            So, kindly end my trip asap and refund the amount that i have paid for the unused pedl.

                            I am upset with the zoom cars customer support response, response time and their pedl maintainance.

                            Hello,

                            As there is no action/response from your customer support to solve my issue I have traveled 28kms to reach PEDL station to check whether the cycle is locked Manually and to end my trip myself. But im unable to end the trip.

                            Please find the attachment for the error screenshot. Kindly do the needful to end my trip and refund my money back for this unused PEDL cycle trip.

                              We had done this booking one month back for travel from delhi to neemrana for a friend wedding on 17th feb 2018.. Got all confirmations after full. Payment of 9k. 16th feb we received the confirmation of cab to be made available at 9.30 am. However there was no cab and we were told it is not allotted. How can car be not allotted after advance booking with full payment. We lost 4 hours before we could manage something else to reach neemrana. Pathetic customer service and appalling behaviour by staff. No assistance, no information. We want the complete refund along with compensation for loss of time and inconvenience. Missed the wedding function of our friend.

                                I have taken a zoom car from siliguri on 15 feb 18. Car was intended to be taken to bhutan. So before starting the booking i called zoom car customer support to confirm if i can take it to bhutan. He told me yes, i can take it. Further its also given in their website that you can take car to bhutan. Whereas when i was moving towards bhutan they started sending me sms that i cant take it to bhutan as car is not permitted outside india. Now i have booked my flight and hotels as per the bhutan trip after their confirmation but now i cant go to bhutan. My whole money have been wasted. They are not even that shameful to refund me and compensate me. My booking id is jps62mirg

                                  unable to delete my dl and aadhaar card details from my friend's account

                                  At the time of registration mistakenly i uploaded my dl and aadhaar detail into my friend's account. But now when i'm trying to re-upload it into my account. It's showing dual account message. I want to get my dl and other details out of his account as it can be misused too. And when i called zoomcar executive they're telling that it's in their policy once uploaded can't be removed they should have told it earlier while registration. But...

                                  I unlocked the wrong pedl cycle by mistake and i'm not able to end my trip as it is not located near my location

                                  I've given a complaint through email before 19 hours. There has been no reply. Meanwhile the trip is being charged.

                                  Sir. I have sent complaints using this portal three times in the past 36 hours. There has only been a computer generated response. And my wallet is being emptied by the charging for the trip. There is no contact number to raise a complaint too. I need the trip ended now!

                                    I had tries to unlock it as usual but it did not unlock. Moreover, it is not even allowing me to end my trip. It is locked mode since 2 days. I have dropped an email but no response till now. I am not able to use any other cycle as well. The trip cost has become Rs.143 since the cycle has been locked by my phone for 70 hours now. I can't end my trip, I can't unlock the cycle, have not used it, can't even pay the amount.. Please help. Have not heard back from Zoomcar customer care since then.
