Hi team,
I was at iit madras, and trying to unlock the cycle, i got a message that cycle is unlocked but the cycle lock wasn't getting open, when im trying to end trip, the app is insisting me to unlock it at a near by pedl station, but im not able to move the cycle from its place because it isnt getting unlocked, on top of all this i have lost a lot of money and still continuing to loose money.

It's been 7hrs. 13 rupees have been talen from my paytm account. Yet i am still being billed. The trip is not ending.
The cycle is in a pedl station, and it is locked
No response from the company.
Please, please, just end this trip and reimburse my amount. I just want this to end soon.
