I have unlocked wrong cycle number 100984 instead of 100982. I reported this to the zoom car customer service through mail and received a reply from the zoom car asking me for the phone number and the cycle number unlocked. But it is more than 4 hours and my trip is not ended yet and amount keep on increasing.
Zoom car please rectify this as soon as possible as amount increasing very rapidly.

    It was my 5th booking in zoom car. I have driven around 600km using zoom car and like how i took their car like that i have return back the car to them not even a single scratch has made to the car because of me i have recommend zoom car to my friends also. But on tuesday 20.2.2018 at 3.30am i booked a scorpio and i paid for 460 km. After driving few km then only i noticed clutch was in a very bad condition. While returning from athirappilly water falls in kerala (Time 5.30pm) to coimbatore. Clutch became completely failure. I couldn’t to anything. So i informed this breakdown of vehicle to zoom car customer service and they connected me to mahindra roadside assistant after waiting around 3 hour recovery van came for towing the vehicle around 9 o clock and after that only zoom car call taxi came (They said 50 km up and down is free in zoom car taxi service after that i will be charged) and after arguing a lot they dropped me in thrisur railway station and he charged me 105rs for toll. All trains to coimbatore junction was full. I had no other options so i took open tickets to coimbatore junction. Unreserved compartment was fully crowded myself and my friends was standing in train for 4 hours because there was no seats available in unreserved compartment. At 2.00 am we reached the coimbatore junction and from junction to my home i booked ola cab he charged me 230rs i suffered a lot because of zoom car.in my zoom car login i had a outstanding amount 10000rs and zoom car customer service executive said it is general damage charges and i said i didn’t damage your vehicle for that he replayed after seeing the service report of the damaged vehicle only they will decide whether i should pay 10000rs. If it was my fault i should pay 10000rs to zoom car. If it was zoom cars fault i no need to pay and it will take around 2 to 3 days to resolve this issue
    And after two days also i had outstanding amount of 10000rs in my zoom car login. I tried to contact zoom car customer care service if i enter my registered mobile number to customer care service they are not connecting me to their customer care executive itself. Now they have mailed me saying that (‘’ hi! We noticed that you have yet to pay an outstanding amount of rs 10000 for your past bookings ["jps62msj0"]. Please pay the outstanding amount within next 2 days to avoid disruption of zoom car services. Thank you!’)
    1) i drove that car only 280km. But i have paid for 460 km
    2) i took the car at 54899 km and when i gave the car to towing service it was 55175 km
    3) i have filled diesel for rs 1000. I have that bill and i uploaded that bill to my login in zoom car also they didn’t refund me till now
    4) train tickets from thrisur to coimbatore it costs rs 300
    5) ola cab charges from coimbatore junction to my home rs 230
    6) myself and myfriends was standing for 4 hours in train
    7) our whole trip was spoiled

      The cycle 101422 which i rented through pedl zoomcar app was not getting unlock right from start. I did not even drive it because it was locked (It was not unlocking by clicking the damn button o[censored]nlock).
      So, i opted to end the trip then it keep on saying to lock it to end the trip.
      How in the god's name the already locked thing can be lock again?

      Anyway to soothe this thing i manually tried to check whether the cycle lock is opened or not but it was all lock.

      I tried several times to end the trip. But it is repeating the same irritating thing.
      The cycle is in same pedl stand.

      Cycle number is 101422

      I tried every other ways suggested to me.
      Please don't send the same mail again

      Kindly end this trip because it is debiting my paytm wallet.

        I have booked car from zoom with Booking ID: JPS6T2OSQ from Credit Card, for which the refund amount has to be received for deposit. i have done complaint so many times to ZoomCar support, they just send the auto generated email. The booking was done on 23 SEP 17, with amount of 8360/- (Deposit 5000/-). This very same issue is repeated from previous booking also.

        No Call complaint can be registered, no local office address, and even they do not respond to Emails.

            zoomcar - fraud in ahmedabad

            I hired zoomcar for 13 days, 3000 km in ahmedabad (Booking jps62cjsu) and had a very bad experince with their staff, call centre and car and now they are not refunding the fuel money to me. Please read through the points and not book zoomcar

            1. They take all the money in advance, so i paid everything.

            2. At car pickup (Ahmedabad, formula-1 basement), the staff was very rude, never showed any papers or car condition...

            I couldn't able to end my trip on cycle 101401 at serenity, hsr layout, banglore.
            I launched a complaint regarding the same through zoomcar support. I just got a system generated mail and i replied with my details to it. But, no reply till now. Am getting charged for every minute till now. Please respond to this as soon as possible. It's been almost 24hrs now.

              I have pre booked kuv 100 for 6 months. It was supposed to be processed this week and delivered on 1st march. I have no clue what's happening. Whenever i mail them they send the same automated response about what zap is. Mailed them thrice and uploaded needed documents through their message link sent a week ago. I would be happier if customer service in zap would be as good as during normal renting.

                I booked a pedl cycle of zoomcar from pnb aundh, pune 411007
                My cycle number is 101145 and this cycle didn't unlock in any way. I tried doing it manually but still failed to do it for next one hour. I also tried to cintact the customer care but i didn't get any phone number. So i submitted my issue through email from the pedl website page. But still i didn't get any help. Now its 2 hours that i emailed but still didn't get any help. I am not able to end the trip as well as the lock itself isn't working. I tried each sub section from the pedl webpage issue corner but failed to get any help.
                My money is being deducted with time.

                    I've unlocked cycle number 102116 in 'iisc-aerospace & physics' by mistake. I received a mail from zoomcar help asking me for the phone number used to unlock the cycle and the cycle number unlocked.

                    However, it's been one hour since then and my trip hasn't ended yet. Zoomcar team, please resolve this issue as soon as possible since i'm being charged every half hour.

                        I am from chennai. On feb 22 i unlock the cycle no. 100818 instead of cycle no.100848. I reported to zoomcar pedal customer service at the moment itself. That day got call from zoomcar pedal kolkata that cycle is in kolkata. On 23 feb they said that case will be solved within evening. But now they are not responding to my mails, messages and not answering to my calls.

                        My balance deducting in paytm.

                        Zoom car charged me with an additional 1000 rupees as they intented that we had cigarette ash as well as smell in the car...while starting on the trip...the car had an alcoholic smell ...but i didnt raised a complaint...and also it had 2 match sticks too...

                          Hi, tried booking pedl this morning. Was unable to unlock the vehicle, tried several times but nothing helped. Had to end trip and was charged for nothing. Tried booking again, same thing happened, couldn't unlock the cycle, tried to end trip, but didn't work. Mailed on the customer support, no answer, the trip is still on and i'm charged for it. Waiting for a reply at the earliest.

                            I have booked zoom car on 24th feb 2017, for 12:00 pm. I didn't receive any message till 12:00 pm. I reached the booking point at 11:35 am and the point of contact says car cancelled and didn't provide any reason. He asked me to call customer care and said he can't contact customer care. We finally contacted customer care immediately and they said wait wait wait concerned team will call and as usual they didn't responded to anything. Note that i had already paid the money and did prior booking. They didn't cancel my booking anf called either.
                            This is the second time i have faced issue in emergency situations.

                              Sir, i have opened wrong cycle no. Now that cycle has started and is not going to stop. My ₹ 19 got off i also emailed but no answer came. Help me sir i am very troubled. Sir has said this thing at 7:00 p. M. Yesterday and so far the location of that bicycle has not been detected. I found out there in the company but no one is listening but i am not responding in any way.

                                I booked a car (Ford aspire) for 6th februry, 2018 (Pick up time 02:00 pm) from jaitpuri, mahesh nagar, jaipur to rajgarh, alwar jaipur, my original but at the last moment they changed the car from ford aspire to scorpio and also shifted the pick up time from 2pm to 03:30 pm and also pick up poin from jaipur jn metro piller to jawahar circle, jaipur, so i couldn't pick up my car and i was in total loss.

                                    I have serious concern about zoom car billing, i have taken hyundai i20 vide booking number: jps62qwil. The trip was completed on 21st jan 2017 by 9.30. It was an home delivery of vehicle the officials came and took the vehicle by 11.30 in the night and left. When i asked them about excess kms charges they said it will reflect in my account. The very next day i saw the account. They have charged 2k extra as damage charges. Later i have contacted with officials asking where is why the damage charges, they said in bumber there is a damage thats why they have charged. I told them from my hand it did not happened at all, and to ensure the same i told them to send the photo of damage, they haven't send it. Later when i started questioning the official asked... So whether you pay the bill or not.. I said them i pay the excess kms charges not the damage charges which is charged by you. Immediately he changed the tone and asked very rashly i could have update the in the app that there is no damage (While filling the checklist). I told him the was they have given the car same manner i given it back, so there is nothing for me to update. He cut the phone. I have mailed the customer care people twice with regard about this. No reply till now came. Rather they started sending the legal notice. Later i spoke the customer care people about this he said within 24hrs the official will call back me. Now one week over nobody called me. Even i have told them the excess kms charges i will pay it off immediately, kindly allow me to pay the same, but the zoom car site not allowing to pay differential amount other than the amount what is reflecting in their site. It is very clear that since they are in wrong side nobody is turning back. They feel by sending legal notice it all over. I want to file legal case against them for cheating and harassment. Please help me for the same.

                                    Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused during your reservation. This is definitely not the experience we aim to provide to our customers.

                                    We did have a check and found that there is damage caused on the front left-hand side bumper, hence, the charges have been levied on the booking. We see that the charges are valid, hence, we are unable to do much in this regard.

                                      I had booked Scorpio for feb 17th 2pm in forwards till feb 18th 11pm
                                      Booking was done on feb 3rd

                                      On the day of rental around 11am I get the link activated for the location of the car. We went to the location around at 1.30 and no car was seen around in the hot sun.
                                      We waited till 2:15 no car showed up.
                                      And then we called up customer care and the usual answer we always get Sir please wait for 15mins we’ll call back.
                                      After doing the same thing for four times and making us wait for more than 2hrs in the location of the pickup no car turned up and in the end the manger calls up and says sorry no cars available for you and all.

                                      I mean we had to wait for two hours and then go back without a car.
                                      We had booked the car for a bday trip for a which ended in vain and nothing worked out.
                                      More over we were on loss as our accommodation bookings were also paid which we couldn’t refund.

                                      I mean if no cars were available they should’ve informed us well advance for us to find alternatives to it.
                                      This was heavy drop of disappointment to our group of friends.

                                      I want the following:
                                      1. Compensation on the same principles that Zoomcar charges a penalty - (INR 300+Rental value) per hour, for the entire duration of my booking. This turns out to be 16995.
                                      Booking hours - 33
                                      Rental per hour - 7095/33=215
                                      Penalty - (215+300)*33 = 16995
                                      2. Hotel Accommodation loss - 6700

                                      Zoomcar also should be penalised for six issues as they don’t give such services to other customers in the future

                                      We are really sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. This is definitely not the experience we want our customers to have when zooming with us.

                                      We understand that it is very disappointing when the booking gets cancelled. Due to a shortage of fleet, we were unable to serve your booking. We did try to find an alternate, failing to find one. We will ensure that such issues are minimized in the future. We regret that we will be unable to compensate for the lost time. Please rest assured, we will surely take rectifying measures.

                                      As a token of apology, we have added 500/ driving credits to your Zoomcar account, which you can utilize in the future bookings.

                                      We hope we get an opportunity to serve you in the future.

                                      500zoom credits what am I suppose to do ?

                                      After such an experience if you guys do not feel that you are obliged to refund us our loss then how will we feel to go forward and use your service again and again.

                                      I would recommend you to please refund the lost amount for me and my friends so that we are atleast assured even next time this happens there is no loss on the customer side.
