I booked a car on 17.13.2018 for 6 hours. After driving the car for maximum of 2 hours, the car broke down mid-way. We called for support which reached to us 2 hours later. The next morning when we called the customer care for refund since we didn't use the car for the assigned hours, they verified and informed that we will be charged a minimal amount and the rest will be returned. When we checked our profile on the same day, in the evening, to our shock we were penalized with rs 10000. We then reached our for the support care immediately asking for the split of the bill, and why have we been charged a huge amount of rs 10000. Instead of a valid logical explanation, what we received was threatening from the company. I being a customer have all rights to be aware of the split of the bill i am paying.

I being a literate customer ought to know the the split of the bill I have been charged. The breakdown they claim to have incurred does not cost such a huge amount, logically. Please look into this and assist us to see through this discrepancy.
