Hello, this is extremely urgent. I am using pedl service in mimple nilakh, pune. My cycle number is 102360.. I unclocked the cycle and my trip started since morning 6.59 pm. And the cycle wasn't unlocked. I tried ending the trip but i m unable to end the trip. Please end the trip from your end. This is really frustrating that there is online support or number. I sent multiple mails but got no response. At last after killing my one hour i came back to place.

Request you to immediately end the trip and refund my money back.

the customer service of pedl is very bad or their app needs serious rectifications.i faced the same problem 5 time and guess what i rode 7 times. its really frustrating that they don't have any phone number.they also respond to the mail very late and cut high amounts.first ride amount they cut is 60rs where as my actual ride coat is 3rs.i wrote numerous mails asking to check the problem and i always send screen shots of my actual ride amount and me trying to end the trip, even though they don't concern.i get thankyou messages but it does not let me pay and does NOT END everytime time the trip ends on the first tril i fell blessed.
i have decided not to ride it anymore eventhough its a very very good initiative.i really liked idea but but i had enough, its infuriating to look at the money pile up and trip not ending.

    Booked cycle no. 100606. I unlocked this cycle buy never able to start my trip. This cycle was unlocked some distance away, someone took that cycle and not able to locate and the trip. I immediately tried to contact customer care but issue not resolved and i not able to end my trip till now. The trip is still on going. Please help me to end my trip as soon as possible. This is very much frustrating as i am not able to end my trip. Pease make sure that you have a dedicated customer care number exclusively for contact. Very much frustrated and disappointed. Please help me as soon as possible.

    Within one day steps taken to resolve the issue and within 3 days I got all my deducted money. Thanks a lot Pedl Zoom car.Good customer service but expect more if the resolution taken more earlier.

    I unable to lock a pedl cycle and end the trip.I sent 3-4 mails to zoomcar at the customer care website. It's been 3hours I didn't get any resolution nor can i end the trip. I am still being charged for it. Cycle Number:100606.Location : New town Kolkata
    There is no number to call. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.It's frustrating not able end my trip and getting charged continuously. Please help

      We had taken a zoomcar (Jps621b90) on 18th march 2018 7:00 pm from jp nagar 7th phase. The pickup location was scary and not didn't look like we could get a cab from there when we drop it back at 12:00 pm. So at around 8:48 pm we had called the customer care requesting if we could drop it somewhere in koramangala the customer care executive said we can but we would be charged a penalty of 2000, which we agreed to. He said it is not an issue and can park it in koramangala and call the customer care to let them know (Nothing else about any other extra fee was mentioned). Later we paid for a time extension till 1pm. At about 12:30 we dropped the guys off and reached forum to park the car and called the customer car. They made us wait for 45 mins and then called us again to tell us that we cannot park it there we have to park it back in jp nagar. By the time they had called back, because it was getting too late we had kept the keys inside and locked the car. When they said us that we have to park it back in jp nagar we informed them that it is not possible and disconnected the call. That very night we go a notification about the inconvenience fee of 2000 which we paid immediately. 2 days later we got a message saying that there is an outstanding amount of 8240 because the car was dropped 13 hours late. When i called the customer care they said that for change of drop location it is a penalty of 2000 rs. Plus late drop charges, which was not mentioned earlier. It is not mentioned in their help and support section on their app either. How can i be held responsible because the people at zoomcar 3 hours later changed their mind and decided that change of drop location is not possible? Is not pure customer harassment making 3 girls wait at a parking lot at 1 am? Why did this outstanding fee of 8240 pop up suddenly 2 days later, while the 2000 was charged immediately?

        I booked the car on so nd so date ...after returning the car on so and so date...after one day zoom car customer care called me and telling me stories that car has been damaged by me and car is unable to move...oil leakage bla bla stories and told me to pay 6000...if car was unable to move how did i drive and parked? If i dnt pay legal notice will be sent...Wow...lets see Zoom Car who will win over this...no matter what u do i will not pay...cos i didnt do anything...and i didnt give u my dates or my booking id cos i have all the proofs wn u send legal notice i will be ready with my lawyer...

        A little piece of Advice : dnt make ppl to make wrong things as we also kw d rules... next time damage might be done by accident may be... and i should pay oly 10k max... wt if damage is more...and u cnt get ur insurance cos of sme reasons...

        STOP DOING FRAUD ZOOMCAR...STOP CHARGING PPL WIT FAKE CHARGES.

        i had opened my pedl cycle and before i can ride it the cycle was stolen by somebody else. I was unable to ride the cycle even for 1 sec.i want my complete refund and please end my trip. I am losing money due to this. Kindly look into my matter
        I am not able to end my trip at IIT Powai Mumbai. My cycle number is 102556 pls help me. I had parked my cycle from the point where I picked but now it has not ended my trip. I have locked my cycle but it was not ending my trip . Please end my trip as soon as possible.

          We had booked a car with zoom for 120kms and we took our car one hour delay on that. And we didnt like the car given to us, we even asked them to change the car but no cars arel left with no option we took the car. We started travelling, the car after some time the car started producing little sound. But to cal customer care we dont have network in phone. After travelling 30 kms it started producing sound little higher then again we contacted customer care and finally we told them about the issue. They told us to show to mechanic available to us and it has become night so no mechanics were available. Finally before going to start our return journey we again contacted them, they said come back if car break downs we will assist you. Finally the car got breakdown in our return journey. Those people took long time to reach us. We have already informed regarding the car condition and unecessarily next day they updated 10000 fine. We got shocked and we called back them they told its just formality after issue is resolved it will be removed from your account. And next day they called us again and told that its your fault so you have to pay the fine or else legal notice will be sent to your home.
          If they are aware the car is about to service why they were providing such cars and causing inconvinience but finally levying penalty on us even there is no fault from our side.
          Please let me know if i can still trust anyone from zoomcar team for justice in this regard? I'm being threatened by zoomcar legal team with legal proceeding. I really don't want to pay for something without any fault of mine. The money we earn is our hard earned money and i can't let someone take it away by fooling me. I will fight until justice is done

            Hi my self nizam booked a car from zoomcar on[protected] @ 7:00 pm from magrat garuda mall near mg road and when i visited i asked agent what need to be done since this was my first experience with zoomcar so he told me that you can take that car by unlocking it. He dint told me to take a pic are video but i took some of the pic which was a damage on the car it was on left front door and bumper on left and i left the place and drop a car on[protected] @ 1:00am when i drop even then the agent in the place dint say any thing and i left the place then i got a call on[protected] @ 11:30am saying that there is a damage of car on right back wheel and it is rime and wheel cap is damage and they have charged me 5000 hence i have not damaged the car they are charging me. It was my first experience and it was a very bad experience

              Sir/ma'am,
              I am extremely dissatisfied with refund process of zoom car. I have uploaded the fuel bill on 11th march 2018 while closing the booking. However, there has been no refund. I have raised an email ticket on 11th march and also on 15th march 2018 and latest on 20th march, case id 748067. I have just received automated responses with no further progress on my refund and my 500 zoom points accrediting. The service center number provided cannot be reached without balance in phone, which is extremely impractical as most of the population of the country has free call service activated. I called the customer support number [protected] through another mobile and also [protected] through my mobile, however there is possible permutation you can chose to talk to an executive on the issue. The customer support forum is extremely unreliable and unfriendly.
              I have yet to receive even a proper communication on my refund

                After completion of trip, the all started showing the excess km outstanding amount which was fraud. I hardly traveled 20-25 kms extra but the app is showing about 400+ extra kms. I complained about the issue but they are saying it is done based on the car readings. I asked for the route that i traversed which they are not providing stating that it is confidential.
                I demand to see the route map which i have traversed and calculate kms based on it.

                I already have complaint two times but i receive the same reply everything that it is the meter reading.
                I also informed them that the meter got tripped in between the trip so check the route that i traversed and calculate accordingly.
                But a last called me today and asked to pay the outstanding by tomorrow or legal action will be taken.

                I took a cycle at pedl point in chandpole bazar Jaipur. I completed my ride within 24 minutes. But as I came back and lock the vehicle and clicked on end trip it wasn’t ending. My Paytm balance is keep on deducting. Mob no. 78778121

                Already I send mails more than 4 times but my problem was not solved yet.

                  I work at iucaa, pune and commute with pedl cycle owned by zoomcar. On a daily basis following are the problems i generally face.

                  1. Unlocking and locking the cycle at the beginning and end of the trip due to technical or mechanical issues. But somehow i manage it.

                  2. Most of the times when i want to end my trip at a pedl station, it still asks me to find a nearby station. This may be due to gps system issues within their cycle. But after trying 5-6 times it accepts and thus the ride ends.

                  3. Most of the times it also says that the station is full and park it at the other one. Then i have to run it for about 1 km and after reaching other station too, sometimes it says the same thing (Station is full)

                  4. When i try to approach the customer care, there is no phone no, no direct email. I always have to approach via app while selecting nature of the issue and its description.in return, i always get an automated reply which is useless. Today they deducted my balance but returned after a strong complaint and that too after waiting long.

                  In conclusion, i reach my office late every single day and despite my constant emails, they don't improve on it. The biggest problem is when the ride does not end, because of above-mentioned issues, i am helpless and even more when i realize the cycle costs a lot. So, instead of providing good services and convenience, zoomcar (Pedl) causes more inconvenience. The deduction of money is also ambiguous because i don't keep a track of my paytm balance.

                      Incident detail:
                      I was heading towards Kolar from Bengaluru in extreme right lane..
                      The bus in question was facing the same direction in the extreme left lane but wasn't moving.
                      The bus made a sudden U turn, with no signal.
                      I saw the bus turning, applied brakes, speed got reduced to around 30-40km/hr but later brakes had no effect to reduce speed further...
                      With very less time left to impact, I had to turn the vehicle towards left to avoid collision and ended up hitting the tail part of bus...

                      Issue:
                      - The vehicle had SRS airbag which didn't get deployed.
                      - The break failure
                      ( Have police report, video and pictures to support the above )

                      I told the Zoomcar team to analyse the car for its brake efficiency then get back to me.

                      I got a call today informing that the damage report says "I was travelling 100+ km/hr and the speed became 0 after impact. Hence I never applied brakes."
                      This shows the how faulty the report is. Had I hit the bus at 100Km/hr the damage would have been devastating not just the bonnet damage(see the images attached). The executive denied to send me the damage report too and told me to pay the charges or face legal proceedings with per day interest of 18%.

                      Now, For an accident which was caused due to no fault of mine, I am expected to pay an amount without even seeing the report.

                      Additional info:
                      - Zoomcar representative asks me to get the police letter but not FIR (conversation screenshot attached).
                      - Zoomcar insurance representative asks me not to mention about airbags and breaks in police report to assist them claim insurance (conversation screenshot attached).
                      - There was no assistance provided after impact other than a executive asking us to wait till the tow vehicle reaches the spot (Which took 3hrs to reach). No alternate vehicle assistance too.

                        The pedl cylce stations near our house are at kphb children's park and sai sowmya homes, and there are no cycles available there to start a trip, the situation has been like this for the past 2 days, it's really an inconvenience.

                        Kindly, take precautions to make the cycles available all the time.

                          I booked a car from Delhi and drove the same to Agara.
                          First and foremost i had booked a Honda Jazz and at the last minute i was conveyed that the said vehicle is not available at location and they offered me a swift instead, car number DL1NA1154 The car was parked at aditya mall Indirapuram in the basement which is a very dark and shady place and we were very uncomfortable to go to the same place as it was very dark and deary and did not feel safe at all to be going with family .They told me to take a video of the car which i did as requested and the person pointed at some scratches and dents during taking the video.
                          On my returning the vehicle the same vehicle was taken to a better lit place and the person in charge Mr Sushil having cell number[protected] asked me to see the video which i duly showed it to him after inspecting the video he said there was a minor crack on the left hand rear tail lamp and the same was caused by me as it was not visible in the video .I told him the crack was from before and it did not happen by my hand as there was already a previous dent on the bumper which was clearly visible on the video and of the light had to crack then the bumper would also be damaged as the bumper protruded es outside the tail lamp and the bumper was clearly dislodged earlier as was visible in the video, but this person was very rude and was not Willing to listen as this was a truly well organised setup to dupe the customer.
                          This is the second time Zoom has caused me a problem on my earlier booking i had booked a Scorpio from Delhi railway station but was asked to pick vehicle form different location for which i had to bear cab fare of additional Rs2000 which was not refunded to my account as promised by zoom cars.
                          on further inquiring i got to know that the Jaz car ordered by me is not at all available at the location of Aditya Mall so how did zoom allot me the car from this location this is highly questionable??
                          I would request all future customers to take full precaution at aditya mall as this seems to be the way of operations of the persons operating these cars and would request ZOOM to investigate the matter further and provide relief and stop such un-scruples persons from operating under their brand which will adversely affect to zoom cars reputation.
                          Now this person has claimed additional rs2000/- from my account and zoom is asking me to pay for the same. As my complaint is genuine i would request zoom to check its records if similar claims are being made from their associate vendor and if proved true appropriate action must be taken to stop such cheating activities if Zoom is to be a truly successful venture.
                          And for zooms information the video is shot on an Iphone so you can imagine how dark it is in the basement parking where the cars are kept.

Now it seems someone else is using the cycle and i cannot cancel the trip. And my money is also being charged as it is connected with my paytm wallet. Please see to it asap.

                              I am very disappointed with the pedl cycle rental by zoom cars.. As i am not able to end trip and there is no way to contact service helpline..: (

                              I unlocked a bicycle number 103042 for my son from law college road, pune, opp tata motors showroom, at 6:54am on 18march2018

                              My son forgot to lock it and it was missing from vetal tekdi, ahead of vik he patil school.

                              We lodged a complaint at @8:30 am on the app thru email.. As there is no other option of sms or tel/ mobile number.

                              Not sure how to end this trip..! Disappointing service support without any helpline...

                              It’s been more than 24hrs now that I reported missing pedl cycle 103042, I hv still not been able to end the trip, nor hv I heard from any customer support:( is there any pedl helpline? Can someone guide me how to end trip ... the trip charge is still mounting by the hour ..

                              Its been more than 24 hours, I am very much disappointed by this PEDL Cycle Customer Support..as i could not unable to end the trip yesterday with the cycle number 102870 someone others using this or it may be missing i don't know.

                              Still am paying the trip charges please can anyone help me how to get over this. I could not find any contact details i wrote queries on couple of times through emails but i could not find any solution.

                                Cycle id 102559. The cycle at location in front of cyberabad police station didn't unlock by using the cycle id but the trip started and is still active. I tried to end the trip multiple times but it denied. Money from my paytm account deducted. Also receiving messages of incurring an outstanding. Plz end my ride and refund my money back as i even didn't ride the bicycle for a minute.

                                  This is regarding booking id # jps6213ys. The cost for 4hrs and 60kms driving was 920kms and i gave a deposit of 5000 inr as well. Before booking started i was told that they cannot provide me car the from the pickup location they mentioned at the time of booking you have to come to some different location to pick up the car. This disturbed my plan as the new location was 10kms far then the previous one, they said they will pay for the two way taxi cost. I had no option because they changed everything at the last moment so i said ok ill come to new location. I was 15 min late when i reached so i was expecting the executive will speedup up the initial level formalities but instead he was too slow and i was again more 20 min late. Finally when we picked the zoomcar only after 5kms of driving tyre got punctured. It took half n hour to replace the tyre and we fixed the puncture from our pocket money. When we reached to park back the car the zoomcar executive told us that he will charge 3500 inr for that puncture, whick we had already fixed. I called zoomcar team to report incident and they said sir we will help you once they charges told by executive gets uploaded into the system. I called them after charges got upload but since then nobody is picking up the phone, what a team of crooks. My taxi charges are 950 inr they said they will help me with the refund of that also... But as they are not picking up the phn i have got looted there also.

                                    They gave us the car for 27 hours. The car was in the parking zone of wonderla and as soon as we thought to drive back the care was not starting. We called him around 7 and around 7:30 they assured us to send us a technician within one and half hour. And now it a been 4 hours none has come to help. From the last two hours the technician is saying that he is reaching in 10 mins. Very poor service. Highly unsatisfied.

                                      After some days i got a payment link for 25k change & i paid them in time with subscription id: i8wr7j & email id is: [protected]@gmail.com. After payment as in their policies states that they should deliver the car within 48 hours of customer wish r 7 days from the date of payment. I have opted for delivery on 14th, but the executive called me & stated me that the deliveries takes place from 15th so plz change the date, hence i change the date from 15th to 18th, but till 17th i did not get any confirmation as well as any mail r any call regarding my delivery, so i called customer care & one of their associate told me that she will confirm & arrange a call back to me today, but i did not get any call, hence i called them again after 2 hours of waiting time finally the call connected & i asked them for about my delivery of car, they stated again stating there are some issues with rto & other, hence we will deliver the car after 22nd of this month. As i have planned for a trip in new car with my family & hence this is the second time that i need to cancel the trip on their behalf is not tolerable & i asked them to arrange a alternate vehicle for tomorrow & day-after tomorrow so i dont want to cancel my trip & i can wait till 22nd, but there is no answer from them to my question, as i have wasted a lot of time as well as trust & the service is also not nice & they are troubling the customers by delaying the dates, if they are unable to deliver the car for once is acceptable but making this twice & thrice is no tolerable, so please think this case seriously as so many customers are affecting because of this & i need to compensate for my wasted time r should do me something favour as i have asked above as per company policies that should satisfy me.

                                        I booked a car on 2 november, 2017 with id - jps6t6vrd for which i paid 5760 and 228 after. I had to receive a refund amount of 5000 which i haven't received yet. I filed a complaint in zoom car multiple times but there's been no such satisfying and useful response. Zoom car told me to contact paytm aslo but there's been no good response from them too. I am very much disappointed for the service you are providing me.
