I rented cycle no 102279 to a boy for riding. He was begging for just half an hour ride. So i booked a ride for him. He assured me to park it on the same place after half an hour. I fell for his mercy. He told his name to be ramdas gore. Barely 14-15 yrs old, fair complexion. Now is lost with cycle. Pls track cycle. Help me. Timer is still going on since last 14 hrs.

    I booked a zoomcar in kolkata. When i retured the car there were 6-7 very small chips on the dashboard. I asked the zoomcar executive that should i clean it myself will you charge me for this. He said no that you can go and no charges will be levied on you. But when i saw the statement rs 500 were charged from me and when i complain about this to zoom car help they said charges are geniune will not refund these charges. They are unnecessarily charging. Moreover if we get the car cleaned from outside shops their charges would be around 200.

      I am unable to end my trip and it has been 12 hours since and you are keeping on increasing the pay amount. This is ridiculous service on part of customer. I have sent 8 mails to your customer service no action has been taken. It is still showing on trip. Cycle : 100239 city : kolkata.
      Immediately end my trip and refund me my money.
      Take action immediately.

        Hi team,

        I booked a cycle 102060 stationed at my hostel pedl station location & used it for around 1hr, then i have locked my cycle at pedl station and tryied to end my trip but every time time out message is popping up. And i am not able to unlock it too. I am being charged for 6 hrs already. Still it's continued and i have complaint many times but every time they are sending same mail. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

          I have booked zoom car and they first made the pickup location some rural area of bangalore. Even ola and uber not able to find the location. Finally found the car from there. Now we have to unlock ourself.!!

          Tried that. Not happening.
          Called customer care.. They don't have any solution either.

          Finally they cancelled the trip since some issue with the car unlocking from their end.

          It's 5:30am in the morning and i'm with family standing in roadside of some halli area.

          Never ever going to book a zoom again. Pisss offf guys.

            On 29th i have started a trip where there was a mismatch of the kms reading with speedometer and kms they have provided in the app, and i have called there customer support but told me that after completion of trip only they can help me but after completion of trip when i saw its showing outstanding amount of 648 and i have called to customer support and they asked me to attached photocopy of speedometer which i have taken at the start of trip. But there is no response from and today when i checked in the app its showing extra 10000 rupees charges which they have mentioned damages. This the only way where they can earn money from innocent people. And after so many mails they are not calling me and when i am trying to call its disconnecting, they know that this is the fraud only thats why they are not allowing me to call. Please i am asking government to stop this type of service from the india as people suffers a lot with this type of fraud.

              Hello team,

              Zoomcar has not refunded my money for a booking which i did not avail due to incomplete profile verification. The message i got on my number was that my booking will get cancelled and refund calculated and processed if my profile verification is not done.

              It was just today that i got a message that no refund will be processed when i called zoomcar to hear the same answer from the support executive and supervisors out there.

              The reason of my incomplete profile verification is that i did not have a aadhar card to update in their app. The app clearly mentions that you need an aadhar card and dl to complete profile verification. However, if i read their policies in section member agreement it says:

              B) member must carry and support zoomcar in capturing the image of any one out of following documents in original, as an additional document to be placed on records of zoomcar to justify his/her identity:

              I) epic (Electoral photo identity card), commonly known as voter id; or

              Ii) valid passport; or

              Iii) aadhaar card from unique identification authority of india; or

              Iv) government department (Including public sector undertakings) identity card; or

              V) identity card of tier -1/2 universities, colleges, educational institutions, which contains photo and address both.

              There is no provision in app to upload these documents except aadhar. Looking at the same i didn't call up zoomcar as the app told it will get cancelled and my refund will be calculated and processed. But after i saw the message today morning that no refund is due, i called up zoomcar and got the same answer from them.

              This is the ticket ref 773686. Looking forward to your support and i am all the way good to take this to their ceo greg moran because its the matter of my hard earned money for which i am not taking just a sorry from zoomcar!

              No response from Zoom car yet.
              Cycle was not unlocked but in the app it is showing as unlocked. Since yesterday they are charging me for the cycle which I have not used.

                Booked cycle no. 101264. It shows on my phone that the cycle has been unlocked when it actually hasn't. I'm not able to unlock the cycle nor am i able to cancel the trip. I tried sending multiple mail with no reply.

                And please make sure that you have a dedicated customer care number exclusively for pedl. Or i will be receiving campaign in my college to ban these cycles.

                  I locked my cycle near mahindra world city it does not getting locked and not able to end my trip. After i tried many times to get locked it doesn't work. I also try to end my trip through app. That gave some default message popup and told me to end my trip

                    When we started our trip the car was dirty and still we are being charged rupees 2000 cleaning fee. If the car was not clean from the starting then how can zoomcar charge us more. The car was dirty from the beginning. There was cake spread on the seat and even birthday bomb strips were also there. Such fee is unnecessarily charged. Zoomcar has also chaged an extension fee evem after paying an extension fee.

                      I have complained and I get a same auromated mail every time! I have already lost 10rs and the meter is still ticking. I went now and tried to close and even now I get a message request timed out. The cycle is in the pedl stand for 4+ hours. There is no proper support. This looks like a cheat game by zoom car. People beware! How can someone so coolly put the customer in such mental agony? Isn't there a single person to attend to a costumer for 4 hours? Pathetic. I FEEL STUCK

                        Hello, this is extremely urgent. I took cycle from sambhaji park, shivajinagar. My cycle number is 102482.I tried ending the trip but i am unable to end the trip. Please help this is urgent. It been more than 24 hours and i am charged 60 rs till now and still unable to end the trip. Please end the trip and refund my money back. And the most annoying fact is you don't have an instant helpline number service, in such discrepancies and emergency situations.
                        I request you to immediately end the trip and refund my money back.

                        I m also facing the same problem. It has been 8 hrs I m trying to end my trip but I m enable to end it. When I unlocked the cycle it was started trip but the cycle was still locked.
                        Now I m enable to end trip. I have send mails many time no action taken. Same acknowledged mail is coming. They are charging for the trip still. There must be customer care phone numbers for such issues. I resolve the issue immediately.

                          I am using pedl service in pimple gurav pune. Today i unlocked cycle no. 101614 and trip started at 6.58am. After 24 min. Of my trip i parked the cycle at kalptaru estate phase 1 pedl station and tried to end trip but continuously getting messages find nearby station. I should not be responsible to pay the money for the extra time charge i. E. After 24 min.
                          Please end my trip and resolve the issue as i could not unlock another cycle.

                          I have used your service in Chennai and got my security deposit refund but I was told to fill the fuel and upload the bill and the same will be refunded. I have uploaded the bill and it is showing in my payment statement but unfortunately it is more than 35 days and I am still waiting for fuel refund. Kindly refund as early as possible.

                              Hi,

                              It’s been more than 24 hours i am awaiting response from zoomcar, as per discussion day before.

                              I have been using zoomcar for very long and this kind of incident is highlt unacceptable.

                              I have dropped the car in best and same condition as i took it along with being in time. Using unlawful practices you as zoomcar have levied damage charges on me which i do not owe.

                              This is a new kind of marketting cheap tricks you guys are performing which i will take the case up to consumer court and spread out in social media.

                              As in you understand you need to repay for fuel, you levied damage charges to balance it out. If the company is running out of finances then shut it down.

                              If the damage has occurred after i have dropped off the car then i am not held any responsibile, moreover there was no damage and it is a very cheap trick.

                              I need a sincere apology by zoomcar owner to play around with these tricks and refund of my fuel payment with resuming of my zoomcar account.

                              Else what happens :-

                              I move to consumer court and supreme court along with my team of lawyers and file a petition along with video evidences of car before taking up and after dropping which shows there are no damages at all and in court i shall demand a cimpensation of 1lac rupees for the by zoomcar as a firm.

                              Warning you to respond and resolve along with apology within today - 29/03/2017.

                                Hi,

                                I was using cycle 102482 in shivajinagar area, sambhaji park pune and stopped at a shop where it was stolen. I am not able to track the cycle and i have been charged 30rs since morning 8am. I have dropped number of emails through the site but its of no use. Also i am not able to end the trip. Please track the cycle no 102482 and let me know the location so that i can personally visit the place and bring it back to the pedl station.

                                  I was given a car with one heavily damaged tyre from inner side which was not visible while inspecting the car and repaired in such a way that its ok to use it. I was not aware of it until it got punctured all the way to manali - shimla. I contacted zoomcar and reply is they can't help in this.

                                  I was charged vehicle damage fee if rs. 6000 which was deducted from my security deposit. This is the way of money making by zoomcar. Using zoomcar is like risking your life and your belongings in the car. I suggest other users that please don't use zoomcars as there cars are unsafe and customer support is helpless.

                                    Dear ayush pansari,

                                    This e-mail is with reference to the booking made by you with zoomcar through company's webpage/mobile app with the following details -

                                    S. No booking id car provided start time end time pickup point drop off point initial rental security deposit outstanding
                                    1 jps62y5mn ka03ae8586 22/03/2018 20:00 22/03/2018 21:00 home home 40 0 10000

                                    It has come to our attention that the car has been used in excess of the paid rental amount and in accordance of the agreement duly verified and acknowledged by you, you are liable to make payment of ₹10000 to the company. Please note that failure to make payment of the due amount will render you liable to civil proceedings and the company would be entitled to recover the due amount by attachment of your property (Movable/immovable) or otherwise. Further, willfully declining or making delay to pay the above said outstanding amount could also subject you to criminal proceedings.

                                    We therefore request you to make payment of the aforementioned outstanding amount of ₹10000 within 5 days of this mail, failing which we shall be constrained to initiate against you civil and criminal legal proceedings as are warranted by law for recovery of the due amount. Please note that in accordance with the member agreement displayed here, duly verified and acknowledged by you, the company is entitled to recover all costs incurred in initiation of legal proceedings.

                                    Following is my reply.

                                    Firstly, please be a little more specific on how "the car has been used in excess of the paid rental amount". An excess charge of inr 10k has been levied as damage charges while i have not been provided with any details

                                    When i picked up the car, the front left tyre of the car had very little air, which i duly entered in the car inspection as seriously damaged.

                                    However, since i wanted to use the car for a short distance and assuming the company would have checked it before providing the car, i started driving the car.in no time, i found the tyre punctured and myself stranded in the middle of the road. The tyre got further damaged while i was trying to take the vehicle to the side of the road.

                                    I got the tyre changed with the spare tyre at my expense and dropped it at pick up location.

                                    In total, i drove the car for less than 1 km.

                                    Now, leaving aside the harassment, i am being asked to pay 10k for vehicle damage, bumper damage, scratches, bonnet damage, etc.

                                    Hence, i request you to provide me any proof for damages for inr 10k and whatever usage is being referred to in excess of the already paid rental amount.

                                    Even if i was to re-imburse the company for damaged tyre, it should not cost more than inr 3-4k (Although inr 6k is what the zoomcar website says as damages for severely damaged car)

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I am a daily commuter and user of your pedl service.
                                      On regular basis, i am taking the same route and from specific cycle station in hsr sector 1, 7th cross and 24th main till salarpuria serenity (Hsr sector 7). The ride generally takes around 13 - 15 mins.

                                      Yesterday (26/03/2018), i started my trip from latter and reach the same location (Hsr sector 1) but unable to end my trip. After several attempts, i left it there locked, believing that the ride will end by itself (As experience once or twice before). To my discovery, it didn't happen. Later when i reached home much later and checked the pedl stations on the map, to my disappointment, i realized that particular station has been removed from the usual place (As it was available the same morning). Meanwhile, after some hours, i got a sms from zoomcar that i was charged rs 10. Today, in the morning, i am unable to use your service and my account has got blocked.

                                      It is highly a matter of inconvenience for your users. I request you to address the following issues as soon as possible-

                                      1. Refund rs. 9 to my paytm wallet
                                      2. Unblock my account.

                                        Kindly end the trip on this cycle. I have not been on trip for a single minute as the cycle never unlocked and the trip never ended so i have been unnecessarily being charged for the whole night, 28 rupees as of now. I have tried contacting all your customer care but disappointed by all services of yours. I am eagerly waiting for help because my money is continuing to be deducted.

                                        I had issue a zoom car on rent on 14 March 2018 and deposited 5000 as security. But after my return of my car I have not yet get my refund money. Sir I request you to take necessary action.
