I booked a cycle on 13th feb around 17:45, cycle didn't opened and i am not able to end the trip, i mailed zoomcar customer support twice about this situation but till i didn't got any update and in application there is no facility to call and currently the trip is going on from last 17 hours and they charged me also please help as soon as possible as i am unable to book cycle bcz already the trip is going on.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I tried to use cycle 101957 and my trip started however the cycle failed to unlock. Worst case is that i am not able to end my trip now and i am being charged from my paytm. Can you please help.

Hi,
I already mailed about my situation that I was not able to unlock the cycle or end the trip, after that also I got message like they deducted money from my wallet as you can see the message below. " Hi ramniwas! Thank you for using PEDL. Your PEDL trip has ended and we have debited Rs.44.0 from your PayTM account connected with number [protected]. " Main issue is I am not getting any mail or update regarding this issue.

Please look into this

    Hi team,

    I booked a cycle 102343 stationed at my office location & used it for around 70 minutes, but unable to end trip stating something went wrong and find nearby pedl station when infact i am at pedl station in front of axis bank fc road,. I am being charged for next 30 minutes ride as well. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

      [REPOST SINCE I DIDNT GET ANY REPLY LAST TIME]
      Hello,
      This is to bring to your notice that today on 27th jan 2018, at around 11:30am, I tried to unlock the PEDL cycle at ginger society PEDL station pimple saudagar, pune 411027.

      The cycle never unlocked yet trip had started. Even after several attempts, the trip didn't end and it continued deducting money from my PayTM account!

      After Rs10 were deducted from my account, I transferred all my money to my friend's PayTM account. But ZoomCar didn't stop deducting money or end the trip.

      I raised a complaint on this website before and Mr Wasim told be there that they have ended the trip from their side and they will refund the money. Hence, I transferred money back to my wallet from my friend's account. Zoom Car deducted Rs19 from my account and STILL DIDNT STOP! Mr. Wasim lied to me about the trip being ended from their side (I have attached the screenshots too in my reply on the link provided above).

      Then immediately I transferred my money back to my friend's PayTM wallet. Then finally after 1Day 6Hours 10Mins, the trip was finally ended! (I never got any refund though).

      But next time when I used PEDL on 1st Feb 2018, Rs33 was deducted from my wallet instead of Re1 (Rs32 was additional amount from the last buggy trip).

      So, in total, Rs61 was deducted from my PayTM account even though I never used PEDL service. Please refund me my money.

      I am attaching the screenshot of My Trips history and my PayTM Passbook as a proof of the deductions. Please cross verify and refund. Thanks.

        I had booked cycle with pedl @APJ abdul kalam college behind central, new town, kolkata, But i couldn't unlock the cycle to ride nor could i end the trip to book another cycle. this is the second time i am facing this issue in this week .
        I haven't got any response for the first complaint and now i am having this issue again, already rs.48/- got debited from my account and it is asking me to pay another 16, why should i pay when i am not able to use it.
        Please improve your customer service, no proper channel to communicate

        I received an sms today saying that my pedl cycle was found at the pedl station and asking me to pay the remaining amount. I don't know why should i pay when i didn't use, it was fault of the application which didn't allow me to unlock the cycle, instead of refunding the amount you are asking me to pay outstanding balance.

          Cycle number is 102642
          Taken near bharath petroleum bunk, mahindra city, chennai. I drove to my home near by and locked it.
          Now when i try to unlock. It shows "your cycle is unlocked" in the app. But the the actual lock in the cycle is not unlocked. That blue led on the cycle lock is not glowing now.
          Can't end trip either. It shows "timed out. Please try again". Help me unlock it.

            I was trying to unlock a cycle no102385 at noon yesterday. But dur to some technical error it didn't happen. Thus i leave the cycle there. It was near panchali shivaji nagar. But since i tried with my browser the data get saved. At evening when i reopen the site pedl.in the previous cycle got unlocked accidentally. That cycle was not around me when this incident take place. So i m not able to lock the cycle again. I m trying to reach customer support but i can't. No response is coming even. I have been charged more than rs 20 till now and it's going on. Please help ne out.

                  I booked zoom car on 8th feb 2018 6:30 am with booking id jps628d29 for 5 hours. I picked up the car early in the morning and it was a self service pickup without presence of any support staff. Due to bad lighting conditions in parking space as it was early in the morning, i didnt thoroughly check the car exterior for any minor scratches and didnt come across any dent visible to naked eyes that i should have brought to zoom car customer care's notice. I picked the car and i can say for sure there wasn't any mishap during my booking duration. After booking completion, i dropped off the car as it was and there was no outstanding dues. A day later, to my surprise i see a pending penalty charge of 5000 rs reflecting on this booking on zoomcar app. I had no clue about these charges and called up the customer care asking for the reason. Finally after 24 hours, they sent me the pics of the scratch on the front part and a minor dent on the rear. I am damn sure, i didnt put those and i dont even know if it was there from before. Customer care expects me to click pics before and after picking the vehicle but nowhere its mentioned in the checklist and i realise that was a mistake i shd have clicked pics but that doesnt entitle them to put false allegations on me. Its their responsibilty to have a service staff be present at spot and monitor the vehicle before/after drop off so that things would be clear. I feel zoomcar is using this loophole to unnecessarily charge the customers. So people please be careful of this and click pictures and check thoroughly to avoid falling in this trap or to be safe compltely avoid using zoom car and go for other car rental services (Even if others charge bit high but they wont trap you like this). Till now zoom car hasnt waived off the false charges and asking to pay off for mistake i didnt commit. I feel cheated and mentally harrassed due to this.

                  Hi Team,

                  My name is Ramveer Sharma from Chandigarh.

                  I booked Zoom car on 12th Feb 2018 9:30 am with booking ID JPS62H355 for 12 hours. I picked up the car early in the morning and it was a self service pickup with presence of support staff. I checked the car exteriors and found minor scratches on the front, rear and on left door side and did brought to Zoom car support staff's notice.I picked the car and I can say for sure there wasn't any mishap during my booking duration. After booking completion, I dropped off the car as it was and there was no outstanding dues, moreover when i deposited the car i asked the support staff to double check and make sure i am not charged for anything extra, at that time they said everything is ok, we will get it washed from a water tanker and now they are charging me 4000 rs for vehicle damage and 1500 rs for cleaning charges, i don't get it. To my surprise I see a pending penalty charge of 500 rs reflecting on this booking on Zoomcar app after deduction of my 5000 INR refundable deposit. I have no clue about these charges and I feel cheated as they gave me a uncleaned car during raining and on top of that they charged me 1500 RS for cleaning charges, does it take 1500 rs to wash a car which had nothing but dirt on exteriors due to rain.

                  Now, i want zoom car to refund my complete security amount else will result in cancellation of all future bookings with them, my lot of friends book through zoom car and would never ever suggest anyone to book through them.

                  I will put a review for this on all social media platforms, will send you guys a legal notice and will keep it raising till the issue is resolved.

                  This is highly unprofessional behavior which is unexpected and also you will be loosing customers because of doing wrong deductions.

                  I will ask people not to book Zoom car and can book with other operators like Revv which are far more better.

                      Cycle number 101995, I clicked on unlock cycle, it said that cycle is unlocked however it never got unlocked, instead i guess some other cycle did.

                      I tried to end trip but it never ended and I did not move cycle an inch from its booking location still trip was not ending.

                      My trip amount is continuously increasing and by now I have tried to end trip a 100 times.

                      I have already raised the complaint on your the app many times but there is no response.

                      Also, there is no direct number to call and report such issue.

                      Apart from that my email id provided in the app has to be changed to yaseen.[protected]@gmail.com as the other id isnt working.Hence i am unable to know if you have responded even.

                      Expect that the amount doesnt reach itz century..kindly help asap please..

                        As the scan was not working so i have wrongly unlocked another cylcle. Have immediately informed customer care through apps and they asked me to send cylcle number and phone number so replied immediately. But they have not done anything or ended my trip. The trip is not ending and they are charging me from last 3.5 hrs. Also called customer care but they said can't help with pedl. Worse customer service i have seen. Nither i was able to ride with a new cycle nor they ended the trip and it's charging. Its 480 acre shaporji complex in kolkata new town so impossible to find the cycle still tried like a fool. The technical problem will always be there but need little efforts from customer care.
                        720 complaints only registered but actually there are more than 10, 000 in real.

                          How cheap and third class service you are giving! I booked cycle no. 1o7211. It shows on my phone that the cycle has been unlocked when it actually hasn't. I'm not able to unlock the cycle nor am i able to cancel the trip. I tried to manually unlock it but to no avail. And now it saying me to pay 24rupees and already it took 10 rupees from my paytm account, even i have send email, but they didnt replied me. Whats wrong with you guys
                          And please make sure that you have a dedicated customer care number exclusively for pedl.

                            Before posting this on Consumer complaints I already logged complaint twice on your "Contact us" page under issue "PEDL" sub-issue "My trip has started, trip did not start"

                            I also sent email regarding the same complaint at "feedback.[protected]@zoomcar.com" where you have replied and asked to contact your team at contact us page.

                            It's been already close to 24 hours now and no help is provided from "PEDL Zoom CAR"

                            Tell me on what all portals do I have to post this and I will do that as well, I have seen that some of the customers got faster solution when they posted their "PEDL Zoom Car" issues on FB and twitter, please let me know if that will help and I ll do the same.

                              I booked a cycle 102562 at mahindra world city. After finishing my raid, im trying to end my trip. But it is not allowing to end trip.in paytm has enough balance is their. From past 16hurs im trying to end the trip, its not working and keep on deducting money from paytm.
                              Customer support forzoomcar pedl is very bad, no one responding.
                              For zoomcar technical problem im paying simply my money.

                                Hello there,
                                I booked this car and they are charging me 10000 for some under body damage which was not caused by me. When i gave the car it was alright and delivery person has accepted the same and when i opened the app in the night they were asking me for 5210 extra money and now there are telling me to take legal action against me may they have forgot we also consumer court or social media and even worst one of my room mate is a blogger so i will make sure now. I will drop their clientele by at least 1-2% with me.

                                  Sir there is car and it's damge and car is creating many problems and car is there about 8months and i have complained 2 times and i talk to car owner also he is saying m nhi harta rha car ko i say many time to car owner but he doesn't take action pls help there is a many problem car is standing at my parking. Its fully damge rohini sec 24 pkt 25 near bikaner sweet

                                    I had booked a zoomcar many time and had a good experiance but on one day i had booked a car at morning 5 am it was dark and i was in urgent so i had not inspect the car and pick up the car and while returing in drop location i got to known the front tyre had punchured and i then call the customer care and tell him the case she suggest to change the tyre but i said it i had no time we just drop the car at location and ended the trip.

                                    But on next day i recevied a mail that i had 8500 outstanding amount and my security depoait of 1500 had deduct by zoomcar

                                    I call to customer care and they said the tyre was punchured i said yaa i have told you earlier so for this you will take 10000 then he said you have damage the car and this are the part you damage front trye, back tryre, gear box, side mirror and back covering of trye this all where fake i had not done this but they said our agent had send us this report then i said okk just give me a number of that agent but they refused.

                                    Now i got a email form legaldesk from zoomcar that you will be charge as crimial and legal action will be taken if charges are not paid and i had also reply to legaldesk zoomcar but no reply yet.

                                      Hello,
                                      This is to bring to your notice that today on 27th jan 2018, at around 11:30am, I tried to unlock the PEDL cycle at ginger society PEDL station pimple saudagar, pune 411027.

                                      The cycle never unlocked yet trip had started. Even after several attempts, the trip didn't end and it continued deducting money from my PayTM account!

                                      After Rs10 were deducted from my account, I transferred all my money to my friend's PayTM account. But ZoomCar didn't stop deducting money or end the trip.

                                      I raised a complaint on this website before (Refer: https://www.consumercomplaints.in/zoom-car-zoom-car-pedal-cycle-not-unlocked-but... and Mr Wasim told be there that they have ended the trip from their side and they will refund the money. Hence, I transferred money back to my wallet from my friend's account. Zoom Car deducted Rs19 from my account and STILL DIDNT STOP! Mr. Wasim lied to me about the trip being ended from their side (I have attached the screenshots too in my reply on the link provided above).

                                      Then immediately I transferred my money back to my friend's PayTM wallet. Then finally after 1Day 6Hours 10Mins, the trip was finally ended! (I never got any refund though).

                                      But next time when I used PEDL on 1st Feb 2018, Rs33 was deducted from my wallet instead of Re1 (Rs32 was additional amount from the last buggy trip).

                                      So, in total, Rs61 was deducted from my PayTM account even though I never used PEDL service. Please refund me my money.

                                      I am attaching the screenshot of My Trips history and my PayTM Passbook as a proof of the deductions. Please cross verify and refund. Thanks.

                                        Zoom car is choose the cheating way to earn money.i have booked the car on 5.2.2018-8am while iam picking the car the car condition is so dusty.and also there is no proper documents to pay the permit at rta check post.and finally there are intimating me later there is the damage in the vehicle.if there any damage they are supposed to intimate before locking the vahicle or before leaving me.after one day there telling u r have the out standing of 2000 for vehicle damage and 500 for cleaning charges. how i will be responsible for after locking the vehicle.this is very pathetic srvice.
