We have hired a Car (Scorpio), for trip to Rishikesh from Zoom car and while coming back the car broke down. After calling customer caren we got solution only to leave the car and come back by paid taxi. We have already paid INR 15000 + fuel of INR 1000 and shall have to bear cost of cab Service.
We are still in Rishikesh right now and shall arrive late in delhi. Monday office shall be another issue for 7 o[censored]s. Expecting proper service solution urgently.

    We planned for a family trip to ooty with zoom car. I booked zoom car for 5 days from thursday to monday. I was charged Rs.16000 + Rs. 2000 deposit. We started the trip on thursday by collecting the car and drove to ooty. At the top of the hill in ooty, after the 36 hair pin bends, the car broke down.

    I immedietly called zoom car about it and informed. They asked us to take a taxi to our hotel and for returning and they will tow the car themselves and asked me to use a tax to return and they will refund my amount.

    We spent 4 days in ooty by booking other taxi for 5k and then returned to bangalore for 12k from ooty. When I called back zoomcar they told me that the service report said I had driven bad and the car has been broke down because of me and I was charged Rs.10k for damage.

    The car clutch was already bad when I received the car, I hardly drove the car uphill for 30 mins and the clutch melted down. I had 5 years of driving experience, as I have my own car here back in hyderabad and it was driven over 50k km and never had I faced any problem with it.

    Zoom car not only charged me Rs.10k for damage but also refused to refund me for my taxi. I told them that I booked the car for 5 days, and I drove it only for 1 day, atleast give me the refund for 4 days which I didnt have your car, but they refused to.

    If I had booked the car only for 1 day, i would still would have been charged for 10k damage, but now I booked the car for 5 days I dont get refund for the unused days + no promised taxi refund + 10k damage charges.

    My total cost by choosing zoomcar to drive from bangalore to ooty =
    16k(zoom car for 5 days) + 10k(damage) + 5k(4 days touring ) + 12k return = 43k

    If I would have not choosed zoom car, I would have probably had a drive with a driver for half of its price.

      I (Sagar kumar sahoo) booked a zoom car for 13th may 1pm to 4pm. Car details (Address and car number) received through message. Reached the location as per the gprs location sent by zoomcar. However there was no zoom car present there and the address received in message did not match with the address sent by gprs. After searching a lot we did not found the location sent by the zoomcar. So we returned back. After an hour at 2:04 pm we received a message as "pick up location has been changed and plan accordingly". There is no customer support number to contact with the executive. We tried a lot to contact the executive however no ivr option available for the discussion.

      The money has been deducted due to the zoomcar negligence and fraud.
      We request to return back the deducted amount rs 520 along with the security deposit of rs 2000 with a total amount of rs 2520 only

      The location address sent message in mobile - Tejas Residency, Avind Avenue Road, Car is parking for Flat 205.
      However GPRS location - NO Tejas Residency present over there.
      Also the driver contact number not provided in message.
      After finding no option
      1. No driver contact - MObile number
      2.NO zoomcar executive contact information
      we returned back

      We received a call from the zoomcar executive. As per the discussion he said the payment gateway is down and asked my card details for different payment gateway. As he asked by card number and CVV details I did not provided him the same. He said to send a mail to customer care providing the complaint. A mail has been sent to [protected]@zoomcar.com with detail complaint . However we have not received any update from zoomcar customer care.

      I had the smilller issue for booking ID JPS6TU29L however there was no refund... nobody pick up the phone and the GPS provided for pick up in last minute was inaccurate (tejas residency)

      It was very disappointing

        This Company is one of the worst customer friendly companies I have come across. Their customer support staff is arrogant. First if all their website and application sucks. Simple booking becomes difficult. Purposely they have made their Sapp a little complicated so that we make mistakes while booking. For eg. I wanted airport pick up at coimbatore, I selected airport pick up but somehow during the transition it got changed to another pick up point. Then licence scanning is not smooth. Seems they don't understand india. Then the car given to me was not checked properly. The car did not have a rear view mirror. The previous customer who took the car on rent last time broke the mirror 4 days back. But they still alloted me the car. How can someone allot a unsafe car. Probably for their commercial gains they did not want to keep the car idle. Now when I land at pick up point, running late coz I expected airport pick up. I was shown the car. Initially was quite happy as the car seemed in good condition. But when we sat in the car, it did not have a rear view mirror. Immediately we told the staff there we need another car as I cannot drive a mirror less car on the highway in the night. They replied saying they don't have a mirror and no replacement car. I have a bloody important meeting 3 hours away. What do you expect us to do. We were forced to take this car. In the night we were about to meet with a life threatening accident. Just missed. Else all 4 o[censored]s would have lost our lives. We could not see the truck behind us as their was no mirror. Guys seriously should such unsafe cars be alloted to anyone.? Then next day while driving, again as I could not see behind car, I looked at the side and to save myself had to just speed up a little. I exceeded speed limit of 125 km per hr by 1 km and that too for hardly 5 seconds. Had the mirror been there I would not have to suddenly raise my speed. Anyway, they get a chance and deduct 2500 Rs from me stating they are very strict about their customer safety and can't reverse speeding charges. My question is if they are so concerned about us, why do they allow us unsafe cars, where we were about to meet with a life threatening accident. Hypocrisy on their part. They just have a tendency to find reasons to deduct deposits given to them. Also, while driving we noticed our part number plate came off. We were sure we never banged any other car so how could that happen. On checking we saw, the number plate stuck with a adhesive tape! Once we realised this Compnay is trying to cheat us, we bought a new adhesive tape from the market and stuck it back and gave the car back. Tit for tat. Worst Compnay ever. Pls don't take cars from them. Other customers of zoom car have had even more horrible experiences. Some customer like syed have been assaulted. Some customers refunds not given to them. A bunch of fraudsters. And worst call centre ever.. Robotic call centre. Keep giving the same non specific generic replies

          Hi, I booked a zoom car today, 10th may at8.00am at gvk one Hyderabad I went to the location asked the fleet executive what to do he said take video of vehicle and asked me to go do checklist I did checked all marks I asked him to show spare tyre tool kit he showed, car was not tidy I didn't checked the ticker took readings of fuel n odo it asked for OTP he provided me one and later next he asked for a driving licence which is the same photocopy of original ID I uploaded and you have approved ? And there were no SMS intimation regarding to bring original DL if it is so crucial you should have kept it in check list first. I ll attach all my intimation SMS screen shots ok: later he took out car keys n went back asking coustomer care 2. This call centre executive are so arrogant an unprofessional I asked d same they said Sorry we cannot refund as you have gone live with your booking .as you started it ok alright I disconnected the call and came to mr ayub fleet executive at gvk one he replied as you don't hold a original DL I cannot provide you vehicle I had to rush as I had scheduled at 9, I asked him y u have asked me to start booking and went live in the front he denied to give reply I was sitting on the chair he pulled me off and pulling my right shoulder thrower me onto a car in parking after incident I took out phone started to make clipping he ran off into dark location of cellar he was not willing to come back in light you can clearly see I had a data cable in my back pocket it fell off and the chair was distorted I called customer care service executive they were unable to provide me a proper reception of completion now at the end I have a trauma to my right shoulder which is severely hurting causing me a sprain ligament now I lost money of booking I missed my schedule with a trauma to my shoulder which is hurting several bad i hear by informing zoom car IAM going to file a case against the fleet executive and zoom car for causing me grevious hurt and all mental trauma and agony .
          I need a fair compensation and a quick action and resolution.
          Note:
          1.poor communication of customer care executives no complaints taken and tickets were raised
          2.y u didn't send me SMS stating bring original DL no photo copy of original DL is invalid never mentioned in site or SMS
          3.who ll recompense my schedule meeting and time
          4.y I've to go thru pain and suffering with my trauma.
          5.i need a quick fair compensation and action
          6. I wonder there was a video uploaded in YouTube regarding behaviour of same fellow y action is not taken against him

          Because of your executive I had to undergo these which I am not supposed to. Additionally I incurred medical expenses and have went through series of stress.Zoom car is liable to pay me for these. Revert with a substantiate response.

            It's a very worst experience and we recommend not to go for the zoom cars
            We booked a car at 2am but by mistake we have captured drop timing as 7:30pm and as we asked immediatly for a remedy with customer care (Karthik) he said to start the trip then we can extend the trip... When we started the trip after that he says car is not available and still if we need to extend we have to pay 19000 rs extra on booking... As per their policy... We communicated with him almost 45min after that his team lead prashanth spoken to us and he also said same story
            ... After all we thought of cancellation of booking... Then also they said like they il deduct 1300rs... We asked for higher authority to get in connect to resolve the issue so that they can arrange atleast other vehicle for us... As we had a very important meeting that morning we lost around 9000rs due to negligence of the zoomcar
            ... Later on they says about the policies as they didn't have before...

            Or else am surely gonna lodge a complaint in consumer court with call record proof...

              Had a very bad experience with Zoom Car. Tire was old and was flat on my way back. But they charged me for new tyre. Not able to justify, Firstly, there is no assistance if anything go wrong with car. When the tyre was flat, I call customer care and inform them, but was told to manage that on my own. The tyre had bad nuts and was not able to remove with the tools provided. Have to travel 6 KM on hot sunny day to find for tyre person, The car was pretty dirty. Would take this on serious note and request not to go with Zoom cars anytime.

              I have spend 800 Rs on fixing this and have no refunds, Also, still waiting on concrete justification on why charging 4000 when tyre were old and bad.

                Arranged to hire a honda city in hyderabad, picked up car, filthy on the outside, wiped down with a cloth.
                Took the car away and found that the ac was not working and the horn was intermittent, car returned asap within 90 minutes (Rush hour traffic) waiting for refund.
                Have been chasing them yesterday and today, called 4 times only to be fobbed off, some one will call you back in 30 minutes... No call back no refund

                Don't use them their service is pretty poor

                  My zoom car booking id is (JPS6TZPL7).
                  I didn't got my payment yet they are asking for verification code which they sended me on my mail id and I forgotten my mail id password. I reported my new mail id n screen shot of old mail id which is nt opening but there is no response at all
                  Now there is no option of call in app from this incident
                  So bad service do not use zoom car.

                    My self Jayadev and I booked Zoom car from 28th Apri'17 6:30 AM to 30th April'17 11:30 PM IST. That time I paid Rs. 11, 393.00/-. Attached the soft copy for the same.

                    Due to some other issues, I have delivered on 1st May'17 2:36 PM IST and it was delayed by 15 hours. However, I have paid Rs. 15090/- for the delay charges. Attached the soft copy of Bank statement.

                    My concern is, Rs. 15090/- was not reflected in payment history and I was asked to pay outstanding amount Rs. 11550/-.

                    Please consider my request and do the needful.

                      The tyre gets puntured and the condition of the tyre is horrendous. Steel wire mesh coming out. Who gives fitness certificates to zoomcar fleet??? The toolkit jack was unusable. Had to travel back 5 kms to get a mechanic with the jack. Customer care supervisor from bangalore ms. Pavithra called me and mentioned that i could buy a new car tire and retain the invoice. While handing over the car i have submitted the original invoice of 4400/- inr. Zoomcar had promised refund in 48 hrs. More than 75 hrs have passed, and no intimation of any refund. Customer care guys are worthless. I have asked for a call back from ms. Pavithra and was promised that she would call back in 1 hr. No one called back. Have logged again a ticket # 425117. This is absolutely pathetic and a clear case of harassment by zoomcar. Attached is the photo of the car invoice towards new tire replacement.

                        Hi,
                        I would like to edit my phone number (Since i'm not using current number which updated in zoom app) in zoom app. When i edit my contact number, it says that i'll receive six digits verification code, but i'm not receiving any verification code to update to confirm my new contact number.

                        Currently, i have refund amount in my zoom account and when i'm trying to transfer this amount to my bank account, its asking for otp which sent to my old contact which was already updated in zoom app.

                        I can only transfer this amount to my bank account when i can edit my old phone to new phone number so that i can get otp to transfer the amount.

                          We booked a car kuv 100 on 28 april 2017 12 noon from zoom car for 48 hours. And according to company policy if consumer paid for fuel then company will reimburse full amount paid by consumer. Company's statement "please give your fuel receipt to the fleet executive after your reservation and zoomcar will happily reimburse you for the full amount." we paid for fuel was rs. 4660 and company was paid only rs 1070..

                          our fuel consumption took place because of air conditioner of car in stationary position and while driving, there is no mentioning in there policies that one cannot use air conditioner while not driving but they are still not refunding the money of fuel back

                          i[censored] not want to pay for proper fuel consumption then why you demand for fuel bill everything you calculated by yourself then you don't want to demand any bill.whatever bill i present before you is the original fuel consumption in your vehicle your calculation is totally wrong

                            Sub – bad car and bad customer experience and over-invoicing

                            This is with reference to my booking from Chennai airport facility – 24-Mar to 29-Mar – invoice number JPS6TOHV5. I have had as string of issues leading to inconvenience and money loss.

                            Issues –
                            1 Old car provided with 88, 000 km and a lot of scratches and small dents and a non-working Bluetooth – on being asked at time of pick-up was told that was the only available option. (Why does Zoom Car take more bookings than its inventory? What is the aging process? Why are older cars not cheaper than newer cars?)
                            2 The car air-conditioning stopped working on the last day some 30-40 kilometers before Chennai airport. On taking it to the Zoom car facility and a review by the crew, was informed that the radiator fan was not working because of which the engine could not pick-up the load. (When was the last preventive maintenance done on the car? If the radiator stopped working why was there no temperature increase warning on the dashboard? What if this could have led to bigger problems and I would have been stuck on the highway?)
                            3 The car got scratched on one of the doors and I was asked to pay 3000/- for repair and maintenance. I had 3 issues - the car was not maintained then why charge me for one scratch when it already carried 10 other scratches + when I had already paid to Zoom car for an insurance why is Zoom car choosing to use insurance claims for above 10, 000/- damages + why not compensate me for my inconvenience of a non-working AC car on a hot summer day. (Why are customers charged for repairs and maintenance when the cars are not maintained? How do you compensate back customers for non-working cars/ air-conditioning? Why do you choose to not exercise insurance when premium is already paid?)

                            Hope you find the above elaborative enough to act upon immediately. I request for the 3000/- damages refund and half the rental money back (approx. 5, 000/-) for providing me an old broken car. I have used Zoom car a few times before and never before had I so many reasons to complain. Hopefully will be resolved soon and will not require me to go to the Consumer Courts for escalation.

                              Booked a car and paid 90% of the rental amount as per process. The remaining 2000 has to be paid b4 on the day of travel. 1 day before suddenly got an email that booking was cancelled as the pending amount was not paid.There was no intimation on message or call about the payment to do else bookign will get cancelled. We called customer care, highly in-proficient, rude and dumb. Not ready to help even after explaining that we have got our hotel booked worth 15K. Even after negotiating and requesting the executive named Remya or Ramya just answered you post bad feedback, complaints, uninstall the app we dont care but nothing can be done. Monetary loss of 15K because of them.

                                1. Booked zoom car on 06th oct 16 with reservation id jps6v0006 and travel time from 08 oct 07:30 am to 10 oct 07:30 pm and pick up from cross point mall, sector 28, gurgaon.
                                2. I got call from zoom car team at 07 oct at 11:30 pm in the night (And next morning i am about to start my journey) that car which i booked is unavailable. No spare car is available in whole gurgaon. Either i can travel to new delhi (25 km away) or they can cancel my booking (Frankly do you think that 11:30 in night i can arrange any alternative??).
                                3. I requested him to call after 10 min so i can decide.
                                4. He calls again, my family is in confused state but i ask him to reserve the car. He said he will talk with his team and confirm in 20 min.
                                5. No calls from zoom car. At 1 am in night i frantically called for 17 times no response.
                                6. Well next morning same story. From 06:30 am to 07:30 am i called for 59 times and no response. Left few messages in some customer service number still no response.
                                7. I then went to cross point mall, sector 28, gurgaon to check and pick car if possible.
                                8. There was not a soul in mall. There was one number pasted in wall so called that zoom car guy. He said that no car is available and he will come back after an hour.
                                9. Came back home and started calling zoom car customer care. So after 49 calls someone picked the call. The time at that time was about 9:00 am.
                                10. Narrated this incident to customer care, they said they will get back in 10 min, but no response.
                                11. So again called customer service, so after lot of to and fro, the response was that no car is available in whole ncr.
                                12. Someone from zoom car then called and offered me car in noida. Just image that i am in gurgaon and you guys are offering me car in noida. Some 50 km from my home. Are you guys serious??
                                13. Then again someone called and said car in available in aero city new delhi (25 km away).
                                14. Finally went to aero city, while i was on my way got sms that i should pick car by 11:30 am else my booking would be cancelled. Again are you serious??
                                15. Reached aero city, now i am told that i have to go to someplace in mahilpur to pick car.
                                16. Went with your representative, the place is a next to dump yard. Strays running a muck. Not safe at all.
                                17. At that place numerous other vehicles were available, which might have been provided to me.
                                18. Car provided was also not great, it was having noise. It was basically very poorly maintained.
                                19. After the trip came back, as there was traffic in delhi, i knew that i would miss 07:30 pm deadline. So called customer care at 06:30 pm to inform that i might get delayed by an hour. I also informed aero city zoom car personal.
                                20. I reached at 08:05 pm, and parked the vehicle at aero city parking. I was trying to reach zoom car personal from 07:30 pm but no response from him.
                                21. At 08:45 pm someone picked the phone and rudely started that i am not in time and they were waiting for an hour. I was like you have not picked the call and i am waiting for 40 min.
                                22. That dude on other side rudely asked me bring vehicle in that dump yard. I said no way i am going to that place. Any way in all communication by zoom car the pick and drop place is aero city metro station, and i am not going any were.
                                23. That dude said they would come in half hour. So i went to grab something to eat from nearby shop in auto.
                                24. While i was in shop i got the call from zoom car personal that they are in parking. I said i will be there in 8-10 min. They started abusing me. This is strictly unprofessional. So in 10 min i got 7 calls to come. Man i can’t fly back and come. Came back in less than 10 minutes and gave the car back.
                                25.in billing you deducted money for being late for 2 hours, whereas i was late by 45 min only.

                                I have to call more than 150 calls (I have call list and have recorded majority of calls), travel for 25 km to and fro to pick and drop the car, you have wasted precious 5 hours of my time effectively wasting one day of my vacation (Had to cancel my prepaid activity of river rafting wasting my money worth rs.6000/-) just to hire car from zoom car. Let me be very candid and frank with you, your customer service sucks and people are not at all helpful and willing to solve customer problem. Your customer service personal, your field personnel are pathetic.

                                You service personal said that they will escalate this issue and will call back and sort this within 2 weeks, after 8 weeks when i mailed i got call from customer service offering 1000 bucks in the form of zoom car credits, which is highly unacceptable for me. So 5 months have passed i am yet to hear from them.

                                Last nail in the coffin: you have done incorrect billing.

                                We see that one of our executives have already discussed the issue and offered the compensation for the inconvenience.

The compensation will be added as driving credits, which you can utilise for your future booking.                                     Booked a zoomcar, went to pondycherry (On 14 april), lost car key, made a new key after consulting their customer care, returned car with full functionality and after it was fully verified by them, all the charges were dropped.
                                    After 4 days (19 april) got a message from them to pay an amount of 10000. We already paid an amount of 10000 for making the remote key (As asked by them).

                                    I followed up with them and every time they said ok you can make the key, and then you need not pay the charges. I also provided them with the bill as a proof for making the remote key.

                                    My biggest mistake was to tell them that we have lost the key, if i have not informed them, then they would not have even checked twice, and all this nuisance would have not been cheated.

                                    It feels like Zoomcar cheats people and take customer hard earned money.

                                    After verifying the records we found that you have damaged the vehicle key and charged for the same.
                                    As the charges were found to be appropriately levied on your account. Reversal of charges could not be initiated.

                                    Terrible costumer service. One of the most unprofessional and non transparent service providers to deal with. Had hired a Zoomcar (biggest mistake of my life) in December. Wasn't informed about any damage at the time of returning the car. My mistake was that I trusted the zoomcar collection guy to complete the formalities, and left hastily, only to be informed eventually that I jave been charged Rs. 10000 as damage charges. I have since been requesting them number of times to prove the charges to me by providing a bill of the repair done, which they down right refuse to generate. Above that, they send legal notices threatening to take me to court for not paying up. They just take customers for a ride and their team is very rude to talk to. Highly unrecommended.

                                      I had booked a Honda Amaze, but due to unavailability, I was upgraded to Hyundai Creta. On confirming that there won't be any extra charges for upgradation, I agreed to take Creta.

                                      On the first day itself, a stone hit the windshield and created a crack. I have been charged Rs 9200 for this, while the Zoomcar website lists the windshield damage charges as Rs 6000 for Honda Amaze.

                                        Hello zoom car owner ... forced me to take a damaged car .. which I had already paid 7000 for Honda city .. cautioned to customer care about the bumper condition .. still they did not change the car . Forced me to take .. during my travel I faced lot of problem due to the broken bumper .. who is responsible not for this ... who is going to repair this ... customer service one of the worst ... delivery location is pretty scary for a family to take deliver .. hello owner kindly rectify this problem

                                        I have booked my car, but I'm not able to see my booking in my mobile app. Will I get my proper booking details before the date of booking?
                                        Its been 15 days since my booking for zoomcar has ended. The app shows refund amount is credit to citrus wallet but my wallet still shows zero balance. This is quite unprofessional behavior since zoomcar doesn't reply anymore to my queries.
