I have tried to write to zoomin for several times but i did not get any response. I don't understand this unprofessional behavior.     I chosen Amazon pay and the payment is successful but order is not confirmed Message shown that Zoom In App facing some issues. Please refund the amount.

    Couldn't find any customer care numbers in the Zoom in web /app. Though found some numbers as Zoom in customer care they are not working.

    I have already complained through zoomin helpdesk still not a single mail not a call got from them.

    Payment done on 10th of june and complain registered also their help desk.

      I have placed an order# zin1-efjwtjyg for a "photo book of 6x6 - 20 pages" to zoomin on may 18 2018, and paid total amount of rs 174.64 through pay tm.
      It was supposed to be delivered between may 24 and 26. Unfortunately, when it was not delivered in said time, i checked the status on their portal on my login and found that the order is cancelled due to payment is not cleared. Please note, before cancelling they did not contact me saying any problem.
      Then i contacted pay tm and they have confirmed that payment of amount inr 174.64 against this order has been successfully transferred to the merchant's account on may 18. The reference number for successful payment is citin[protected] and merchant's paytm account is linked to the bank.
      Afterwords i tried to contact zoomin customer support over phones, emails, help desks. Phone numbers, help desk link are not working and email to customer support ([protected]@zoomin.com) generated an auto responder only but after words no response at all.
      I have send them more than 4 follow up emails in same mail chain asking my money back but no response.

      So, at this moment i have lost my money and lost my faith on zoomin. Please take necessary action so that i can get my money back and they should get penalized for such negligence and i think it is an economic crime that after receiving money they do not deliver said service.

      It is now 2 months over I have raised my concern in this online consumer complaints platform. Till now nobody from Zoomin contacted me. Looks like this complaint portal is useless and have no power to compel Zoomin to get touch with me to settle down the issue.

      Zoomin cheated me and may be some lot of other people similar way but complaint forum can't take any necessary action!

        I have placed my order on 31st may 2018 by zoomin app and payment has been done of rs626.58 by boi bank account, payment has been deducted from my bank account but i did not get my order id. I have ordered two products from your zooming app. This is very unprofessional behaviour. You are cheating your customers. Look after this matter as soon as possible. Refund my money or deliver my both products as soon as possible.

          I tried to order a photo book on 25th may 2018. I did payment of inr 409.60 twice once through amazon pay and other time through paytm. Both time money deducted but order not placed. I tried contacting zoomin helpdesk several times no response. There is no contact number of zoomin site where i can contact them. This behaviour is unprofessional and i need my refund. Please do so as soon as possible.

          I have paid through my debit card and the amount has been deducted 234 RS. But the order hasn't been placed.. it showed some error.. I have paid through pay TM option, but I haven't logged in to Paytm ... Please return my money as soon as possible..

            It is found that the time schedule given to the customer at the time of placing order is not maintaining. Neither your Customer care nor the courier company (Delhivery.com) is responding on the several calls from the customer. Please look into the matter. Previously it was maintaining but nowadays the courier company is became careless. You should find out an alternative.

                I'm not able to end trip as the lock was not working. I am already charged rs 15 even though I used cycle for less than half an hour. This is shear exploitation of the customers. My booking details are as follows:
                Cycle number: 102944
                Booking time :around 6:45 pm
                Ride time: approximately 20 minutes.

                Please resolve the issue ASAP and initiate the refund.

                  This is regarding to the complaint ID : 777394.

                  We have booked zoom car – TS07 UF 3977(Booking ID : JPS21119) for almost 3 and half days.

                  While taking the vehicle from pick up zone, we found that the car is partially damaged and the tyres are also worn out badly.
                  We clearly mentioned those issues in the check list before taking the car. Also we have images of the car damages before we have taken the car from pickup location.

                  After we drove the vehicle for some time, one of the tyre(front right side tyre which was worn out already) got burst on highway. We changed it with the spare tyre.

                  During the same day, we found that the other front tyre also being worn out and stopped the car to avoid any additional damage to the tyre. We were stranded in a remote area during night time where there was no mechanic or any source of help. The only option which was left with us was to purchase a new tyre and proceed .We spoke with the Customer care team to get the approval to buy a new tyre and get it replaced with worn out tyre, and after lot of discussion they agreed to reimburse the amount(We also sent the images of the both tyres to one of the customer care executive upon his request).

                  We almost lost 3 hours because we are in a remote area and due to lack of immediate support from customer care team.

                  The next day when we took the car to mechanic, he found that the tyre is being worn out due to improper wheel alignment which we informed to the customer care team.
                  Since it was a remote area, there was no proper equipment to do the wheel alignment, we had to take the car to nearby town and get it serviced.

                  The mechanic found that there were many unseen damages related to the car wheel alignment. We informed to customer care team and they agreed to reimburse the amount borne by us for the service.

                  Due to all these incidents :

                  1. We were almost stranded in a remote area for a lot of time with no proper assistance from customer care.
                  2. We almost met with an accident due to improper vehicle provided where we have controlled with our experience driving.
                  3. We lost the entire plan for the trip and lost a day for getting the vehicle repaired.
                  4. Even after informing each and every detail to the customer care prior to the service and providing all necessary proofs of the damages, the customer care team took lot of time for appropriate action.
                  5. Every time a new customer care executive picks up our call and says they need 24-48 hours to look into our issue and get back to us related to our reimbursement.
                  6. Instead of providing better assistance from the Zoom car team we were charged additional amount of Rs. 10000/- for the damages(which were not made by us and already present before taking the car – which was also mentioned in the check list by us).
                  7. One of the Customer care executive also informed that Zoom car team has charged 10000 rupees for previous customer who has taken that vehicle.
                  a. This shows that Zoom car team has charging multiple customers for the same damages.
                  b. Instead of repairing the vehicle, Customers are being charged with no reasons.
                  c. This also shows that Zoom cars are providing cars which are in bad condition and which has no safety.
                  8. We have raised a backend investigation complaint regarding the inappropriate damage fee charged to us and the team is taking lot of time to resolve the issue even after providing all the necessary proofs from our side.
                  9. Without proper communication from the Zoom car service team, we were asked to pay additional amount and also a legal notice was sent to us.

                  Instead of providing quick service and providing compensation due to our loss of time for getting the vehicle repaired during our trip, we were charged unnecessarily.

                  Note: Being us a group of youngsters we had faced this problem and luckily we could overcome this. BUT Assume that, If the same car was taken by a family, with this least assistance from ZOOM Support team, and that too stranded in remote area where there was no light and any means of transport will definitely put their lives in jeopardy.

                  This is a critical issue which needs to be addressed quickly. At one instance, we felt like we have taken the car to do servicing which your service team has failed to do. We need the damage penalty to be waived off which was charged upon us improperly and also need compensation for the loss of our time, peace of mind, loss of trip plan, time taken for us to repair the car and to follow up daily with the customer care team.

                    I have ordered 2 albums and was checking my order status regularly.. When reached my city i didn't get any call or notification and my order didn't reached the given address..                       I had placed an order with zoomin today on 19March. I payed through citibank credit card. My amount was deducted from my account by I did not get any order confirmation neither on phone nor on email. Please contact me on [protected].

                      Please refund the payment and cancel the order. I am not willing to do further transaction with zoomin.

                        Hi,

                        I have placed an order with zoomin on 2 dec 2017 with order no zini-rpy1srty of around 68 6*8 and 39 8*10 photos with order costing 3044 rs. Almost half of prints are like where head is missing or important part of photos is cut. I made a written complaint which they responded as "sorry for relay of photos" to my surprise they didn't even check for what i have raised a complaint. Now even follow-up they are not responding.

                          Order number zmp1-hu6lywdm placed on jan 2 and delivered on jan 6.
                          Extremely poor quality photo album. Details below:
                          1) one picture is cut and has half blank in it.
                          2) quality of pictures not proper. Most of them are hazy.

                          Raised complaint #634972 with zoomin india helpdesk on jan 6 but received no response till jan 15.
                          Sent out multiple reminders to them but did not get any response.
                          Raised another complaint #636015 on jan 12 as follow-up to previous complaint but still no response.

                          Please help me in getting a full refund for this product since these pictures are of no use to us due to their poor quality.

                            Out of this i have received only one set of 37 photos. Remaining photos are not received but its trackingid's (Fedex[protected] status is delivered.
                            Not sure what has happened. I have made payment for 37+37 photo copies and 1 calender.

                            Please give the update on status of delivery on this shipment.

                                  My order no. Is zin1-nguegnen and my order is still not delivered. Its been more than 10 days from the day of order and i am not getting any update from customer care. The person birthday is gone now just because it was not timely delivered. Kindly refund the amount or atleast give me the status.

                                    I order 8×8 metal print but i received 6×6 plus the photo is cropped for which i paid 560/- of amount. Highly disappointed with the team n the company i wanted the original product to be replaced with the defected order asap. This is the second time happening earlier i was promised that this is not repeat in future but company does not value it's customer who invest there hard earn money in there company.

                                      I have ordered two products with you on 18th november. The estimated delivery date was 27 nov.

                                      I see the product which was to be delivered via courier service, is been cancelled, with out my notice, i have already raised a request via mail and feed back.

                                      I have still not received the product from you. Kindly request you to look in to the matters and process the same as early as possible.
