Hi,
I'm unable to contact zoom car and my refund is stuck since 3 month's.
They have designed customer support in such a way that only accident can be reported.
I have been dropped several emails and didn't get any response.

    I did not want to activate my zoom account but it was done. Kinldy refund my money for thsi month

      Dear sir,

      I ended my zap subscription for Renault kwid KA03 AH 6236 on September 30th 2020 Till now ( 12/october/2020) they did not do the final settlement and or at least my caution deposit amount, i'm getting those template emails for all my queries. saying they will process it at earliest, moreover they said their TAT is 5-7 days from the date of handover.

      From the toll-free number also they removed the option to talk to a support representative. So i cannot escalate this issue to a higher level also.

      Kindly do the needful.

          Zoomcar is NOT returning any money (even their website shows refund) after 8 weeks on cancellation.

          Booking ID: JPS6N0A11 (Cancelled on Aug 14th, 2020) - still amount Rs 3847 is NOT refunded till date

            I have ordered hardcover premium glossy photobook 5.5'- 32 pages designer cover bearing order no zo-0362c406c5 on the 15th of aug 2020 at 11:35 pm with express option of delivery and also for that they have charged me rs. 129.00 + 71.82 (Tax) additionally by giving an assured timeline to reach within 3 to 6 days, but it was already 19 days expired, and still i have not received my shipment. They have dispatched the order through e com express on 18th aug 2020 and on 25th aug 2020 they have updated that order undelivered due to address pin code mismatch but in actual there no delivery attempt was made by the delivery person. After that, i have contacted through e-mail (As there have not any customer care no) several times with zoom in and also with e com express to get delivered because it was important for me to get delivered within the stipulated time (That is the only reason i have paid additional charges and go with express delivery) because it was for gifting purpose to someone on his/her special day but unfortunately it was not done.

            I had filled a complaint regarding the above matter through consumer complaints on 04-sep-2020 and after that, i had received a call from customer care on 06-sep-2020. They want to know about my issues, in reply to their question i had shared my problems and overview to them. After getting reply they want to apologize, but in the space of apologizing, they are talking rudely and ask to me that they can refund the amount but can not deliver my shipment and due to their rude behaviour i had asked that i want my shipment don't get a refund but they do not agree to send my shipment again.in the meantime, while i was informed that i would file complaint against them to consumer complaint they asked don't high speech and also have threatened me that "you can go anywhere and can do anything but you will neither receive your shipment nor your refund".
            Now i want full refund of money with penalty and also wants to get my shipment as early as possible.

                I had placed order with your app on the 28th, vide order number (mentioned in image below) during ordering the app suggested me to take fast express delivery by charging me extra so that I can have my order delivered asap, since then I’ve tried to check up with the postal services who claim that package hasn’t yet been picked up from ZoomIn. Further your customer services is absolutely pathetic, reply time is almost 24hrs and email is the only way to reach you, it’s your job to check in with the postal services to track package and ensure it’s timely delivery instead in one of your reply mails you are asking me to follow up, it’s not my obligation I’ve taken your services to get my goods delivered to me within the prescribed time and for which you have charged me extra! Look into this, and get back to me ASAP.

                  I ordered it on 17/08/2020 but it is not received yet. I have paid money for it also. I m trying to contact zoomin but noresponse from them... I mailed but no response from their side... Please help me for my order... I am attaching the screenshot of my order and please find my order.

                    I made car booking on zoomcar on 31 may 20, booking id is jps6nyota. Same day i cancelled it, apart from this i made three booking too, booking ids are jps6ny79v, jps6nyuf4 and jps6nygl4. I cancelled all except jps6nygl4 which was completed on 06 jun 20. Including all refunds my amount is 15731 rupees. Now it is almost three months passed but i have not received any refund for any booking. I paid from credit card for that now i am paying interest. This is my last try after this i will register an fir against zoomcar.

                      Courier boy does not attempt for delivery, and in tracking option status shows delivery failed. And now status shows that parcel returned.

                        Hi team,
                        I have been trying to connect to zoomcar customer care to resolve my issue but its impossible to connect to their customer care over the phone.
                        I have posted my concern on zoomcar facebook page but again no help. (Snapshot attached below)
                        I talked to zoomcar customer care executive over the call on 18th june 2020 and i was informed it will be done in 2 weeks but again no response and i haven't been able to connect with them on call since then. (Snapshot of number from which the executive called me is attached below).
                        I even wrote them email on the [protected]@zoomcar.com but the reply i received on this email was "please contact us from the"contact us"section from our website". (Snap shot of email as well as your reply attached below.)
                        I visited zoomcar website to connect with them on the website page and raised a complaint for security refund and i was told i will be contacted in 24 hours but again no response. (Snapshot of your "contact us" page is attached below.)

                        I am writing this email to let you know that my security refund of rs5000 is due for more than 2 months now despite multiple reminders.

                          I booked a car for date 22 June and another car for 28 june. The booking for 22 June was modified by zoomcar itself and the pickup location was changed from mira road, Thane to T2 Airport, Andheri and I was promised that two way cab refund would be provided and also I had attached a bill of 500 rupees for fuel which was also to be refunded to me.Zoomcar promises to refund the amount within 15 days it's been more than a month my I haven't received the refund yet and even after calling their customer service they haven't initiated the refund.

                            Without reaching me or contacting me, now the status shows "returned"..

                            Who has set the status to return?

                            When i select reorder, it is asking me to pay again?

                              I am a associate of tata tiago car number is ap31tp1578 i have subscribed a year ago before i subscribed the car company told me that u can terminate when ever u want and they even told if the car crosses 100000 kms we will change the car they told me but they did nor change. Before lockdown i. E 23 march 2020 my car went on a trip of 1600kms car was returned and the car was not in driveble conduction car brake oil is empty and many problems they blocked the car for maintenance and they unblocked the car now they charged me 10980 rupees and took my car without any information i the begining they took 1 month subscription fee and security deposite of total 26000 now as they terminated the car i asked atleast my security deposite of 15000 they are not paying me my mloney and speaking rude with me please do justice to me

                                  Keeping so many maild and messages no proper response, no proper phone number, i have every mails in my mail box. What they promised and what they gave committment

                                    Hi, i have 2 booking from zoomcar jps6n12ut, jps6n1f0o.
                                    It’s been almost a month from 18th may 2020. I still haven’t received a refund of security deposit of both the booking
                                    Rs 3659, rs 2999 respectively. I tried calling the customer care and following up regularly and on their twitter handle but they would only give false statements to have patience and wait until lockdown and after lockdown now their excuse are to wait 2 to 3 weeks. This company has turned out to be a big lie and a fraud. This is not only with my case, and so many people are waiting for their refund since march. This has to be registered as a fir and investigated further by officials.

                                        Greetings of the day..!

                                        I made a booking on 14/03/20, unfortunately trip was cancelled so i cancelled the booking. At the time of booking i used 762 zoomcar credits after cancellation i got the message it will refunded as back to source means iy should be in the form of credits, for your information attached the screenshot but when i call to customer care and inquire about the credits they told me as a in the form of money they sent. I want my 762 credits not in the form of money.

                                        Please do the need full.
