Ordered on 24th dec. 2018 for photo book and paid in advance but till the date not receive my order. Photo book reaches patna on 31st dec. 2018 but courier company not bothered to deliver it, for the same complained many times but now zoomin also not bothering to resolve my problem.
Seeing all this thing i can say this is a cheater company who get mony from customer but not delivering their product
ZoomIn India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I did not received the photo frame i ordered please check it as soon as possible my order id is zi[protected] please notify me the details

    I wanted to order a flip book from Zoomin website and the cost was around Rs 599. I was doing payment using Paytm UPI Ref no[protected]. Payment was successful but it is showing Payment failure and order in the cart. Please refund back the amount or process the delivery at an earliest.

      I ordered it on 20/12/2018 but it is not received yet . i have paid money for it also. i m trying to contact zoomin but no contact no. is given... i mailed but no response from their side... please help me for my order... i am attaching the screenshot of my order and please find my order.

      I uploaded 33 photos on 26 dec 2018 only 30 got uploaded the remaining 3 didn't get uploaded as its saying those photos aren't there in my device though they are present in the device.

        I have bought zoomin family photo book 6×6" 32 photos. And uploaded from zoomin app. I received product in 7 days via delhivery courier. When i received it i found that zoomin sent me wrong product. Don't know how?

        Order cost worth 329+69 (Shipping)
        No costumer care service.
        I usually believe in online shopping but this time really not happy with zoomins services
        Its technical fault or fault from zoomin side. Please costumer care help me.

          I have placed my order on 18/12/2018 by zoomin website and payment has been done of rs 658.43 through paytm app, payment has been deducted from my wallet but the order was not placed and showing "Payment pensing". This is very unprofessional behaviour. You are cheating your customers. Look after this matter as soon as possible. Refund my money or deliver my products as soon as possible.

            I placed an order before 8 days i. E on 11/12/2018. My payment was already done i. E of 399 rs... Probable date of delivery was 17th dec... Now as i am checking my order placement tracker... The message showing that no any date is available for the given order... Such a bad service is this. And really bad behaviour... Please try to resolve this issue... Either deliver this order within time.. Or refund my amount in my source account..

              Dear zoom in,

              I want to deliver my product to egypt, but unfortunately i didn't find any option regarding it as i can only see india, uk, canada and some more countries. Please tell me how can i deliver my items to egypt. Last time i was able to send it world wide and now i can only see limited option of countries. Can zoomin suggest me about this matter.

                This is the first time I have placed an order in Zoomin and had a bad experience. Order number ZO-92A0774EC9 where the amount is deducted from my bank but the order status is still showing pending in the app.

                  On 07 oct 2018, i made online transaction to zoomin website, the money was deducted but i didn't recieve any order id or any kind of information from zoomin. I confirmed it from my bank that the payment had been done and successfully received at zoomin. It's more than a month and i am still waiting for my money back.

Then i have paid again using paytm for the order.This is very unprofessional behaviour. You are cheating your customers. Look after this matter as soon as possible. Refund my money for 1st transaction and deliver my product also as soon as possible as i have made payment twice.

                        I want my refund on my account pls... Spoke to someone and he was saying to download team viewer app and also was asking for cvv no. I did dat n dey are disconnecting the call... Abusing in call I want my money or the album back pls. I had called to ask about my delivery.. but my order is cancelled they say... And also...                           When i ordering 6"by6" photobook, i choose freecharge wallet to pay amount of 186.44rs. Payment was successfully done and deducted amount but website still showing pay amount for place order. Then i payment again the amount of 186.44 rs and order placed. Please refund my 1st time payment of 186.44rs.

                            Sir I contact to delivery boy 20-30 times but he not responding properly what is my fault why they are not responding . My order should be delivered or my money should be return to me.i have contact them but all not reply. They all reply that they are on leave so we don't know what should be done

                                    My order was cancelled by the delivery boy.
                                    He didn't even visited my place and he cancelled the order. The only reason was that i didn't pickup the call. I denied to cancelled the order still he did it. He talked to me in a very harsh tone. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable. Pls consider. I hope i'll receive my order by tomorrow or so

                                    On the website they mentioned that you will get 100% cashback if you pay by paytm upto Rs.100 but I paid Rs.80 and I didn't got cashback and now I'm unable to cancel the order and these people don't even have a customer care number

                                      I ordered 2 mugs from zoomin app on 20/08/2018
                                      I did payment from phonepe account
                                      Payment was successfull but order was not confirmed
                                      I have no history in my order section also

                                        I had ordered few products on zoomin. They only send me few products and the others were not send to me. After i raised a complaint they send me a coupon for 1 part of the order that was left undelivered, saying that the image resolution was not correct and they will resend me after i order again with the free coupon, which i did and received that product. But the rest of the products 8 out of 20, are still undelivered, and they are not responding to my complaints either.
