Paced a order zin1-72ddmutj on sept 11th 2017 of classic frame 5*7, which was suppose to be delivered by sept 20th. I had done online payment of the complete amount.
There is no response from zoomin on the product delivery. Worse they dont even have a proper customer care who responds to issues. The is abo[censored]e silence from them. Only way we can contact them is through email, they do not have a helpline number.

I feel they are in to fraud business, which they take payment and do not deliver the product

Paid 999 for listing, have not received any call, no way to reach through customer care no. provided in website.
Revert my money.
My order id is ZIN1-L7DQJ9XC and it is not yet delivered to me. In fact there is no tracking details, no help line numbers. Very bad service. This is the first and last time i am ordering from this website.
Order is pending for more than estimated time and no proper reply from their side .while complaining only get automatic mails.no initiative from company side.when i try to cancel the order no reply is made by company

    I placed an order almost a week ago. I first received an auto generated response stating it will be desptached as per schedule. Then i received an email from zoomin saying have a system issue, because of which they will ship the order with a delay of 2 days. It has been 4 days now, but there is no status update from them. There is no reply from them on my service requests, and there is no customer care number for me to call on and check. It was a personalised gift which i had ordered for my wife's bday, and this delay has spoiled the whole surprise. What is more shocking is the total lack of responsibility from the zoomin team to respond to my requests.
    ZoomIn India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Looks like Zoomin.com is a cheat, so many pple have not rcvd their order and its the same with me i have placed an order on 31st August 2017 have not received it yet, and all the phone no's mentioned here are false .they either do not exist or wrong .they do not have any help line no where do we contact them.
    Today I make a payment of 304 rupees amount is deduced and in my statement itis showing zoomin but my order is not confirmed...please solve my complaint

      I ordered a product that is a collage print. The order id is - zin1-v63owxbi. The print is got is fine but it was packed in a brown cardboad type of material. And inside was also a hard carboard. The particles of that brown board has been stick to the photo print for which the photo is not clear. Even i tried to rub with hands and cloth, but it is not going. I wanted to fram the photo but i cant because of that particles. What to do. Please help me.

        Hello, i registered a complaint with you guys regarding non-delivery of my order zin1-6xni2udq which i placed almost 10 days ago. But there's been no response from your end and it's been more than 24 hours since my complaint. This is very irresponsible of you guys. I'm a regular customer but this is the first time i'm facing this issue. This is very disappointing! The photo book was supposed to be a wedding gift and the wedding is tomorrow. You're over your estimated delivery date and the order is still under processing. Kindly update!

        My money got deducted from Paytm.
        But zoomin app shows that the order is not placed.
        It has been more than 24 hours.
        No reply from anywhere.
        I had placed the order but in application it's showing the products in cart but amount had been deducted from my account but at application its still showing products in the cart and showing that order is not placed yet. Is this application fraud or what?
        I have given full photo.. But head have cut

          I did not hear anything back from this company till now. I am so worried about my order since i am leaving the city very soon. Also I am not sure how they can mark my complain marked as resolved though i was not even been contacted by anyone .

          I ordered 2 flip books (order no. ZIN1-F92ZDQHT) on Sept. 5, 2017 which is scheduled to be delivered on Sept. 14, 2017. Out of surprise, the order itself is canceled without any notice.
          I have ordered a magnet for my friends B-Day and arriving time was 23rd. Today is 24 I have not received my order. Tomorrow is my friends bday and no-one is picking up in customer care. So what to do next
          In all photos.. Head have cut.. I have given full photo... Y.. Solve the problem through giving the good product

                My order was in transit since 14th august via fedex. Today when i tracked my order progress it displayed that it has been delivered already. Although i have not received any order from the respective delivery partners and the website. It was needed on urgent basis. Kindly resolve this on priority basis as it has to be presented to someone on their birthday. The urgency of the delivery is understood by the fact that i have been tracking it since the day it got shipped from origin city. Kindly help me in this.

I am unable to track my package. There is no security followed, customers confidential pictures delivered to any place. Plese help me locate my order or file action against this.

                  I would like to inform you that i am getting a call from you people which i ddn't pay personal loan for past 7 months due to my personal issues and i am not able to pay as of now due to some personal issues as i said i will pay with in 2 months i am planning to pay accordingly 10k per month but i am getting torch er from you are concern team which is they as torcherring my parents. They are unable to now i am so pissed up as of now i am dropping a mail and using very bad professional language language which is not able to tell that particular words if you really understand the concern call back to me which is my number [protected].                     My order number : zmp1-cmwediv7 was placed on 9th july and its showing status as shipped on 11th july. But i have still not received my product.
                    This is the 3rd time i am complaining for the same product for not getting the delivery.
                    Before this, i have received all my product deliveries on time. But this time its different. The purpose of ordering the product will not get solved.

                    Please try to deliver it asap or get my money refunded asap.

                    I have ordered a photobook of 32 pages on 25th July. On company site it is written that it takes only 2-3 business days to process a photobook. But 8days are already over till now but the photobook status is showing "Processing". Then when it will be shipped???? All customer care numbers of Zoomin are not existing.

                      1.I have booked a 16"*16", "mounted"type canvas on 21st May'17 by online payment of 1588.94 through IDBI bank.That was a debit card pay.after booking i got the expected delivery of the cavas frame is 30th May'17.I have checked twice or thrice in between that period (21st-30th May) for delivery update.it was showing only "processing".in last 2 orders i have received the items in 2 to 3 days just after booking. But this time it's completely delay.The expected delivery date gone.i.e 30th May.Its 2nd June.Till now i have not received my delivery.
                      2.Your web site have not the exact working toll free no. on which i can talk my problem to your agents.all no's are fake.I have tried for both Maharastra & kolkata branch.Its really harassing .Give the exact no if available.

                        I am trying to get in touch with zoomin help desk regarding an order placed by me. The numbers available on the net are all false. for eg. the number [protected] belongs to another website. Similarly the toll free number [protected] is also non existent.

                        The company site says that there is no option to cancel or modify an order.

                        This amounts to cheating the customer.

                        A very untrustworthy organisation.

                          I have ordered a 6*6 calendar and did ONLINE payment also on 14 Dec, I was connected to 3-G network but I was facing issues in uploading of photos. I raised this concern with Zoom in support team on 16 Dec and cancelled my order on 17 Dec.
                          But it is still showing pending and still uploading the photos.
                          Please help me in cancellation of this order and getting my refund.

                            I have raised inquiry for bulk order but there is no response from Zoomin and this is not the first time it is happening.
                            Earlier also I tries contacting them as we have requirement for our corporate gathering and also wanted to share it with our clients but that time also there was no response from zoomin.
                            I guess this guys are least interested in services,

                            I had booked a consignment ZIN1893TR6GA but was collected by Delhivery surface courier on 7th but i have not yet received. They are saying that Zoomin had provided incorrect pin code to them.

                              None of the customer care numbers work.

                              Zoomin creations after completion can't be saved. If the payment fails for some reason, I have to make the entire photobook again from the very start.

                              Offers clearly mentioned and valid can't be applied. Where naturally, I would want to speak to a customer care executive, but none of the numbers provided on other search engines work. I feel bad that such a great product has such pathetic service associated with it.

                              I have created customized photo and trying to add it to cart. Even though I have added photos to all place holders still its saying fill all place holders. So I am not able to add it to cart. Kindly help with this.
                              I made a photo book from your site, sir my complaint is that pictures which i selected are not there . Some random pictures wich I did not even selected are on my photo book and i also purchased a letter for 75 which was not there please solve my problem it was very costly and i'm just a student .

                                  I have received the order, but i haven't received the gift wrap for which i have paid 70rs extra.
                                  That was a birthday wish.

                                  I request you to please deliver the gift wrap too.

                                  Also the pages are not properly attached in the photobook.

                                  Request you to provide a new one or replace the received book with proper photobook with all the pages properly attached.

                                    I placed a photobook order on 3rd oct and in the tracking status it shows that it has been delivered on the given address on 6th oct via fedex. Now, the receiver has not received the shipment yet. It was his birthday yesterday and i have been following up with fedex for weeks now. But all i get is that they are investigating it which is not the solution to my problem. Yesterday they tell me to contact you! So here i am! This is not the way any order should be handled! Really disappointed!

                                      My order id is ZMP1-1MXCOFYY. I had ordered it on 1st of september 2016, but even after 10 days i dont have an update on the status of the prints. I dont understand why it is taking so long to deliver 30 prints!
                                      I wanted the prints on priority by tomorrow but they fail to deliver it. Their website says that they process the order within 2-3 business days but its the 10th day today and there is still no update from them!
                                      Pathetic service i must say!
                                      ZoomIn India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I ordered a product from zoom in on 28th august. Order id for the same is zin1-vygbtf5z. When i tried to check the tracking details updated with it (Delhivery-surface - s[protected] i could see according to tracking details order has been delieverd to mumbai on 31st aug. Address i provided with the order is from gurgaon (Haryana). When i approached to courier company and the customer who received the consignment i found that he received the correct product which he ordered.

                                        Which means that the tracking information updated to my product is wrong. Could you please let me know the status of my order. It is really urgent for me and i need the product by 9th sept. Could you please check and let me know the status of my order id.

                                        I have not received the product yet could you please help me regarding the issue.
