I had placed an order at zoomin [zin1-2i3edmcw is my order id]. It shows payment pending although my transaction through paytm was successful as i have already enquired the paytm office. I have been trying to contact zoomin since last two days but no reply on their part. I hope they cancel my order and refund the amount asap. They have the worst customer service ever as they don't reply to emails. The phone number they have provided doesnot exist. It is just unbelievable.

    I have placed order on 1/5/2019 by zoomin website and payment has been done of rs 245.43 through paytm app, payment has been deducted from my wallet but the order was not placed and showing "the transaction failed". Look after this matter as soon as possible. Refund my money or deliver my products as soon as possible.

      I have order a albjm before a month and I didn't get my order till now so its request to cancel my order and retrun my money and my order deliver on some other place as I check it via tracking I'd and that address is not mine.
      How can you deliver my photo album to address so please be inititaitve for this other wise i"ll go to police and i think that was only the solution and secondly your company didn't mentioned any customer care number so please mention it also so that we can talk to you directly

        I was charged 10000 for accident and also late fee. During accidents they dont charge late fees late fee was around 3000 rs. The damages were very minor which can be repaired under 1000rs. If they even go and replace the whole damaged parts to new ones, it will only cost maximum of 6000. As told by the zoomcar representative, the excess amount i paid should be refunded by last week. I have called them more than 10 times regarding this.. And they are always giving me false promises. Booking id is jps6ft7gd

            Last month on 7 or 8th Jan i placed one order for square prints of my photos having order I'D as ZMP1-NQDSDLDP and shipment id was[protected]. It was a prepaid order... My order package for shipped on 14 th Jan.. . Fedex courier service is the worst service provider in Bangalore.. having no proper branches and executivesexecutive all illiterate as far as I know.. My one package got delivered with different order I'd.. this one even after lot of requests they didn't provide delivery and returned back to shipper... mean time I was complaining zoom in help desk any the situation... they didn't even called me.. only i received two messages from zoom in every time I put complaint... 1st one saying complaint registered and the 2nd one after 2 days saying issue solved!!! They didn't care to help me.. now my parcel is lying there in there branch.. for reshipment I'm requesting them a lot but all in vain...@!! There executive didn't even share there call support number... this has disturb me a lot... now I thought they ll not reshireship that parcel unless i place some new order... I placed one new order now... but they r not reshiping my old package... I don't be the soft copy of those photos otherwise i would not be place order again with them... pls help to bring this issue to responsible person of zoom in.. . I'm Fed up of their behaviour now !!@

              I tried several customer care number none of the available numbers is working,

                Such a fake company he is making money by cheating people. If this is not stopped i will take it in media as i have each and every record

                    I had a zoomin coupon code of 329RS which i got as am a flipkart plus member.
                    i selected 32 pics and ordered... n paid 93 rs from paytm...
                    now one of those pics is deleted from my phone and pics r not uploading from 4 days.

                    I want my 93 rs and coupon code back...

But i didn't get any confirmation over sms or mail for placing order, and now i can't even track it. There's no contact details where i can contact even, zoomin is not responding to my mails also. Such a fake app. I want the product or my money back. This is the way people are getting cheated by these companies. Please help.

                        I had ordered a photobook from zoomin as i had a coupon from flipkart. I paid around 100 bucks extra and placed the order. The delivery date was 7th feb 2019, but then it changed to 8th feb, and now i can't even track it. It didn't get delivered till now. There's no contact details where i can contact even, zoomin is not responding to my mails also. Such a fake app. I want the product or my money back. This is the way people are getting cheated by these companies. Please help.

                            Sir i orderd a 6x6 (Inch) photobook on 19 jan on zoomin.com (Online site).
                            But product was not deliver. I already paid the money.
                            Please take a action for such fake wesite like zoomin.com. When ever i message he give a message in which he write for patience, and also give a fake courier fedx in which first off all it show your order is deliver as soon as possible but now it show order is returned

                              Today, I ordered a Photo-book from Zoomin website and the cost was around rs 499 with shipping charges and GST on it. I was doing payment using my amzon pay balance. Payment was successful but it is showing payment failure on Zoomin and my order is in the cart. Please refund back the amount or process the delivery.

                              There is no helpline number or email id.
                              But somehow i got a number to call which was initially busy. So later on i received a call from that number. It was a spam/fraud call asking about my card details and bank details as well as my address and about my family members. When i denied he abused me and i kept the phone.

                              Zoomin is a fraud company...Kindly solve my problem... I want my refund as soon as possible...

I walked 5 km in night 11.50 pm..morning also you should arrange the near by drop pickup but it was not done or no help received.\n\nI need some action on it and why ity happened..\n\nI was booked this service for my patents pick up from airport and unexpected from zoom car... i will go on SOCIAL MEDIA...'AnyHow..what is my benefit ..why i got charged ..i booked FOR 10:30- TO 0430AM BUT FINALLY I GOT THE 2ND CAR BY 11:55 pm ..THAN IT WAS UNLOCKED AND I WORKED TO FIND IT IS GETTING PARKED AT A 10-11 FT STREET, ...ITS NOT FAIT ..IMPROVE ...I WAS VEING HARRASED TOTALLY

                                Zoom car must really feel shameful for this... Answer must be given asap because i'm that much irritated to file a case against you.

                                Forward this copy to your higher authorities to know whats happening here and i am expecting a reply asap...

                                  Booked a car from zoomcar on 3rd december 2018, zoomcar cancelled the ride 12/12/2018 as the license of the driver was of 2 wheeler. Refund was initiated but it has not been transferred since then, contacted zoomcar support their executives asking me to check my bank details however i have got no refund till now.                                   My profile still showing refund to be transferred to my account.

                                  We are sorry as you have not received the refund yet. We did check and we have created the refund through IMPS, the link shall be shared to the registered email ID in 24 business hours.

                                  Request you to login to your Zoomcar account through a desktop and then click on the link. Enter your bank details and the amount will be instantly transferred to your respective account or you can initiate the refund by selecting the option " Get refund" in the application under the respective booking ID.

                                    I ordered one product against one promo code which was given to me by Flipkart. But product didn’t delivered to me, as per courier service my address is not serviceable, if area is not serviceable why they took consignment and why zoomin chose this courier partner only, zoomin charges ₹70 as delivery charges. Its been 1 month product is returned but from zoomin side no action has been taken.
