My Name is HARSHAN.M.V. about 22 days on wards my telephone number is not working several times contact with telephone exchange so far not rectifiy the default. I have to pay the full rent .Kindly do the needful and help me My Phone Number is[protected]....

i have done a recharge on no. [protected] on 2nd june 2014 of amount Rs.70 from faridabad and bsnl site was showing that recharge was successful but it wasnt credited on my balance. i tried many times on 1503 customer care no but it was not connecting to the no. i tried on 1500 and 1502 but no one help me on this matter despite telling them tha i was not able to connect to that 1503 no. I used the BSNL SIM card, they deduct my balance(weekly) unauthorizedly form 2-3 month. Due to this problem, I stoped to recharge my number.I can't afford this balance deduction. Sir, I request you to please solve this problem as soon as possible.I faced this problem on the given no.

Hai Sir, I have Compalint to BSNL but still not getting any response, one tele caller gave one technical person number, i called that guy but that guy told i retired before two months that guy gave another number that person sir i am on leave up to one week i am in marriage fuction sir, that person suddenly cut my call worst response from BSNL....

Hi I'm Nijanthan from Kumbakonam, I'm using BSNL prepaid service since 2years and we have been using BSNL prepaid connection since 2006 in our home so I'm well about the customer care service provided by BSNL. [protected] was given a month ago to the Pilar telephone exchange in Goa.The incoming and out going call facility for this no. is not available. I hav, he e applied landline connection with broadband facility 14 days ago. I have deposited the required amount. But till date telephone has not been installed. When I contacted Mr.D.C.Kumawat, SDOT Vaishali Nagar his reply was negative and attitude was negative. He even decline to listen my problem patiently and instructed me to request lineman for the installation or get refund the amount deposited for connection with BSNL....
