Blackberry Phone complaint

Its cheating in the name of online shopping
In nov 2011 I had purchased a Blackberry Phone for about Rs 10000.00 When the product came it was a very shoddy kind of packing with no original hand free even battery at all.
with in 7-8 days phone was dad i call him lots of time . Later in one of the exchanges the courier package was valued at about Rs 400.

I lodged a complaint once again and the same story was repeated....

NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCT- ADDRESS NOT FOUND,

Dear Sir/Madam,

I ordered a micromax handset.
After so many days my product.( order no.[protected] has been shippped.

But when I tracked the shippment I found the remark as BAD ADDRESS.(NON-DELIVERED) in the AFL COURIER's website.

So, now--- What will be the order status...?

Will it be cancelled?

If so, do it and credit the amount back to my bank account...

Damaged product delivered

Faulty Product Sent

I have bought Blackberry 8900 from www.shopping.indiatimes.com on 16th of November 2010 and they have delivered a product on 19th Nov 2010.

First it was not a sealed product. Later when i opened the box, i found that , it was a faulty product, which was given to me. It had scratches on phone and on Charger (They have given me a used product)

Not giving confirmation of order

I have given order to India Times shopping for Micrmax Q55 Handset of Rs. 5,489/- on 23.06.10. Till the date i have not received any confirmation from india Times Shopping. I have made payment therough my credit card. Till the date it was not dispatched and as per commitment to deliver within 7 days of product. I don't think so it will be done or not. I was attempting on-line shopping on 16.03.10 at 3.15 PM visiting http://shopping.indiatimes.com/index.html for Rs.244 - ORT no[protected] from my Platinum Credit Card no - [protected]

The transaction was unsuccessful, but I received a receipt from ABS Payment Gateway for Rs 34,000/-.

Both the Shopping documents are attached in this mail, This I came to know when I received a call from my credit card...

Refund of the amount

My wife had ordered a product on[protected], but they cancelled it saying they do not have the product.
The amount was paid through Credit Card (Rs 3148/-).
Later when called they said it has been cancelled and provided with a complaint no# 127601 dated[protected] but the call centre representative tells the complaint was logged on[protected] and informed that the amount will be refunded to my account within 24 hrs. But...

Non delivery

We booked order on 15th October 2009 for a mobile, which costs Rs.9000/-. They have given order reference no. as [protected]. We haven't got the mobile till today or the status of the order. We have tried your customer service number for the past 4 days, nobody is attending the calls or it is busy.

They have setup a show piece IVR system where they never pickup your call if you select "inquire order status" but if you select "place an order", someone picks up the call and tells you that you need to call the customer care department for...
