I want to replace my order becouse the sari was damaged so fast return my order plzzz...

I place order today for 4 sarees from [protected]@gmail.com but it doubled the order and showed the bill of 1800/ now I want to cancel as i wanted to order only for 4 but bill shows double amount. Kindly either send me 4 each 1 type or cancle my order...

I wants to return my order due to size issue....

Please return my order no.[protected] and [protected] received at date.30/07/2016 material of red hot designer italian embroidered anarkali lehnga choli is very poor, and the size of red kurti is small. Material is very bad.In your site its not described that what material is and its very inconvenience for us to choose the right thing please return and refund my product....

I had ordered 4 products through your website of following order numbers[protected],[protected],[protected].
I'd also provided proper billing and shipment address, but your delivery boy refused to deliver my ordered products at my address.
I got the mail and sms regarding the refused order when i tracked the orders. I did not refuse that orders but the delivery boy had refused to do so.
Kindly consider this complaint.br...

I am unhappy with the product which i have received from crafts villa and as per their policy one can returned within 7 days but it seems they are delaying in pick up of return products so that they can directly denied by saying "we cannot accept the return request as it is more than 7 days"

I am just pasting the mails which i have already written to them for refund request and return pick up of their 3 products (Details mentioned...

Sir, I had placed an order on 30th July around 3-3.15 pm .I had paid the money through my credit card .But I didn't get any order no. .I waited two days and I am putting this complaint to you .I didn't mention any email id on that day but I had given the phone no. It's [protected]. So please find the problem and try to deliver my order .Before please send me the order number....

It was my 1st purchase from craftsvilla and by looking at the the ethnic section i had ordered initially 2 products, what was received was totally different that i ordered. I ordered it on 2nd july and till date i haven't received the refund payment.
Despite of sending them emails and calling at the customer care i haven't received any update from them.

Request you all not to purchase any item from this site.

Hello sir i want to return my product back as it quality is not good it is bad quality cotton and ethnic product it... I placed order on 26th july 2016. I received confirmation and till today i have not received whether material has been dispatched or not. Customer care no is engaged and they don't even revert on mail with proper response. They share doc id courier name : fedex, tracking number:[protected] where the status is that it is labeled but no latest update. I asked them to cancel the order but no update.

I had placed an order on 19th july for 4 items and have received all 4 items.
The order nos are as follows :

But while doing the transaction there was an internet connection disconnection after making the payment in the bank site while it was being redirected back...

I havent yet recieved my refund. I am loosing my patience and it is going to be a month that craftsvilla are not taking any action to solve my problem. Being their customers i guess our problems should b resolved first. Craftsvilla is seriously the worst online site for shopping and i would not recommend it to anyone now. Customer care response is so poor and since last two days they arent recieving my call as well...

I book my order by mistake so cencel it...

I have ordered a gown, but today i have received my order, i was totally disappointed. As per the order, given. The gown was totally different, ordered for light blue colour, piece was white and details were given totally different cloth and received full net... Piece. I am really angry. About the advertise this people as showing us.. Totally different product as per the order given. As per my this complaint. Iam looking forward that proper...

I spoke to your representative she asked me to send my bank statement. I did same but they did not reply, their customer service is pathetic, never connected. Representatives reireted......
