I have raised a new complain again with service request id [protected] due to trouble faced in eureka forbes aquaguard enhance ro+ purchased on 07-june-2018. Now again i am facing the same trouble which was raised on the equipment on 02-oct-2018. My equipment is choked and making knocking noise and purification process is totally stopped.

There are two complains that i have raised on the call centre by talking to your executive multiple times.
1) replacement of part:
A part needs to be replaced. (Plate below the water tap to keep the bottle)
Raised complains 3 times, but not getting any response. Every time an engineer calls asking 'have you raised a request for servicing of the device?'. On explaining the details nobody calls back.
