I had purchased aquaguard reviva smart with address of c/o sahib singh, b-1/474 deep avenue, tarn taran and during sale i was told to give free service and to change any part required free of cost upto one year, but when i called them to service they deliberately delayed to make the service paid.

It is company of thieves who misguides the customer and salesmen hides the actual facts....

I have purchased AQUAGUARD-REVIVA R.O. on 01/03/2008.company's representative assured good after sale service.Its divisional sales office at 23, Red Cross BHawan, The Mall Road, Ludhiana has been reminded many times for quartrly service/cleaning but in vain.I never recommend to purchase EUREKA FORBES products because they do not bother about customer service/after sale service....

I bought RO system from Eureka Forbes last month...however, it stopped working within one month and inspite of making non stop complaints, the customer care seemed to be least bothered...after a long time the technician came n told us that the membrane needs to be changed...now we are still waiting for the action to be taken but all it leads to is frustration and anger...i would not suggest Aquaguard to anyone because of its pathetic customer...

I wanted to share the bad experience that I am experiencing with Eureka - Aquaguard. We bought this product RO a month ago and now it is stopped working. Registered a complaint and front desk guy said, someone will attend within 24 hours. Now it is almost 48 hours and no one has turned up. Again called today morning the help desk and asked him to send someone urgently to look into the problem. He gave me the area service...

NO WATER ID FLOWING. RED COLOUR DOES NOT TURN GREEN
COMPLAINT LOGDED ON 30-09-08 AND AGAIN ON 04-10-08 TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NO. 39883333.
NO ACTION FOR CORRECTION HAS BEEN INTIMATED AS YET.
I HAVE TO SPEND RS 100 A DAY FOR PURCHASE OF WATER FROM OUTSIDE.
IT GIVES ME THE IMPRESSION THAT THERE IS NO RESPONSIBLE PERSON IN THIS ORGAINISATION TO LOOK AFTER THIS COMPLAINT....

I I have paid Rs.1690/- for AMC of my Aquaguard Classic Water Filter cum Purifier and my Contract Receipt No is AG96B 14074854 for the period[protected] to[protected]

At the time of entering in to the AMC Eureka Forbes had assured that the machine will be serviced, the filter and coal changed every 6 months.

Some person had come to service the waterpurifier bought from your company in Lucknow. Eureka Forbes service person took a 3 year maintenance contract cash payment from me. He was to replace the back cover. Despite repeated requests to the local office of the company ( aperson by the name of Naidu is in-charge) nothing is being done and the operator at the company's end keeps saying the complaint has ben registered and that Mr. Naidu is away. I have been doing AMC from the date of purchase of Aqua guard Royele model filter (For the last 10 Years). The PCB has become defective and was taken by the service engineer of Tezpur branch (Assam) during July 08. No responsible reply is being given by the staff of Tezpur branch and the reply is "PCB not yet recived from Gauhati". I contacted Gauhati office and they said the repaired PCB was dispatched to Tezpur during Aug itself....
