Service Issue

I have purchsed a water purifier from Eureka Forbes in 2006 on my son's name (Master Advait Pillai)& have entered in service contract from 24/9/06 to 23/9/08 by paying Rs. 1640/- through cheque no. 156044 1t 1/10/06. But nobody from company /service agent has reverted to me for service, even after repeated requests & complaints to customer service or service center....

Severe leakage of the equipment since 4 days

Dear sir,
I have complained about the Severe leakage of the equipment our Aqua guard water filter ST 2000 since 4 days and every time on telphone they say they will send the technician and sofar no one from the company has come to repair this.

No response to complaint since 8th May

To whom so ever concerned,

Dear Sir/Mam,
I Vishal Sharma would like to make a complaint against EURO HELPLINE 39883333, I use their Aqua guard model Compact Cartridge since yrs.We are on an annual service contract that we annually renew.

On the 8th of May i called their helpline to complaint that my aqua guard was giving me trouble it keeps going off every few minutes & i cant fill any drinking water...

Not attending to complaint on Aquaguard Model Royal under AMC with Eureka Forbes

Filtration

I recently shifted to new house in Pune outskirts, and to best of my knowledge bought Aqua Gaurd Gold Nova product. Find below the list of problems i faced and still facing.

EUREKA FORBES company has pathetic service.. we had registered a complaint with them saying our aqua-guard is not working properly. i initially called their euro helpline on 16th April. there the lady said she was new and did not know how to register a complaint . then i called their office in koramangala, b'lore. they said they'll send the technician asap. but till date no one has turned up. its become a routine for me to call...

I have an Aquagaurd water purifier bought in 2002 in Delhi. Non Attendance to Complaints

I have a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier-Compact Model which is under AMC with a franchisee of Eureka Forbes in Sriganganagar in Rajasthan. No change in taste of water after purifying

I purchaged Aqua Guard of Eureka Forbes one shop in marathalli . The person came after 1 week to fix the Aqua Guard in my home after so many calls to him, even the shop owner is also not caring about the customer.

AMC-water leaking for four months

At our residence aquaguard water purifier has a leak which was checked by a mechanic from the authorised service dealer in December 2007. This purifier is under AMC for two years from 15 Jan 2007 upto 14 Jan 2009. The component which is needed to be changed is the back flush cap.

Repeated calls and complaints are of no use, they are blatantly shameless and for so many months they have been ignoring our calls.

crystal water purifier nonfunctional
