I purchased a vaccum cleaner from eureka forbes.but after delivery the sales men never turned up...Very poor service......

I have a Aquaguard (iNova) and regularly go for the AMC. On 23rd June'08 the m/c stopped working. Immediately I registered a complaint over telephone (Phone No.[protected] at Jamshepdur (No. complaint number given to me). No action was taken on 23rd. I called up the local office of Aquaguard again on 24th and also called up Yash Enterprise (Phone no.[protected]. I was told that the m/c will be rectified today (24th June'08)....

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers...

We have purchased Aquagaurd, two months back. During installation, it was observed that some of the parts are not received, which was not informed to us by the technician and the installation was done with the existing parts. Latter on, we ourselves have realized this, by watching the same in the neighborhood and called their Vijayawada office branch head and team leader.
