Freecharge is not refunding my rs 594 since 9 nov 2020

Dear sir/mam
I am writing after being so much helpless by freecharge i have followed up since 9november 2020
Matter is I have done transaction of rs 594 to Lpg gas bill and my amount deducted from my bank but on freecharge app showing failed when I complaint at freecharge app they provided me a refund transaction id AXIFRCe880cb63f4b08868dab4d88e122e9
But when I contacted to my bank at every after alternate days they...

Recharged to a wrong number by mistake

I have recharged to a wrong airtel number by mistakly of amount Rs 449 on 15 Dec 2020 through freecharge app, but freecharge is saying the recharge status is successful they can't help on this any more. When I contact Airtel they are not responding properly.
I expect freecharge to coordinate with Airtel on this in reverting the amount to a correct number...

No refund received

On 12/10/2020 I did top-up of Rs.220 to BSNL mobile [protected] using my freecharge account (phone no. [protected]). The money got debited from my SBI bank account but top-up not received. That is actually because validity was over by that time in the BSNL number. But later when I contacted freecharge I can reach only upto automated response system which mentioned that the said amount should enter in my wallet within 7 days. But it did not...

Recieved otp multiple times to debit from SBI card for FreeCharge PU account transaction by this phone no. [protected]. Please block this guy and check ASAP to prevent such frauds...
