payment vanished

I paid rs.300 on tatasky app, through freecharge on[protected], but it was not credited to my tatasky account, though this payment was deducted from my icici credit card?

I complained to tatasky but they told me that due to server crash, payment was not received by them.

Then i complained to freecharge but they just acknowledged but haven't done anything yet.

I tried to lodge a complaint on rbi's...

Have done freecharge for my tneb electricity bill, amount got debited from my bank account but transaction is not happen.

Transaction which i did for tneb electricity payment is not success in free recharge app on 25th feb, but amount got debited from my bank account. Please check this on priority and let me know when it will get credited to my bank account.

fraudsters money debited 9990 rs

There was caĺl fromskme random number and compromised the card details over the pikne along with otp and made only ecommerce registration against freechutil. Please refer the below time and details of transaction.

Your one time password for e-commerce registration/txn is xxxxxx for inr 9990.00 at freechutil which is valid till 12:17. Do not share this with anybody-pnb.

Request you to please get this money refunded...

I have received two messages from accelyst solutions pvt. Ltd.in which the are providing me with otp for a purchase of rs. 51 when i have done no such purchase. Moreover i have never had any dealings with either accelyst or freecharge. It can be clearly seen that this is a case of fraud that is being carried out either with or without the company's knowledge. So, i implore you to please conduct a thorough investigation of this matter....

the payment hence no order placed both of them are not trustworthy and reliable freecharge has no realtime customer service so despite of paying money I didn't get my food what I have paid for shame on you swiggy and freecharge...

bill payment not completed. shows processing status for more than 10 days

I made a bill payment on freecharge on 4th Sept. Its more than 12 days now and order still shows status as processing. I raised a request to customer care but they are not responding properly. They say that order is complete but then why the status is not updated in my freecharge account? I have also not received the cashback promised for the same order as they are not updating status.

My father got a call today, stating the person is from SBI. They need my father's SBI debit card no as the card is blocked. So my father told him the no. Then they said they will unblock it, for that one otp will come in his mobile no. He gave the otp. At the end of it they deducted 450000 Rs. recharged to a wrong number

But that's by mistake. I planned to recharge [protected] (My airtel number). I even tried calling the wrong number but it is switched off. So there's no chance o[censored]sing the pack.

So, kindly please disconnect the services for that number and shift the recharge it to my number....

not refunded payment

I had ordered medicines on medlife and paid rs.1185 through freecharge on july 17th but my transaction had been failed. As per instruction, i didn't receive payment within 10 days in my respective bank so i had contacted to customer's support. They had told me that the payment was refunded. But i still not received my payment in my respective bank....

On 22.07.2019 (at about 10:30 AM) I paid my BSNL land line bill for Rs.813/- thro my credit card through the site www.freecharge.in. Immediately I received the following msg.

non payment of bill which I have successfully transacted

Still the issue has not been fixed. It has been 9 days since the transaction had taken place. Service provider company website is still showing that bill is due to be paid. FreeCharge has verified that the transaction had taken place but it has not been transferred to service provider. Please solve the issue at the earliest. Deadline date for paying the bill is coming near....
