electricity bill actually paid showing unpaid in status

On 12 June 2019, I paid electricity bill through FreeCharge at 10:52 pm.
FreeCharge transaction ID- FCEA[protected].
Freecharge Operator Id is ABFC[protected].

In official website of electricity service provider the status is bill is unpaid and is due to be paid, although I have paid it. On FreeCharge it is coming the bill has been already paid and there seems no due is to be paid.

refund not reflected to my account.

I made a mobile recharge using Freecharge on May 4 2019 from Indian Bank Debit card. But the transaction was cancelled and not yet refunded to my account. I mailed to the Freecharge customer care and they told that the amount has been refunded from their part. I also contacted the Indian Bank customer care but they told that it has not refunded int your account. And I called the Freecharge customer care and they informed that the payment...

wallet reactivation

I have been contacting free charge team to reactivated my wallet. I provided pan copy, my full name which they require to match my name. They are saying it is not matching which is wrong. This has been going since long but still not resolved. I asked them to provide if they need any other documents but the they still not activated. Please look into this and help me....

unreliable service. pathetic customer care

I placed an online food order yesterday and payed via freecharge. An amount of rs. 14.5 was directly deducted from my freecharge account.
Ideally, i should have received an otp and the same had to be verified before the amount was deducted from my wallet.
However, nothing of this sort happened. I wrote to freecharge to report the matter. However, the freecharge support has been pathetic. The first reply confirm the transaction...

wrongly debited amount from account

I never use my icici debit card or icici account transaction on 2nd may 2019 but 389 rs are deducted from my account without acknowledge. I don't know why deducted this money and you don't have any access to deduct money. You are not consider that people are foolish. Please refund it as soon as possible otherwise i will knock the door of consumer court.

money deducted from bank account but not added into the wallet

In yet another instance of failed add money transaction, rs 125 have been deducted from my bank account and not added into the freecharge wallet. There's a large frequency of failed add money transactions due to some technical faults in the payment gateway of freecharge payment solutions. Kindly help me in refunding of the lost money. unreasonably blocked my account and not refunded my wallet balance either

Freecharge had blocked my account twice stating that they had noticed suspicious activity in my account but i didn’t feel that there was anything suspicious since i was using a clone app for my this account besides app for my son’s account.
Freecharge neither called me up but sent a mail that they had refunded my wallet balance to my bank account or card account and when i could not see any refund to my bank they sent the payment...

money debited from bank account but not added into the wallet

I attempted to add rs 530 into my freecharge wallet today (8 april 19) in connection with some bill payment. The money was debited from my bank account but could not be added into the freecharge wallet due to a technical failure in freecharge's payment gateway system. Money is paid online/wallet in order to make things simple and not for incurring losses/ complications. Pl refund my money and there are repeated instances of payment failure...

account blocked unnecessarily stating security problems for karuna

Sir/madam,
There has been a refund of rs 1288 initiated to my bank account on 28/2/19, which is not credited to my bank. I have contacted customer service and they provided me arn number and payment gateway id and told me to contact bank. When i contacted bank they told me that they unable to trace this transaction and asked me for rbi settlement report. Since few days i am mailing freecharge customer support they are not responding...

not able to transfer refund to bank

This is Rizwan here.

I have made a payment through freecharge(from debit card) to 1 mg for my order. Later on I cancelled my order. The refund was directly credited to my freecharge account and not in my bank account.

I spoke to Mr Matin on Freecharge CUSTOMER CARE and asked to refund my balance to my bank account. Then they said it is not transferable to bank, you have to use on freecharge!!!br...

freecharge payment technologies / freecharge.in wallet amount transferred without my knowledge

On 14th feb-2019 morning around 3.00 am an amount if rs 2000 and rs 500 from my freecharge wallet has got transferred to komparify.com in 2 transactions. Otp for transaction was also there in my inbox and moblie. I have not made transaction. What security is this from freecharge. It can only happen with their knowledge or from did by there employee... I lost rs 2500.
After giving multiple complaint did not get any positive response...

not refunded my money

I made payment of rs. 692 to myntra from freecharge on 21/01/2019 and after the return of product from myntra, freecharge initiate the return of same amount on 26/01/2019 but amount is not received on my bank account. My bank says there is no pending transaction from there side. Please process this refund asap, if it will not solve in a week i will take this complaint to higher authorities....
