Unfair and unethical practice

Fraud by MTS

We bought a postpaid wi-fi connection of MTS on 16/02/2015 and got the data card. > > MDN Number : [protected] But our experience with the postpaid connection was horrible. Non-refund of balance data

Then It was deposited to LAVA Cust Care on 03 Apr 14 for its rectification and replacement, it was replaced and provided to me on 24 Apr 15. Complaint against fraud by MTS

I used MTS wifi postpaid data card for 2 months - january and february. i was using MTS wifi prepaid data card before this, wwhich was working really well. Change of data plan without my consent

unnecessary deduction of balance

Fraud Company with misinterpreted marketing advertisements to fool consumers.

Data Card not working bill generated

Harassment by customer service
