I had applied for travel on ixigo irtc, but two attempts to book train ticket failed. Ixigo said it will take 7 days for refund. It is saying now that it had made refund. But refund is not reflected in my account....

And on 18.11.2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn;t get the money. I had ordered two products on amazon worth Rs 259 and Rs 589.order id is 40681149315473115259389 on 1st feb 2021. I had done the payment through UPI. On 5th feb 2021 i had cancelled the both items.. I contact to amazon, they had provided me RRN, i.e; 30005110321032232525174. It has been 19 days i still did not get any refund amount.

Amazon processed the refund on 28th January 2021 to my bank but I didn't receive my refund yet. So I made a complaint to the Punjab national bank's customer care but I didn't receive any response.
