I have purchased two nos. Racold make water heaters in Dec'10.
As per the Guarantee card, the water heaters are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase against electrical breakdown or mechanical failure caused through defective material snd workmanship.
Since 1st.Oct'11, one of the water heater's electrical system started malfunctioning. When the water heater is switched on the power is tripping.br...

This is to bring to every body's notice that my leaking Racold Electric Geyser (Pronto - 3 Litre) which is under warranty was taken to the service centre for change of internal tank... and it is almost 29 days without any communication from their side....no update on any activity..today when I called they said still waiting for parts...

I fear that my geyser is lost.. Pity that I relied on Racold..supposedly the better...

I possess 2 Racold Eterno geysers. From day 1, these have given me endless trouble. Now the warranty period is over and I have taken the AMC with their authorised service centre--ABM Enterprise, 370 New Alipur, Kolkata. I made a complaint one month ago which has not yet been attended to. What do I do?...

we already use for hot water RACOLD - GEYSERS last ten year and not facing any problem.

but latest three year before i purchase new fiber body another racold geyser and facing problem due to not coming hot water.
i called to service centre and he charged rs.815 and repair.
i surprised ten year old geyser don't have any problem and new geyser problem just come in 3 years.
and he told now...

I have bought Racold electric geyser from Kishore electricals, Dhobi bazaar, Bathinda, 6 months back but it has stopped functioning properly. I called the service centre as well the dealers more than 8 times but they have not attended my complaint. Also there is no place on their website where one can lodge a complaint. They just leave it to the dealers and buyers after selling their product....

Every time your represantative available on[protected]/70 is telling that AAJ TO LADKA NIKAL GAYA KAL KARWA DUNGA (tecnocian is not available will attaind the call tommorow).

Rally it's a very poor response of Racold type well known brand.

please note i have purchased the geyser from racold in september 2010 and with the promise their service is guranteed have asked sevice centre to come and attend the same. after following same for 2 days the response is very poor. Need to know if they do not attend within a stipulated time which they promise can we get the money refund.

There is a lot of problem in finding accessories for Racold geysers in Goa. We have around 120 10 lit Racold geysers in our complex, but when they have a problem, the accessories are not easily available in the market. Please let me know where can we get the accessories from or who are the technicians to be contacted for.

i bought 1 racold water heater(batroom geyser) from big bazaar,pacific mall agra.the following are my issues -
- the water heater on delivery came in a lays chipa carton and it didnot have any instruction manual and standard acessories like wall clamp etc. i donot even know if the product is safe to use and not already used or second hand.Appearence is very dirty and it not at all looks like a brand new product.

I bought two Racold Prima water geysers 6 months back. Both went bad a week back. I called the customer service,one person by name Vijay came and he told that he fixed the same. It went bad again within the next 2 hours. Next time when I called them,they were very rude,didnt even turned up on the appointment. I kept following with out any respite.

We have purchased the racold water geyser 18/04/2010 from hebbal e zone home appliances. It took almost 2 weeks to install the geyser. With in a week it has gone bad. Again they took 3 weeks to come and tell us that that is plumbing problem. We believed that and called plumber and made all the arrangements.
