I;m already submitted complaint here for changing my reliance data card bill plan after 4g. But not any action this complaint please help..
Customer exclusive called me but not solve my bill problem....

Recently my 3g upgraded to 4g by the company stating that this service is available in in previous monthly plan (3g). The 3g plan was monthly unlimited plan. Now without my knowledge they changed my plan with limited one and i am getting double bill amount monthly. After multiple complaints to the company i am not getting satisfactory answer or solution of the problem....

I have placed my first complain in june 2016 via complain no.[protected] for internet not working. After that an executive visited and checked the connections and said that the issue is with the modem provided by reliance and it needs to be replaced. I got the assurance from mail, customer care, reliance executives and reliance mobile store personnel that there wont be any change in data plan, rental and you can continue to use the existing plan after migrating to 4G service...
