Poor and delayed Service

I got my Sony Xperia Z phone on 14th March 2013 and after 9 months o[censored]se the ear speaker stopped working. Went to service center and they replaced my phone and gave me a new handset. The new handset was working fine when again after 8 months there were 2 dots started appearing on the screen. Went to service center and they said that we can only give you 20% off on the new handset that you buy again from Sony as my phone is out of warranty....
