in my samsung star 3 duo sim is not detected

i took my sim 1 month or 2 before and past 15 days my handset is not able to detect the sim
and in nokia handset the sim is detected...

Cheating and miss guidance on special recharge

sir/madam Im using Tata Docomo network, my no is [protected] I have ported my no from Vodafone to Tata Docomo.
Today (20/4/2013) I have recharged amount of rs 129(special recharge)..
I recharged it after listening ivr by dialing 121 & 198. They told that the validity for this recharge will be 120 days ,
call rates will be one paisa for two seconds. .
But after recharging, I got the validity 90 days only.br...

Unexpected mobile bill

Currently I am using corporate plan of Rs 350 plan.

According to this plan 700 min for Local/STD and 4GB data by 2G speed are free.

Docomo charged me 1256 Rs as Roming Internet charges and customer care told me that I used another network in roming that's why they charged me this amount but in roming how can anyone identify that currently he is using data by another network.I don't think it is my fault.br...

i am praveen, my tatadocomo no is [protected] . i dialed 52222 on 18th april 2013 for offers information. In the IVR announcement offer details given recharge with 23 and make calls tata to tata 1p/4sec and others 1p/2sec for 56days.. first 120 sec will be charged 2p/1sec.. i have activated this offer by deducting my balance but i got only 28 days validity.. today also am getting same IVR information.....

I have been trying to cancel my Tata Docomo service for 2 months. They refuse to cancel it and keep sending me bills. Despite complaints to customer service, they simply refuse to act. Very disgusted....

Unused number billing

I really feel pity on TATA DOCOMO BAD SERVICE to cutomers.

I got an email yesterday(16.04.2013) to submit my address proof at nearby TATA Docomo Customer Care Office. I submitted the same today (17.04.2013) by Pre Noon.

But, Without any intimation I have lost my Existing Tata Docomo Connection for which Indeed I was asked to provide the address proof. Even Submitting the same within 24 Hrs of the SMS. How come...

Activation of service without my Request

Hi,

I am using Tata docomo Prepaid Sim from last 1.5 years .. The Problem with the service is .. Every Time they will activate some Stupid services to my number and They deduct money from my account without my permission .. i called customer care they will tell that we will deactivate service and resend your money back in 4-7 hours but .. they will not do that .. and they are blocking my number to customer care for 5 days...

Disconnect after every 30 mins

hi this is devashish,

i am using TATA DOCOMO from past 5-6 months, and from last 2-3 months i am facing a problem that my internet disconnects every 30 mins and then for reconnecting it will take another 30 mins and in worst cases i have to restart my mobile.....and during peek hours i.e evening 6-12 my internet is always disconnected...
this is my second time of complaining

what should i do?br...

Unwanted automatic service activation

I got a message on[protected]Friday) at 05:18 pm saying "Hi ! you have downloaded GameDestination at Rs49.0/- Non-renewable." and Rs 49.0 was deducted from my account balance. But I have never requested for the particular service . It was an automatic activation without my knowledge. It really troubles me. Please help....

No network in your area

Money Refund because of Poor Service

Applied for a new Broadband Connection in Pune on 5th April evening, submitted all the required documents to their Agent Vishal with installation charges and since then the guy has stopped responding, there are no details available at customer care for CAF No. 1176658.

There is no response from Docomo Support.
So I just don't want such poor service anymore and refund my money back....

complaint on weak internet connection

not getting my wifi hub device

hi m dr shailesh, i have booked an photon wifi device with wifi connection
at ur customer care number..after 3 -4 days they finally sent someone to
collect money and told us that he will deliver the device on 29th
march...on 29th march when we call him in evening he said its holiday, he
willl deliver it on 30th...on 30th when we called him 2-3 times he said he
will deliver it at 7pm...even after waiting...
