I have purchased a sim on 1.11.17 and on 3.11.17 it disconnected. When contacted to distributer he say your number churned go to vodafone centre. Vodafone centre say your mobile number churned as you have more then 9 connection on your name and we cannot start this number again. When we complaint via e-mail to vodafone wb circle they say your number churned due to wrong activation. Which is true i am not understanding. They are making fools...

This is the third instance where any pack was wrongly activated from your end. At first instance, we contacted customer care and then they were able to get it de-activated and we got the refund (I could not recollect which pack it was). I’v contacted vodafone mg road office in vijayawada twice in this week regarding my connection transfer from post to pre-paid. I’ve been to this branch few days ago and i was waiting for almost 20 minuets and no one bothered to enquire or provide any assistance to me. I had ported to vodafone in the month of august and i recharged of amount rs 445 (84 days plan). I made a cash payment of rs 445 at vodafone gallery around mid august and number was activated on 29th aug. However, the same recharge was not activated on my account and i was not able to perform outgoing calls due to no balance. Sir, before 2week i purchase a sim of voda rs. 445 he give me a plan unlimited calling with internet for 84 days. Last 2days i will not make any call. I have two with same network of you. Last week check offer on my cell.in that we saw one offer (401-unlimited voice call and 1gb net for 70 days) and no necessary condition will not displayed in that. So we recharge that offer.. I have recharged on 9th november of this month with the suggestion of vodafone costumer executive that if i'll recharge with 348 then i would get 1gb data per day and so unlimited calling for 28 days with t&c applied.
But i have got only 10 gb additional data at once and then i never get any kind of data balance from vodafone.

The phone was kept on custody in the month of april 2017. Then bill for the months are as follows:
May - rs. 1077.16
June - rs. 1012.00
September - rs. 1159.95
October to november - rs. 1893.91

Phone was activated by the company and had to pay the charges of safe custody 3 times.

Last time the phone had has been put on safe custody was 22nd september 2017.
