1mg — worst service from 1 mg | |||||
Hi, Very much disappointed service from 1mg. First they give wrong delivery date. Later they are not able to deliver the medicines. Ask them several time that, those medicines are urgent. But 1mg didn't bother about this issue. If they are not deliver within committed date, then don't give any excuse. I ordered medicine from 1mg site on 14th july and they give sms as well as mail that medicine will deliver within 16th july. 16th july i got a sms of the delivery person's number. I tried this number 10 to 15 times. But as usual the person didn't pickup phone. Today is 17th and i am not sure you are able to deliver this medicine today also. I have a concern with 1mg, if you not able to deliver medicine within time then why you give the blank date. They forgot that they deal with medicine, which need to give priority. You have delivered wrong medicine. I ordered Fol 123MF and you delivered me Fol 123. Don't know what kind of service you give the customer. And I think Team 1mg does not take this indecent seriously. That kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude I faced for the first time from any e commerce site. Request you to collect medicine from me and refund the amount as soon as possible.

When I told 1mg guy delivered me wrong medicine, he asking me for the bill picture. And I already attached with it.
Request to everyone don't go with 1mg.

I have ordered my medicines on Nov 1. Thinking that will get delivered by Nov 7. I got an SMS as below
Order Dispatched PO[protected]: Your order has been dispatched via Xpressbees with AWB No.[protected]. Estimated Delivery: November 7th to November 9th.Track https://goo.gl/Kdcx2K
But didn't receive the medicine. When I check with the tracking number provided by u guys the medicine has reached Chennai on 4th November but it is not getting delivered. When I tried calling to the phone number provided by you Ekta by mail it's not getting connected. Is this a way to cheat people and grab money from them.
Medicines are very essential for common man. I[censored] cant deliver it on time there is no use of such shopping sites. It's better we go to a medical store and buy happily.
I think this is a lesson in my life not to book anything in 1 mg. So finally let me know frauds should I wait for the medicine or should do my own arrangements.
