I'm facing exactly the same issue with this company. Just to let you know guys that I'm with you...

My Order ID is[protected]. I am not getting milk at all. I placed the order on Feb 7th. Even when i am calling customer care, there is no proper response. Very frustrating. These people are cheaters. The will keep money for some months and come back with silly reasons. We need to ask for the full payment along with interest.

No replies from company...wrong phone numbers on website...wrong skype addresses on web site... some one please complaint to cyber cell .

I'm continuously following this website regarding my complaint, however, nothing is going in favor o[censored]s. Even, I have started receiving email from 24x7fresh.in again asking me to subscribe for their services.

No idea, how will we get our money back from these...Feeling quite helpless on resolving this issue :-(

I am also facing the same issue. I have an idea that few o[censored]s had paid money to the 24/7 fresh company through paytm, so why don't we share our problem with paytm

I could get the supply for 3 weeks and am trying to contact them for getting the balance back ...but there is no response.

I also subscribed for milk on 19th April 2016 and so far, nobody has turned up. I sent numerous E-mails to the support and also called the helpline - no go.

Order no 100003836 Delivery of product not started , they do not respond

On line booked an order for delivery of milk for one month wide order no[protected] at 24*7fresh.in. Order was given on 4th may with money transferred same day, Delivery not started yet. They do not respond, Staus on website says processing.Looks like it is fraud company

Ordered for milk subscription for home on 7 may 2016, they siad i receive milk from 16 may.. But started on 20 may they gave for 5 days and they stopped from 26 th may.. Till today I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MILK, After following them many times they are not answering my mails and my regular calls. Still waiting for the service. Or else refund my money back.

Ordered for milk subscription on 18th april and still i don't receive any order. I called them so many time but no satsifactory reply from their side.They are saying that money will be refunded in 90 days. They are cheaters and i think police complaint should be done for these cheaters.

They cheated me as well for milk subscription its more then 2.5 months still they are not fulfilling my order I already paid 1944 rd for 1.5 litres milk everyday for 30 days
Please let me know if you guys are taking a any action against this fraud company

Hi,

I got my refund from paytm today as i complaint to paytm regarding this fraud website as 24X7 is using paytm wallet on their website. Today i received my refund back in my paytm. Thank to paytm customer service. Those people who used paytm as payment option while placing order should compaint paytm regarding this. Hope you also get your refund back in your account.

Im facing the same problem.. Ordered milk on 13th may bt they keep extending the delivery date every time i call them..
