24x7 is a fraud company, they are sending lucrative offer through mail and people are cheated by them.

Another nonsense mail from these people:

"Happy New Year, Your milk, fruits, vegetables and grocery delivery is not going to happen till 8th jan 2016 due to overall change in management and delivery team in Bangalore if we will fail to do from 9th jan. 2016 We will refund your money without any question. If you have any query pl contact our team at [protected]@24x7fresh.in. Your support required in this crucial juncture. Randhir kumar, Founder 24x7fresh.in"


This Message We have sent to all our Bangalore Customers, Because We are facing some Irregularities in Our Delivery System in Milk Delivery, Fruits and Vegetables Delivery from past few days. We do not want our customers Should get any Problem in future too, what they are facing now even Management don't want to go with such irregularities at any cost. We want to Give you good service for that reason we are changing the System and Management of Bangalore.

We are starting one By One Zone from 5th Jan 2016 onwards, till 9th We will cover all Zones. We will INTIMATE you zone wise one day Before the Delivery Start from your Place. Yes, this company is big time fraud.
For me, they promised to start delivery from next week and then delayed it by a month to Jan 18 2016.
Still they have not delivered anything, also they did not even care to inform or call plus they are even not responding to my calls & emails.

This is latest fraud company, who took money is advance by giving 10% on milk products, but did not deliver after 1 month. I placed an order no[protected] on 12-Feb, but did not get any product. No one picks up the phone or reply back on email. Earlier I was getting reply from Radhika Priya but now there is no response of emails.

same happened with me also, they charges in advance and never delivered any times so far, we are making a group and than we will file a legal case against this company,

I also placed Milk subscription on 1st of January, 2016 in 24*7fresh.in & my order number :[protected].

They are not responding my mails & also while I am trying login its showing Invalid credentials. I have placed this Order through PayUMoney.

I am proceeding against this company, filing of an FIR with Karnataka Police as a first step. All affected customers should come together and file such FIRs as a first step towards legal course of action.

yes. I agree. This 24x7freshin is a fraud company. I placed an order for supply of milk and eggs during December 2015, by paying through my debit card online of Rs.1276/- My order Id [protected]. Sofar they delivered nothing. Their customer care numbers are useless. No one will answer. I sent many mails, asking them to deliver the groceries or refund my money. Nothing had happened. Others, pl.beware of these 24x7freshin online groceries supply. Dont pay them in advance. I dont know how to get my money back from them. Is the consumer forum can help people like me?

Yes. Don't pay them in advance otherwise you may end up putting a lots of effort to just get the money back. In my case, after waiting for 4 month, I was tired of their changing timelines of delivery start date, asked for the refund. After multiple follow-ups, finally one day they claimed that refund is initiated. But, when it was not getting credited in the account statement, I asked about the details of refund. They are not providing the information and they again started talking about delivering the milk. So, i understood that refund was not even initiated and unnecessarily i called up my bank to know what could be the reason for amount not reflecting in the account. This is the height of lie. One day they claim that refund is initiated and next day claim that they will deliver the milk or will work on refund. Such a big team of liars they are.
When i really pushed them for the refund, they are diverting it and telling me that i have negative mind set. I should appreciate the 24x7fresh.in. This is very funny. isn't it? Do they really deserve this after myself going through this pain? Anyways, they have asked me to go for legal case if i want to get the refund.

On a side-note, even now they are taking orders when they are not able to serve the customers who placed orders in the month of the December itself. To me, intention does not seems to be good. Every-time i talk about the refund, they start explaining me that 24x7fresh.in is a great company and do not provide any information about the refund itself.

Also, search engines are also directly & indirectlt responsible for such kind of fraud otherwise there would have been an alert or pop-up shown if any person is searching this company name to proceed for first time purchase..as simple as someone is giving u a gun or authority to do crime..

This is a big time fraud company.. Can we not file a complain against them? Please, can anyone guide me how to precede with complaints on Consumer court.

It's been 3 months I have placed the order and I paid the money too till not no update on my order and no response from anyone.
