I made a monthly subscription for milk delivery with this online service and they came the first day to take the payment on july 19th and after that nor there provided nos is available nor the customer care nos i would need my money back as it seems to be a fraud n a huge scam.

The service never started for me.
I also mailed and requested for the refund of the amount but no response.
The number provided on the website just rings once and gets disconnected[protected].

I am yet to see anything either the product or the refund despite knocking on all possible doors for the fraud i have been into. I paid rs. 976 and its been many many months. The senior officials of the company were also contacted, they repeatedly reassured that the refund will be done shortly. Its been a futile chase.
Please get my money refunded, its a cheat and fraud website.

I know you are a fraud site and you are making money from thousands of people on the name of online subscription for daily needs. However, this mail is to make you understand that i shall be going to the consumer court and ensuring each one of you behind this racket goes to jail.

Already I have logged a complaint with Consumer court (Complaint no. 706941) against 24X7 fresh for not refunding my amount of Rs.1539 which I paid trough Paytm on 3rd May against the delivery of milk(order no.[protected] which has not happened even once.
I made the payment of Rs 1539/- for delivery of milk through Paytm which still not happened. Trying to call the number provided on the website which is not getting through. NO response from the last three months. requested for refund by mail 1 month back...NO RESPONSE. WHERE TO CALL OR SEARCH FOR THE CHEATS, NO IDEA
and even there is no response from Paytm as I asked for the refund

I had taken monthly milk subscription from 24x7fresh and as per their requirement i had paid a sum of rs. 1458/- vide invoice no.[protected] dated 14.6.2016.

That after taking the above payment, milk was delivered to me for 3 days. But thereafter, the supply of milk completely stopped.Initially i thought this was the result of some bona-fide oversight. But to my shock and surprise, i found hundreds of similar complaints against your company on various consumer complaint websites. I had sent an email to 24x7fresh on 29.6.2016 and informed them about the issue. Vide their email dated 30.6.2016 they had confirmed that there is supply issue in my area and the problem will be resolved by 4.7.2016. But thereafter, there is no response from the company despite 2 reminders.

The customer helpline number mentioned on their website is false and the company is collecting money from various customers fraudulently under the garb of milk/vegetable/fruit subscription.

The company sends regular sms and emails to target customers for their monthly subscription schemes. But after collecting money from unsuspecting customers, they are systematically duping the customers by not delivering the ordered goods and diverting their hard earned money to other use and possibly earning unaccounted profits and/or interest on the amount.

This is my final reminder to you for return my money against my milk subscription order id[protected] on dated 23.03.2016 and i paid rs. 1026 (transfer to inb rudraksh e - commerce [protected]gobrvjpx9) after received your offer for delivery of milk by mail,
It is too much to delivery my subscription now please return my cash as soon as possible i no need your delivery.
I tried 28.06.2016, 29.06.2016 & 30.06.2016 on your helpline no.[protected] and mail also many time as well as you complaint portal available on 24x7fresh.in.
But no respond given to me.

I gave you time to return my money within week (till 08.07.2016) as per term and conditions mentioned but no action has been taken.

As per guide line national consumers helpline (sponsored by deptt. of consumer affairs, govt. of india) i send you registered post.

If suitable action for return my money not been taken then within week i. e. 18.07.2016 i will approach by customer protraction right act 1986.

Once again i humble request to you refund my balance money within specified date 18.07.2016.

I have paid Rs. 1500/- for one month double toned milk 1.5 litre in Gurgoan area. From last one week they have stopped delivery of milk and nobody respond over the call. Super visor no. [protected] is not picking up the calls and even not responding over the messages.

They are cheating to the customers.

This is in regard to my order #[protected]. i had initially applied for milk subscription of 1 month for which i paid rs 1, 755.00 on 9th may 2016. after several follow ups from my side, i was told that this subscription cannot be fulfilled and since the withdrawal process will take 90 days, hence it is recommended that you opt for other products from our site to match the amount that you have already paid.
Hence, i was forced to again select products from the site and after preparing that list, i once again contacted the customer care and provided them the list. they again promised me that within a week this will be delivered. it has now been 1 and a half month when i switched from milk subscription to fruits/vegetables order and 2 and a half months since the time i paid money to 24x7, and there has absolutely been no response from 24x7. i finally called them up to refund my amount.

But now there customer care number is not reachable and i have not received any responses of my email as well that i have sent over this period.

I tried to contact so many times but not getting any proper responce.
Now a days contact no also not reachable. nothing done till now.. i am still waiting for refund.

Its been almost 3 month but still the didnt start delivery or not giving refund.

I have paid supply of milk for one month on 16th april. however, till date there is no delivery nor the have they complained. i have written many times, including noida cyber crime but in vain. now the listed telephone no [protected] is not working.

Every time i call, i was told, delivery start in 15 days, or by june end/july 1st week. however, from 1st of july the listed no is not functioning.. giving doubt they have folded up with people money.

They take payments advance in for full month supply but after four days supply they stop the supply and didn't return the money. i am try to call on company no but they didn't answer properly. after so many calls they put a mail that your amount will be refunded after 90 days. but i am not sure they are going to do it. date of booking - 29/4/2016 order no[protected].

I bought thr subscription for a month in april. since then the company has got disappeared. no confirmation no product.
The customer care give a dam to my calls. i complained with paytm (becasue i paid via paytm) and paytm shared the mobile no. of some randhir but that no. is also suspended.
It seems 24x7fresh.in is a big fraud.

I had gone through the promotion of the company 24x7 fresh who online offered to supply the milk at home with reasonable price. having believed on the commitment of the abovesaid company i online ordered to supply 1 kg milk and i also made advance payment for 30 days milk supply. thus i made payment of rs. 1300 cash. the company was supposed to supply the items but the above said company did not fulfil the commitment and used my hard earned money for their purpose. my order no. was[protected] dt.[protected]. they had their customer care no.[protected] but this no. is not working. the company address as per input is sh-08, sector-71, noida, up-201301 and c. care e mail is [protected]@24x7fresh.in. i have also written mail on this email address but did not get any reply to that. i therefore request you to kindly take action as per rule and direct the defaulter company to refund my money with interest @18% per annum. i shall be highly grateful to you.

I had ordered milk on 5th apr. order no.[protected]. but till now i have not received order. they cheatd many people till now. how we can prevent cheating by them. is there any govt. agency we can approach. whether central or state? please tell me other options also. even after 2 months they neither bother to return money nor deliver product. please do something to stop this. thanks.

Delivery not started yet... However i get mail with a new date to start delivery.
I tried to contact customer care... They never pick.

I remind the company representative so many times but i have not received any suitable response from the side. They only assured me your order will be started within one week.

I had ordered milk (order #[protected] on 18th april 2016 for rs 585.
Since then the order was never started. i had cancelled my order by phone and by email on 4th may 2016. till date there is no response to my email and the money has not been refunded.

The helpline number on their website[protected] is also unreachable.

Its a real fraud company. please help me getting my money back.
