I have placed order #[protected] on april 17, 2016. Still i have not received any thing. I have requested for a call but have not received any calls from anyone. Its a fraud company. Pls help me in getting the refund rs. 1026.00.

I am very much frustrated with the services that you are offering to your customer.
I have been mentally harassed by your services.
My order number is order # and my order for# kg of amul milk is supposed to get delivered from today but nothing is been delivered so far.
I have paid rs2100 for the same but i am sorry to say that is of no use.
You are cheating with your customer.

I had placed an order for delivery of milk at my home on april 18th 2016. I was informed that the delivery will take place from 24th april. However the same has not been done yet. Order #[protected]

I called on their phone support multiple times however they could not give me a date by when the delivery will take place. Now they are saying they cannot refund the money no matter what happens and have started disconnecting calls without even talking on the phone.

Payumoney and paytm have already blocked all their transactions hence request you to take measures to help people get their money back

This is to inform you that i have subscribe for Delivery of Daily Supply of milk on 2nd May'16 and Still 24X7 fresh team is not delivering the product and in thier terms and condition its mentioned that " All Refund cases where the milk is started to Deliver will take upto 90 days time. But in my case delivery not started yet and costumer care informed me that refund will be done after 90 day.Reference id for yesterday's conversation is 0161A116- Customer care staff name: Santosh Kasyap.

Please take some stick action against them.

I have ordered milk subscription through 24*7 fresh on 20 april 2016.
As per my discussion with them they were about to start the service from 01 may 2016.
I have followed up several number of times. Every time they told me it will start by 2-3 days. Its 03 june now still service is not started.

Even i have dropped a mail as well severnal number of times. I have dropeed a mail for refund of money as well still i dont have any feedback/ reply from them

This is against the online website 24x7fresh.In for my order id[protected] towards one month of milk subscription. I had paid an amount of 938.40 on 14 may 2016 and subscription was to start from 16 may. Even after repeated mails and calls i didn't get any reply since then.
Today somehow i could connect with them, and they are not at all sorry for the inability to process my order and cooly say they will refund it after 90 days.
I don't understand why refund must take such long in this online age.
Please raise a complaint against this fraud company.

After one week milk delivery boy informed some milk problem so will, start from next week. Now it's been more than 15 days, also egg subscription was to start not started till date, full payment done already in April last week. This is sheer fraud and deficiency in committed services. Mr. Sudhir Sharma not picking phone.. Mr, bagga also not responding. Kindly refund money otherwise I will make complaints to authorities for being fraud and cheating money. Cyber cell and police will be intimated regarding this if supply not started in 1-2 days.evertime ur people say will start in coming week.

I am highly dissatisfied with the services provided by 24X7 fresh company as I had subsribed for the delivery of milk (Mother Diary Tonned 500ml milk x 30 days x 2 and Mother Diary Full cream milk x 30 days x 2) on 23rd April, 2016 (Order ID[protected]. I had also made a full payment of Rs 2322 for the delivery.
However it is shocking that I have neither received the delivery at my place ever since nor after cancelling on 7th May, 2016 have i recieved the payment. I was informed through mail that the refund of my payment will be processed in 5 - 7 days. There has been no response nor refund ever since which is highly disappointing and an unecessary trouble to me.
I request to refund my amount as immediately as possible.

I subscribed for milk and eggs back on 12th of April 2016 and have been chasing for an update ever since. Till date all I've received is bad and rude service and false promises. Finally getting fed up of chasing I raised a request to cancel the order and refund my money. It's been more than 10 days now and no response. Is it same service every where our is it only in Bangalore.

My order details of 24x7fresh.In are below order id :[protected] date : 27/04/2016 name : chaitanya place : bangalore amount paid : rs.615/- order details - 15 days nandini milk (520ml x 2) per day. But till date delivery was not yet started and i told to cancel & refund the amount i paid. Unfortunately both the things are not done.
Please do needful help on this.

Please refer to my order id "[protected]" dated 16 April 2016 with fraudulent "24x7Fresh.in", for "Fresh Tender Coconut 1 pcs x 30 Days", for qty 3 nos. at Rs. 2250 (Rs. 750x3). Right from day one I have been trying to call the customer care, and most of the times, they would not pick up the calls. By mistake, whenever they do, they have only one dialogue with them, "order will start from day after tomorrow"! Almost one of half months passed, and still without any sign of positive approach from them. They never reply to the mails, maybe they do not care to check their mails. Whenever I recently requested them to cancel the order, and refund my amount, always they say, they cancelled then itself, and I would receive the money within next 90 days! This is the same reply, every customer care guy is giving for the last 15 days.. I am calling them almost for 5-6 times a day, and still the same answer, same approach!! I am very confident that these guys are planned cheaters and fraudulent. I not only request for the refund of my money, but also I intend to file a case in the Consumer Court, no matter, whatever amount I need to spend for the same, but I want these frauds into Public.

Kindly advise on the same as to how to go from now on.

24x7Fresh company receive order's for milk from me but yet not supplied ordered product. When call to their customer care no.[protected] regarding the supply of ordered product. They response that very soon the delivery started and we will send mail in this regard. I need refund of my money immediately. My order no. as mention below:

This is with ref. to my online order id[protected] for delivery of 2x500ml Amul Milk home delivery for 30days and payment of Rs. 1080.00 paid through net payment and company confirmation mail received from email id [protected]@24x7fresh.in dated 28th march 2016 08.52AM.
After passing 40days, delivery of milk started from 10th May 2016 after by following up with co. Delhi office customer care on phone no.[protected] through email & telephonic calls. and again delivery of milk stopped from 25th May 2016 without any information, hardly delivered of milk 14days only in between two days non delivery. Co. delivery boy & Mr Deepak Banger Mumbai Region over all incharge is not able to give proper reply about discontinuation of milk delivery. Many times phoned to Mr. Deepak Banger & call centre, they are not giving proper reply and they disconnect the phones. Now I wants proper action to know through your site when company shall resume delivery of milk of balance days otherwise return the balance amount which I have already paid to the 24*7fresh on online portal. I hope with a positive action from your side.

On repeated emails from 24x7fresh.In i booked for
Supply of amul full cream milk - 500 ml x 2 daily for 30 days.

Paid full amount in advance as desired by them rs. 1350.00
Received confirmation of order booking stating that delivery will start by may 2/3/4 and some one will contact us before delivery.
No one approached and no delivery started.
On calling to there toll free number, no response was shown.
I emailed for cancellation of order and refund, but they did not answer any mail. The website states order is being processed.
Now two days back an email is received that supply will restart by june 20 and refund will take 90 days. Or you can change the product to vegetable and others in-place of milk.
I requested them the procedure, but there is no reply till date.
We should initiate jointly to consumer court for cheating with public at large.

I had placed Order #[protected] with 24x7fresh.in on April 23, 2016. I had ordered Mother Diary Tonned 500 Ml Milk x 30 Days. It has been over a month but I haven't heard back from them. They have neither delivered the order nor have they refunded the payment. The order has been in processing state for all this time. Multiple mails and calls to the customer care have gone unanswered.
