I have still not received my refund of my order no.[protected] placed in the month of may 2016 kindly refund my money to avoid any legal action against you i am not receiving any response or reply from your side this is a case of fraud at least reply my complaints my order no.[protected] dated 13/05/2016 i have not received the delivery of the product nor i have received any refund of the order the company is not responding to my complaints i would like to have my refund along with interest as early as possible.

I have made a order for daily milk delivery for a month and paid inr2592 in advance through net banking on 2 may 2016. but i didn't get a single day delivery. after calling again and again they postponed the delivery starting date. and in last i made a refund request but still i didn't get my refund.

This company is fraud, they have taken order of milk and money ahead of time, service started with delay and stopped service without any notice. Telling the delivery people have cheated them and then they mentioned one of their delivery guy had expired and all nonsense.

They even don't take calls.

I paid Rs 3900 for milk delivery in my area but after providing milk for 1 week the services stopped, now its been more than 1 month and I am struggling to get milk or my money back. The sales guy who had contacted me says that the company was fraud and I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you but only approach left is to lodge a complaint with police.

I have ordered milk subscription from website http://24x7fresh.in in january 2016. i have not received the order till today. i have been following up through phone, email etc. but they are not ready to refund the amount collected from me.now they have stopped responding my phone calls and emails. they have removed my account from the above mentioned website and now i am not able to login to their website as well. i have paid rs. 1539 for the order no[protected]. please help to get the refund of this amount.

I have paid rs. 1998/- for double tond (30 days x 4 pkt) to the company thruogh invoice no[protected] against my order no[protected], to buy 4 pkt of milk for 30 days, their delivery mane deliverd only 5 days in 15 day, despite my complaint in costomer care i am not recieving further delivery of milk what i do.. is this company fraud, taking 30 day money in advance & not delivering goods even for 7 days. its 30 day scheme is totaly fraud so i am appealing to all people pl. dont waist their hard earned money for this fraud company

It is too much to delivery my subscription now please return my cash as soon as possible i no need your delivery.
I tried 28.06.2016, 29.06.2016 & 30.06.2016 on your helpline no.[protected] and mail also many time as well as you complaint portal available on 24x7fresh.in.
But no respond given to me.

After bridge this period i will approach by customer protraction right act 1986.

I have placed an order for fresh coconut to be delivered at my residence. the order was placed on 14.04.2016.
There has been no communication from 24x7fresh.
Have called the call center multiple times, they also raised a complain and said the money shall be refunded in a months time. but have not received as yet.

08 Pkt of milk were booked on daily bases for a month that is for Jan 2016.
When no milk was supplied till May 2016. It was suggested from customer care 24x7 fresh milk will not be supplied to this address better to convert the order. And same was converted to fresh vegetable and promised to to start supply by 18th of Jun 2016. When contacted to customer care 24x7 fresh. They told like earlier it will start supply on 02 Jul 2016 onwards. but no supply till date.

Total payment made: rs. 11846/- including rs. 20 as handling charge

I got a mail on 9/2/2016 that they shall start delivering the milk (quantity as requested) at your door steps from 11th/12th feb 2016. but neither they have delivered milk even for a single day nor they have refunded the payment made by me.
I have written mails to them several times but they just re-grates for the delay in delivery & assure to look into the matter. however they have not taken any solid step to resolve the issue.

I ordered a milk subscription for 1L AMUL tonned milk for 30 days on 13th May and the delivery has still not started. First they said it'll strt after one week then they said 20th may. then it was extended to 1st july and then 20th july. they were not even refunding my money.then on 20th june they said that they'll refund my money within 15 days bt nothing has happened till now. And now there customer care number is also not working.

I have made a milk subscription of amul milk and my order id is[protected]. I received the milk for few days and after that no milk is received. They do not pick up your phone neither they want to reply to your email. I want my money to be refunded or the milk to be supplied as promised.This is a fraud company

My complaint is regarding a milk order i had made on 24x7fresh.in. the details are as follows:
1. i ordered amul full cream milk order number[protected] on 24th january 2016. the order value was rs. 1944 which was paid using payu vide transaction id:[protected]. it was assumed that the milk (1.5 lt) will be delivered from 1st february 2016 at our door step.
2. however, we received no milk on given date i. e. 1st february 2016. also there was no information from company that when the milk will be delivered. i received a mail from the company on 5th feb that the milk delivery will start on 5th feb for next 30 days. the mail also stated that the area supervisor will contact before starting the delivery. however, no-one contacted us in this regard.
3. meanwhile, i received a sms from 24x7fresh.in to make payment for the order for which the payment had already been made via payu as per above. i wrote an email to the website ([protected]@24x7fresh.in) on 1st feb 2016 about the same indicating that the payment had already been made to them. i also wrote in the mail that the milk may be delivered as per the order. i also mentioned that their customer care number[protected] is always busy and i am not able to contact them. even their given number is always disconnected after ivr saying that they will contact me bot no replying back from them ever.
4. i never received the reply of my mail from them.
5. meanwhile, i kept on following them on their customer care number and sometimes, when i was lucky and i got through their number, the customer care executive said that they are going to start the delivery soon. somehow i got their local delivery boy number (sudhir [protected]) and he promised that he will deliver the milk soon. i got first installment of my order on 13th feb. three more deliveries on 14, 17 and 18th feb afterwards it stopped without notice.
6. i followed up with the delivery boy. he told me that there was some disruption in supply and it will start soon but all in vain.
7. i got a information mail from [protected]@24x7fresh.in on 29th feb that they have improved their service model and will restart the supply soon without any complaint from 6th march 2016. however, no supervisor/delivery boy information was given in mail.
8. the service was not started on 6th march 2016 as promised in the mail. however, the company also did not inform anything about the delivery of service/its likely timing.
9. i received a mail from [protected]@24x7fresh.in on 9th march indicating that they are trying to recovered their data and they are facing some challenges in delivery of the order. they also wrote that they will start the delivery on or before 19th march. they asked help and support at a crucial juncture and being a new start-up i thought to give them one more chance. they also promised that whosoever extends the delivery time will get six pieces of devgad/ratnagiri alphonso mangoes. they also said that helpers will also get 10% discount in next order.
10. on 18th march, we received a mail indicating that nobody should abuse the delivery boys as they have no fault in the supply system. they again asked for all the cooperation from customers. however, neither we received milk supply on 19th march nor any mangoes. we also did not receive any update from them regarding failure of their delivery of our order.
11. i followed with customer care executive on given number in may regarding the issue but they plainly told that they do not know anything about the company starting the delivery. they can not give any complaint number and they will put my request of refund to the company but can not assure anything.
12. somehow, the local delivery boy picked his mobile number and assure me to deliver the milk next day onwards. when i raised my doubts on his assurance, he made me talk to his senior who also assured about the delivery of milk.
13. i got milk on 4th may till 16th may with one break. that's how the milk was delivered for total 15 days whereas, as per order it was to be delivered for 30 consecutive days.
14. the company has cheated not only us but our neighbors also. god only knows that how many like us have been cheated by the company. it seems to be an online fraud and scam. neither any proper physical address is mentioned on their website to cntact them properly.
15. we sincerely request you to please take up our case with the company and help us to get our money back. your help will be invaluable to us.

I called almost 50 times customer care number but no one pick phone. this is very bad.

I have place an order on 27th April online from 24x7 fresh.in for Milk subscription for Order :[protected] of value Rs 585. I have not received any order till now. every time i call they said that they will transfer order in next 20-30 days. Two months are already over & when i call to customer care & asked them to refund my money, they simply denied & said amount can not be reversed. I have sent so many time email to them for cancel my order as they are not delivering any product, Everyone from 10th May till now is saying that you order will get cancelled and you will get refund within 7-9 working days..Its more than 60 day since I place the cancellation my order didn't got cancelled nor I get the refund.. I have asked to escalate to next level and share the escalation matrix. They have not done anything and not helped me.. They only said that its management committee you decide the cancellation and refund and they can share there no and will not escalate neither share the escalation matrix.. It more than two month from the day I have placed the order and money debited from my account..Why my refund is not happening ? Why your call center people are helpless.. Why I am not getting any replies to mail that I am sending? Why your customer service team is bluffing? Is there any system and process to support the customer? It seems I have been cheated by you people...
Please refund my money .

Dear sir, I was orderes 1/2 lts packets 2 no s on 11 th May 2016. Order no.[protected]. But nobody responding properly. Plz cancel the order and refund the money. If I ask for payment they are giving answer roughly like *will refund you in 3 months*.

I had placed an order on 21st April for milk and eggs and the delivery was supposed to commence from 1 st May, but the services were never delivered. I tried contacting on the helpline, but no one answers the customer helpline.
There was this 1 time a person responded on the helpline (on 12th June,
around 14:00 hrs, employee code of the responder - 0141) who assured delivery would start from 20 th June, but again the promised services were not delivered.

If you can't deliver what you promise, then return my money with interest.
