I have placed order referred to above with 24x7Fresh for supply of Amul Tonned Milk 10 pouches every day for 30 days.
A sum of Rs. 6075/- was paid vide their Invoice number as above.
I receive milk for five days and suddenly the supply stopped since yesterday i.e. since July 1, 2016.The Company's phone is not working and are uncontactable.
I would like to know the status of my order. Why has the supply been stopped ? Will it be resumed or when can I expect refund of the balance amount.

Forget your money. Without going to online search for this company, you paid to this company, just like us. Put up a complaint to Police and wait. There are thousands of people, who have been cheated like you.

This seems to be a fraud company. i have subscribed for one month mother dairy 1ltr delivery. i selected 6am -7am slot. they have never delivered on time. they just collected the money and left. i paid rs.1125. i have delivery boy on his number hes not answering. and the mobile of 24/7 person who called me to confirm the order was switched off. i am not able to contact help desk number. i need my amount reverted. i dont want to wait for whole day for the milk to be delivered.

Dear sir,

This is with reference to my order no[protected] dated 21.04.2016, almost 70 days have passed but i haven't received the delivery nor the refund. i transferred from the city and requested to customer support team for my refund. they assured me for early resolution. i asked them to refund my money but the same has also not been processed. no one is picking up the call and not even replying emails. this guys are cheaters and fraudsters...

I had done milk subscription order id[protected] on dated 23.03.2016 to web page 24x7fresh.In and i paid rs. 1026 (Transfer to inb rudraksh e - commerce [protected]gobrvjpx9.
After a long continuous chasing they started delivery but after 12 day again made stopped.
Till date i chasing by their help line [protected] and mail id [protected]@24x7fresh.In, [protected]@24x7fresh.In but no responded

Respected Sir After my final reminder by mail to 24x7fresh on dated 01.07.2016 as below Sir, This is my final reminder to you for return my money against my milk subscription order ID 100000204 on dated 23.03.2016 and I paid Rs . 1026 (TRANSFER TO INB Rudraksh E - Commerce 50683262581GOBRVJPX9) after received your offer for delivery of milk by mail, It is too much to delivery my subscription now please return my cash as soon as possible I no need your delivery. I tried 28.06.2016, 29.06.2016 & 30.06.2016 on your helpline no.01133609090 and mail also many time as well as you complaint portal available on 24x7fresh.in. but no respond given to me. Please return my money within week ( till 08.07.2016) as per term and conditions mentioned after bridge this period I will approach by customer Protraction Right act 1986. Once again I humble request to you either start immediately supply or refund balance money within specified date 08.07.2016. Robin Kumar 9818499915 Order ID 100000204 then I got a mail from Customer Support 24x7fresh " "Dear Sir We will do the Needful" but till date no any needful action has been taken neither refund nor delivery my subscription I humbly request to forum, please advised me for next action.

I had ordered supply of amul toned milk for 30 days vide order number[protected].

They took advanced payment of rs 1179 and supllied only for one day! Then they simply vanished and none of the contact numbers are responding.

This company is obviously a fraud and running a scam, of which i have fallen a victim.

Please be warned - do not deal with them.

Advance payment of rs 1, 425 was made for subscription of 1 litre amul fresh cream for 30 days was made online by citi credit card on 15 may 2016.
But till today the milk is not supplied to me.
24*7 fresh support is not responding to my mail for refund of the money even though they have written a mail that i should apply for refund.
How will i get the refund?

now 4 month over

i asked 2000 times over the phone you people telling we will refund but never refunded
this company asked money to provide milk monthly, i paid for that, but they provide milk for 1 days, now 4 moths over when i called they dont lift the phone, no reply of mails, one day they lift ph and told we will refund in 1 months now 1 month also over, they are not returning my money, they are also not providing service

I have order 2 items (Qty 1- amul full cream 500 ml milk x 30 days) & (Qty 2-amul tonned 500 ml milk x 30 days) with order value rs 2187/- (Which i paid in advance) on 20th feb 2016 but delivery didn’t started till april'16, after continuous follow-ups and lots of excuses from 24x7 fresh they started delivery from may’16.
But after 17 days of delivery they again stopped delivering my order, and vendor gave excuse that 24x7 amount is pending that why they have stopped delivery.
When called to 24x7 customer care they advise to take another product. My half money is blocked with 24x7 company.
Please take serious note against 24x7 company, its creating fraud by taking money in advance from customer and keeping it with them and gaining profit. This same issue is with many of the customers in delhi. So please take serious action against this.

Dear sir,

This is with reference to my order no.[protected] dated 12.05.2016, almost 45 days have passed but i haven't received the delivery nor the refund has been received. As per my last discussion with the customer support team i was assured that the delivery shall start by 18.06.2016 but nothing has happen. I asked them to refund my money but the same has also not been processed. No one is picking up the call and not even replying emails. This guys are cheaters and fraudsters.

I ordered for nandini blue 500ml *6 packets of milk for 30 days and i paid 2430 amount on 29-dec-2015 and my order id is[protected] and they dint delivery the milk as subscribed. I called and mailed mr. Randhir (So called ceo of 24x7fresh). Everytime he says we will deliver soon. Till now refund also not issued neither milk supplied. Please help me get my refund.

My order for 1 month milk supply was placed on 18 April & I did not receive even a drop of milk. I have put complaints in written on 5 May and 21 and telephonically many times, but there is no response. Every time they speak a lie and give a fresh date for supply, but there is no refund or supply. If the company does not respond and deliver then I plan to approach the consumer tribunal. I think all consumers like me must collectively file a suit against the company for cheating.

I have ordered 1 month of subscription on 15/5/2016 with order id[protected] for 1 month subscription and paid Rs. 3974, this is a complete fraud company and from since day one no one bothered for anything. firstly they mailed service will start after 1 month n now they mailed that there crime cell has already frozen bank accounts, payumoney blocked there payment gateway, n people are filing case against there CEO Randhir Kumar.
Government should restrict these type of fraud companies before getting active and looting hard earned money from people.
If anyone else facing issues with same company do let me know.

I was booked order for 1/2 litre amul toned milk on 5.5.2016. As given information by company that the service will start on 7.5.2016. But service is not started till date. I have approached to customer service centre on telephone about this and reveal this issue. Sometimes he/she said service will start on 16/5/2016 and sometimes 19/5/2015 but service is not started yet. My order no. Is[protected].

There is a good news for all o[censored]s that cyber crime cell and the authorities has frozen the accounts of 24x7 fresh.In.

It is because of our great efforts and endeavour that the said incident was reported to central, delhi and uttar pradesh government.

Request all the people to either file fir or report to district forum about the said forum.

Such fraud company should be punished heavily

My order ID[protected] for milk subscription was placed on Jan 30th'16.Not delivered till now.Not refunding the money also.They told it will be converted to delivery of Tender coconut and the delivery will start from 20th June'16.But when I called today they are cutting the call when we speak something.Not refunding the money also.Many times i communicated through mail also.In the beginning there was response.But now there is no response.The customer care executive also recognises our name and diconnects the call immediately as if we have done something wrong.

Order no :[protected] placed on 3rd may, 2016 for 6 double toned milk packets (3 litres everyday for 30 days).
There was no delivery confirmation. Order delivery was supposed to start from 15 may, 2016, but that did not happen.

I called the customer care support and they assured me that the delivery will start from june 1st week. Again no delivery.

Calls either don't go through or are rudely disconnected in the middle of the conversation. Completely unacceptable behavior. I need the whole prepaid amount refunded to my account immediately without any further delay

I placed an order for 4 kg of fresh badami mango on the 13th of may, 2016 and have since been following up. The original delivery date was the 20th of may and when i called them on the 20th, a new date of the 27th was given. Within a day this was changed to the 1st of june. I have sent them multiple emails and they have not been replied to. I called them on the 2nd of june and then on the 5th and the 7th and most recently on the 14th of june and got the delivery data as the 20th of june. I tried calling them today and the phone seems to be disconnected. I have even asked for a refund and every time i do, the line gets disconnected.

I ordered milk on 11 May 2016 but due to shortage milk not supplied and order convert into mangoes but till date mango also not received, kindly tell my what should I take actions for this company.
