I have ordered a subscription of one month milk on 24x7 fresh.in. On contacting the office number mentioned on there website no body picks the phone and a pre recorded message tells the office is closed.


As i got 10 days delivery (in breaking) :
09 days with two packets of milk and 01 day as single packet milk. (in total 19packet)
(i.e 1 packet milk refers for the 515 ml of nandini milk as it described on your website.)

    I had placed an order with them on 2 may and till date, there has been not a single delivery of my monthly milk subscription. 1st no one answers the customer care number provided by them. 2nd even if they do answer, they shout abuses talking among themselves without even bothering to put the customer on mute. 3rd, when they don't have an answer as to why has there been no delivery since 20 days of placing the order, they have the best solution to simply disconnect the call. When i complained about this repeatedly, one of their employees threatened sexual assault on me and kept calling me incessantly even after complaining to the police. After all of this fiasco, 24x7fresh wrote an email to me saying they were "sorry" and they will make sure that the delivery happens and that they will give me some complimentary gift. Neither did the delivery of my order take place nor did i ever receive the non-existent complimentary gift.

    I wrote an email to both paytm and 24x7fresh informing about the incident and no action has been taken yet against the employee. They are just another fraudster scamming around and duping people of their money. Paytm now thinks that they have done a great act of gratitude towards me by refunding the money after 2 months and 15 days.

      I had ordered a month's supply of milk, a litre a day. Their delivery man came over only for the cash and has not been seen since for the past SIX days until date (16 June 2016). This is a fraud website and stealing money from innocent citizens. We have written enough e-mails to them and made enough calls and been told again and again that the delivery would restart immediately but it hasn't.

      These were the two e-mails we received on writing to customer care:

      Couse of accident of our delivery boy paresh happens in a morning around 7.30 / 8 'o clock we r not able to delivered your milk today, will add today delivery in our 30 days contract extended by one more day...SORRY FOR THE INCOVINECE Right now i am in the Hospital

      I have just now seen the sheer number of complaints against this 'company'. Why is their website still up when it has been proven that it is a fraud company? Why is the complaint board not redressing the complaints? Why are we being cheated and manipulated despite all the complaints. I want my money refunded. And my complaint resolved.

        Please refer your email explaining your incompetence to execute my order (order no.[protected] for the time being.
        As indicated above in your email order delivery should start latest by 20th June 2016, inform if you now you have sufficient capabilities to start executing the order as agreed above latest by 206.2016 or I need to make my other arrangements.

        Though initially I was reluctant to pay you in advance for the order valve, but I felt that I should support a startup business, but you failed like many other startups. Again a opportunity is with you to prove your credentials.

        Also, as indicated in the above email, you again made fake promise of complimentary gift & till date I waiting the same to be received.

        If you are not in position to keep your words and not able to start delivery by 20.6.2016, consider this mail as notice for my refund of balance amount payable to me.

        20.06.2016 is only 5 days away & now you will be having clear thought to inform me by return mail which way you will be proceeding.

        I awaits eagerly for your reply per return mail.

          In view of continued emails from the company I ordered for supply of amul toned milk (2 pack of 500ml per day for 30 days from 1-6-16 to 30-6-16) to my residence at Mumbai, vide order no.[protected] dated 18-05-16. An amount of Rs.1140/- was remitted in advance, on line.
          On 26th May I got a mail from the company stating that there would be a delay in supply and that the supply was expected to commence on or before 20-6-16.
          On 6th June I sent a mail to the customer care wing requesting for the latest update on the supply.
          Since I did not receive any response till date I contacted their customer care number[protected]. On discussing the matter with one who identified himself as Mr.Santhosh Kashyap (hope the person has given his genuine name) I was told that the company has discontinued the supply of milk and that I can either order alternative items or take refund after 90 days.
          Since I lost the faith in the company I told him to cancel the order and refund the money. He informed that a request in this regard has been raised (the ref no given by him is 0161A177) and that the refund will be made within 90 days.
          Then I asked him to send the mail to me confirming the cancellation request number etc. He said that there is no such facility. He further said that I will get an intimation in this regards in future for which there is no time limit.
          When I asked him to connect me to his superiors he said that he is the team manager and that there is no way of contacting any body else in the matter.
          with the above developments I doubt whether my refund will be received by me at all.
          This company seems to be a cheating one.
          This way they fleece people. They collect amounts in thousands from the people under the pretext of milk supply and cheat them without refunding the amounts to them
          I therefore request the forum to help me in getting my refund at the earliest.

            Company 24x7fresh.In claimed to offer milk delivery service to the doorsteps. I placed an order of 2 qty. Of amul tonned milk 500ml and 2 qty. Of amul full cream milk for 30 days service on 13 may 2016 against order no.[protected]. As per the description of item, delivery was to start from 16th may, 2016. But time and again they kept informing me that delivery has been delayed by some days and finally they told me that they have stopped milk subscription.
            I paid the amount of rs. 2233 on 13 may, 2016 for placing the order and since then, i have not received the services nor my amount has been refunded to me. I have called them several times. This time, customer care executive informed me that they have to refund amount of almost 50000 customers. So, they will take 90 days for the refund to process which is a pretty long time.
            Now, i want my money to be refunded immediately with applicable interest and penalty to be paid by the company.

              I have ordered for milk subscription for which i had paid in advance (Foolish!)
              When i have been calling the customer care thousand times they keep saying your refund will happen please wait for 90 days. The question is when will the 90 days end? Each time are you re-setting your clock to new date?
              While taking our money you took it immediately, now ninety days refund will happen (If i were to believe its a genuine website). On website however two days refund policy is mentioned but their dumb custcare guys keep blabbering 90 days.
              I am going to lodge an fir under cybercrime and fraud. Call me back immediately and resolve my issue asap.

                Fresh24x7 has disconnected milk services in mumbai without any notice and after taking advances and did not even refund the balances. Your area executives do not receive the calls and sms and call centre people assure refund but it never comes. Is this how startups work??? Order no[protected] for rs. 1080. Delivered only for 15 days and the stop. No communiction no refund no response??

Even after 52 days supply of milk against order[protected] dt. 21/04/2016 yet to start. neither supply made nor refund given. thoroughly bogus company.Wonder how can they exist with such deeds.Persons responsible need to be punished under law. Then only such frauds would be put under control.
                  on 20th of april 2016 advance of Rs. 2053/ deposited online and on21st April supply order[protected] generated for supply of 2litres of Amul Toned milk everyday for 30 days.only for three days in Mid. May they have made supplies after lot of persuation and after that again there is no response. Persons concerned are Sudhir Sharma[protected] and Harsh Banga[protected]. when we give the call, they do not even lift phone or may be our mob. nos. are barred.
                  This much info. is sufficient for booking culprits. it is a clear case fraud and cheating.
                  Request to inform us thru mail the outcome of your actions.

                  on june 12, 2016, Indian consumer complaint forum has forwarded the complaint to Customer support of 24*7fresh.in. May I humbly submit that no useful purpose is likely to be served by marking the complaint to cheater company.It is not a dispute which requires comments to be called. The fraud company has duped thousands of consumers and their is no explaination from their side to cover their misdeeds.
                  I request the Forum to initiate full blast action from their side as the sole motive of company is to dupe consumers in bulk pan India.It is a very serious case of clear fraud and needs to be acted upon with heavy hands.

                    I had placed an order on may 4 th 2016 for alphonso mangoes which the site had promised to be deliver within 2 days. I had paid up through paytm wallet. Since this site 24x7 fresh has tied up with paytm i thought this could be trustworthy, but nothing could be further from truth as they not only have not delivered the goods till now (Which is more than 1 month now), they also refused to give any update on the site or on the call center. When i reached out to them on the call center the customer care person started blabbering about the milk delivery update and also sent me a mail to that effect which means a) they did not bother to check what i had ordered b) they are not honouring any of their committments even with the milk delivery. I am surprised that how such a fraudulent company is permitted to operate and that too in partnership with paytm which has also stop responding to my emails for refund. If paytm does not process my refund that clearly means it is also abetting this fraud site.

                      Its a fraud and cheating business. How can one company run such a fraud business in open market under the eye of indian law and judiciary system. Strict and immediate action must be taken so that they stop now itself before they start their mega cheating business.

                        I had Orderd milk subscription for 30 days on 28th April 2016
                        Amul Tonned 500 Ml Milk x 4 x 30 Days of rs 2, 160.00 paid via Credit Card

                        Also called many times now after hearing the orderno they just disconnect the phone.
                        they are sent one email that they will start in june but now we can see june 10 days are alomost gone and they are not ready to give any update

                        It's good that they sent you an email. Here I did not receive any email only fraud dates regarding milk subscription. I personally went to their shop in Delhi. It's a very small grocery store.

                          I had subscribed for milk delivery on 8/04/2016 and paid rs.2700/- for 30 days vide netbanking under transaction no.[protected]. Milk was supplied by local person named deepak (Mobile no.[protected]) from 29/04/2016 to 25/04/2016 except on 04/04/2016. When i have contacted him on 27/04/2016 he replied that there is transportation problem and it will start with 2 days. After that delivery of milk didn't commence. On contacting deepak he stopped picking up phone. I tried to contact him again and again in vain. Then i had contacted their help desk on phone no.[protected] person responded after several attempts and advised that we will refund balance amount and that they have started supplying milk on cod basis in mumbai. But when i tried to order for milk on their website www.24x7fresh.in it is not getting processed. Now when i am trying to contact their help desk, there is no response. I request that balance amount of rs.360/- for remaining 4 days milk supply may be refunded.

                              The details are:

                              3. Order for: milk subscription of amul tonned 500 ml milk x 30 days x 2 packets
                              4. Amount paid: 1026.00 inr via debit card (Through paytm)
                              5. Delivery starting date: 15. May.2016 morning

                              I haven't received my first delivery of milk till date
                              Called customer care: [protected] and representative asked to wait for three days to get delivery.

                              Now the contact number is unreachable.

                              Help me with this to get the delivery/ refund.

                                I hv also an online order of milk delivery on 29th april-16 but no response, then i contact 24x7 fresh thru twitter stating 24x7fresh a fraud company and at last on 26may-16 they send a mail just mention apology and i sent a reply stating "apology what the hell, i hv ordered on 29th april-16 and now u hv response as just apology for delay that means undoubtedly u r one of fraud company and ur main aim to fraudulently loots consumers, thus i will suit police complain unless refund my money asap.

                                I don't understand why a good company like paytm partner with rudraksha e-commerce."

                                  I deposited rs 4068/- through net-banking to your company for the supply of mother diary milk (3.5 litres) daily vide order referred to above.

                                  The supply of milk was made only for 8 days (070216 to[protected] feb, 2016 only. Subsequent to this supply was stopped without any reason. More than 100 phone calls have been made to your telephone number 33609090 to restore the supply or give back the balance amount.
                                  There are only assurances every time we made a call but no action has been taken so far.
                                  Now, i am left with no alternative but to give you the last notice to refund the balance amount within 10 days from the issue of this letter otherwise i will file this case with the national consumer court for the recovery of the amount with penal interest and also the penal levy on the company for causing harassment to my entire family.
                                  My father, 82 years old senior citizen particularly had to go through this painful harassment during the past 4 months. And is a cause of great concern.
                                  Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                                    I took milk subscription for one month from 24X7 FRESH. I paid them complete one month amount of Rs.1104.00 in advance. I took subscription on 14th May 2016 and today it is 07th June 2016, till now i haven't received anything. I am regularly calling them and sending them mail but they are not giving any proper answer. I even asked them to refund my money but to this also they didn't reply anything.

                                      My order number[protected], placed on 31st Jan 2016 has not been processed yet.

                                      Earlier i got mails from 24x7fresh that they will take 15 days to start order, then 30 days, then 45 days, after 45 days there was no response.

                                      I am calling/mailing them since 2 months now, but no response or refund of my money. The customer care number is working but after hearing about the cancellation and refund they disconnect the phone or make excuses.

                                      Please help me get my refund.

                                        I had placed order on 21.04.16 for delivery of milk then i got a mail that milk delivery will start from 1st may but the same is not started so far. In may i called there customer care for this issue they said that they are not delivering milk and they ask for other product which they will ship so i told them other things to send . They said that the same will be delivered by 5th June but still no delivery.They are cheating customers. Instead of refund they are making excuses
