Had place an order on 3rd May 2016 for milk delivery. The website shows "under processing" and the committed delivery has not started yet.

had made several calls but the executives hang up the call as soon as they come to know that it is about an old order. The executives too seem like fraudsters by the way they talk.

The company has taken away the money of several people and is not returning even a penny.

Consumer forums are accepting complaints and there have been 337 complaints in this thread till date but it is disappointing that there is still no action. Are they powerless like us?

I had subscribed prepaid milk service from this online portal. The service started after several follow up and nearly 20 days later, now I received milk hardly few days and without any information the milk service was stopped. The customer care so poor they don't give proper information and cut the call. I wrote them few emails and none of them answered till date. last week I called them to know the reason why my service was stopped without any notification and customer case executive was not in condition to answer me. He was again and again forcing me to subscribe another product which I refused, since they were not even able to fulfill one subscription which was already made then How can I trust them for another and He told me their company will refund the remaining amount after 90 day(that's also baseless when they do not have my bank account details and all). I asked them to reply my emails ASAP which I sent to them and they are not also responding on that. After this all I am feeling like being cheated.

I am frustrated with multiple follow ups and want my money back now. This is worst experience I have ever had in any E-Comm portal.

This is my first order with 24 x 7 fresh. I was informed that the items shall be delivered next day that is today. When i spoke to customer care to check the status of my order i was surprised to be told that "we donrt deal in it" this is the gist of the conversation with the rep on ph no. 33609090. It appears this is a fraud company. Please be aware your cash may get trapped so dont deal in cash payment at all.

I have tried to talk to their customer care executive but he put down the call, also sent 2-3 mails but no action has been taken .I am clueless that when they start delivering my product .

I would really appreciate if you can help me in this case .

We placed an order of daily supplies of fresh coconut to my residence in mumbai for my daughter. The order was placed on april 14, 2016 and paid rs750/- (In full).

I have neither received a single coconut as yet nor heard back from them. I have sent at least 15 emails to them asking for updates but no response.

Also i called their customer service number. They picked my phone but always disconnect.

Looks like a fraud company. I urge all to be careful

I started facing the problem from them to give excuse for not delivering the product stating the mail below and giving the reason which has not stopped even today.

Now the company is not denying to refund the money not delivering the product. If we make a call to their customer care, they have the standard statement: "delivery starts in next 24 hours"/.

Even i have mentioned i will go for "consumer forum". Still no response from them.

Please help me to get the refund.

Delivery was to start w. E. F 01.03.2016. However, it has not been commenced as yet. It was first informed that there was problem in the web site due to which they had lost the order details. Later on they kept on giving some arbitrary dates for commencement of delivery saying that they were facing shortage of delivery men in our area. Then they suggested to ask for refund. Vide my e-mail dated 02.05.2016, i formally requested for refund of rs.918/-. However, till date neither they have refunded the above amount nor they have replied to my repeated e-mails.

Kindly help me in resolving the matter.

24*7fresh.In company doesn't start serving milk even after getting payment for 30 days. I had invoice from company. Nobody is picking up calls from call center and no response after sending 5+ mails. Please find attachment for further analysis of invoice bill and account details. Please take a action against this fraud company.

I ordered 2 ltr Mother Diary milk for one month and below mentioned are the reply

Money ahead of time through order no[protected] dated 14-april-2016, money paid was rs1296 via credit card, sometime they pick the phone and sometime does not and always says that delivery will start in next 2-3 days and there will be confirmation on mobile but till date nothing has been done. This company is fraud, they have taken order of milk on 6 may 2016 (Order #[protected] and money (Rs. 2947.00) ahead of time but i never received any confirmation. Have tried calling to customer care many a times but they are not responding. First time on 12th may they pick the call and i was told that there is some technical issues and they will start delivery of milk from 16th may 2016 which never started. Then again i started calling to their customer care and on 19th may they picked my call and i was told that technical issue is still not resolved and now they will start delivery from 21st may (Again which never started). On 24th may again i had a word with them and they come up with new story, that delivery of milk is stopped from back hence we are unable to deliver it, you can buy fruits and vegetable
For the same amount. When i asked them, that i don't need anything thing now and asked then to cancel my order and refund my money. They said it will take 90-100 days to process refund. These people are still sending fraud emails (See attachment) to trap innocents citizens. These people are cheat and a police complaint should be made against them for cheating people and these guys should be put behind bar. I request all people to get together and file a complaint against the for cheating.

Lots of time i get in touch with the customer care of the company through email and phone for inquiry/delivery about my product against my order.
Lots of time they talk very rudely cut my call and sometimes requested for rescheduled of delivery. Till date neither a single packet delivered nor my money has been refunded. They have not even replied to any of my emails etc and they have also not arranged any calls. They all are lieing. They are a bunch of frauds i am really fed-up with their solutions. On dated 21.05.2016 again i make a call to their customer care and against requested for cancellation and refund. They gave me a complain no 0131 and told that your money will be refunded in two to three working days. Today on dated 26.05.2016 again i make a call to their customer care and asking about my money. 2-3 times they cut my phone. After an hour again i tried they picked and replied that wait for 3-4 month. I told them pls refund my money asap other wise i will go to consumer court. They told "jahan jana hai jawo"

This is regarding the below mentioned order which was booked vide online with 24x7 fresh company operating in delhi and ncr. The said order was supposed to be delivered from 16/05/2016, but was neither delivered nor refund has been initiated.

The said order was made and the payment of rs 3888/- was made in advance. The details are as under:

I made a call on customer care but of no use, rather they told me that money in any case will not going to be refunded. Then an email was marked to their customer care for which till date neither they have responded nor refunded the amount paid.

I fell for the repetitive advertisements on the net. The mails were addressed to me about various advantages of getting their services. I searched a lot for their contact details and managed to get the mail Id. But i did not get any response from the customer help desk for my mail. One day I managed to get the telephone number of a man who assured me that he was running the show at Bangalore from a location on 100 ft in Indiranagar, Bangalore. He also assured that it was a unique service for unique products and stated that they have been running the business for six years. He also gave me a contact number in the event of not getting any response from the customer service. All this happened between 22 April 2016 to 28 April 2016.

Subsequently, on 30 Apr 2016, I subscribed for the supply of full cream Milk from Nandini and transferred Rs.1080 on the net so that they could supply the milk from 01 May 2016. However, till now there has been no milk supply. I can not contact any one as all the numbers given in your website remain unanswered. One employee, whom I managed to contact, informed that they did not receive their salaries from Dec 2015 and hence they had to quit.

May I request you to advise me the course of action to get refund of the money paid by me.

Order id[protected] dated 18th april 2016 no delivery and no refund. Customer care of 24x7 fresh doesn't respond, neither they pick up calls. After 20 follow ups, they started delivery of the milk on 18th may and stopped from 20th may after delivering for 2 days. And now they are blank. They are a bunch of frauds. Where to report? Called up their call centre, no response. Some one picked up after waiting for 15 minutes and told me that the mentioned order id is on someone else name — clear signs of fraud. He said it would be resolved in the next 48 hours. Post 48 hours, they are not picking calls. The delivery started for 2 days after 20 such followups but stopped after 2 days and now mails don't get answered, calls do not get picked up and delivery vendor doesn't respond.

My order has not been delivered and the money had been deducted from my account. Plus they have not even replied to any of my emails etc and they have also not arranged any calls. My money had gone to a waste.

I paid for 2ltr of milk daily for one month of rs 2332 on 30 april16. But on 25 may 16 they are saying that order is cancelled and refund of money will be given after 90 days.
After thousand of attempts they received one call and started talking rudely. They are fraud.

I have subscribed for milk (2 litres 1/2 litre heritage rs.20 + 1 litre vijaya standeredised rs.42 + 1/2 litre vijaya whole milk rs.25).
They have delivered only for 8 days (From jan 30th to feb 6th).
I have spoke with rishi the hr and he has promised that you are facing some issues in hyd and you will be resuming the services from march 1st after a couple of days there was this email stating that you will resume it from march 15th but unfortunately you have not.
Can you please refund the money that i have paid.
