I have subscribed for milk from 24*7 fresh and paid Rs. 662 on 18th May 2016. I have not received any information or email about when will it get started or anything.
Now when i called them on 24th May to check teh status they are talking rudely and saying that they have stopped milk subscription and i can request for some other product or refund. I have requested for refund on which they are saying that it will be done in 3 months time and don't call them before 3 months.
It is highly unprofessional on their part. I called them on 18th may before making payment about possibility of milk delivery in my area and if their intention was true they would have informed me not to subscribe as they are closing milk subscription.
I need my money back at earliest and apology from them.
They should stop taking payments if they can;t deliver.

There was an email ad by 24x7fresh.in for supply of food items at doorstep. I asked for milk as they promised to supply every morning before 7.30 am daily at my address. This was confirmed as I foundthat co was from UP Gurgaon. But they had the network and after their confirming the location for supply, the payment was accepted. I placed the order on line by paying Rs.1350.00 for two pouches of 5oo ml milk.

I have requested to you kindly help for reversal of my money back in my
account without any more days...and not required any delivery from this fake company.

I Placed a milk subscription on 5th may(order id[protected], I paid the money but I did not receive any confirmation of order after two days I call them and they told daily milk delivery will start from 16th may today is 25 th of may still I haven't received it and they are not picking up the call also, I have sent mail but no response.this is a fraud company, can anyone tell me how to get back my money.I am thinking to file a case against this company.

My order id is[protected]. i ordered for mother dairy full cream milk(1/2 litre per day)for 30 days dated on 03 MAY 2016. They promised me for delivery of milk from 15 May2016. But they did not deliver the milk. Now they are saying that they have stopped this business. i have phoned many times to cancel the order and refund but they have refused for refund before 90 days.

I placed an order for mother dairy milk 500ml*2 for 30days on May 12, 2016. I received one mail which said that a delivery person will call me and the delivery of milk will start from 18th or 19th May. However, I have not received any call or further mail from them till now. I have called them multiple times and sent several e-mails but I haven't got any response from them. Finally when today a customer care representative picked my call, he was so rude and after listening to my problem, he said they will start a of some other product and when I said no, he disconnected the call. I have paid Rs. 1026/- for the order. I just need my money back asap.

I would request the authorities to shut down such sham companies who only are there to commit fraud.

We ordered half litre of single toned milk on may 14th and we got a confirmation mail on 16th may saying we will start getting the milk from 18/19/20th may 2016 onwards. Today is 25th but so far we have not received a single packet of milk. One day i saw the van of 24x7 fresh in our colony and i enquired them and they said they deliver fruits and vegetables. If milk is not your supply then refund our money back.

I subscribed for Amul 1 litre full cream milk on 14 may and was told to get the delivery from 16th may which has not been started yet. The agents over the phone are completely dumb. I wrote multiple mails but no reply. Thinking of taking some real serious action. Let's see what I could do. I have the conversations recorded and would be a great fun to hear them and to see how these people talk to the customers. IVR itself is so annoying. You keen to bang your head when you call them.

I had ordered milk subscription with 24x7fresh.In on 05th may 2016. Order detail is as below:

I made them call many times, initially they told supply will started on 16th may but not supplied, so i called them 17th may, they told me due to some shortage, we are not able to process kindly wait for 48 hours you will get 100% its our promise.

But till now i did not receive product, so i call them today (24rd may 2016 at
Customer care was talking very rudely and saying we have closed milk subscription, you can buy other things like vegetables fruits.
So i asked him to return my money, he told it will take 3month to return your money.
After that i asked please transfer your call to manager, he told no one is here.
I asked him please process my cancel request and give me id, he refuse to give me id and said cut your call we will process and send you mail.
But till now i didn't get any mail. Even they are not lifting call. Even they told me it will take 90days to return your money.
How it can be possible sir? 90days i was surprised

Due to inordinate delay from your side, i requested you to cancel my order number[protected] with immediate effect and refund my money i. E., rs 2, 052 (Two thousand and fifty two only) right away. I am still awaiting my payment.

I paid 24x7 fresh rs 2, 052 via online transaction for amul milk on april 30, 2016. After 55 days, the abovesaid milk supply has not been started and i can't wait endlessly. I, therefore, request you to cancel my order number[protected] with immediate effect and return my hard earned money. Till date (24 may 2016) i have not received my payment. I have also asked the credit card team to raise a dispute & they have given the temporary credit but now they have charged me again.

I have taken the subscriptions milk 45 days back and the delivery should start from 1 May which got delayed to the date 16 and then further more for 18 and 24th May. I have called customer care many times and they have given fake dates. They are neither sending me updates and nor giving any reason. I asked them to cancel my subscriptions but they are telling there is a technical problem they are unable to do. I have emailed them but they are not responding to my email.
It's a fraud company and need to be closed and my money Rs.1026 is still with them which need to be returned to me.
Please stop this website ASAP so that other people won't get harm.

I ordered online more than 2 week ago 30 day milk subscription. I was told that my subscription will start May 16th, but it didn't got started. When I call from my registered mobile number and I asked for a refund, I was told we can refund but it will take 3 months for processing, who takes 3 months for processing. I want my refund asap. This is in regard to the order placed as of 1st may 2016 for amul milk (Invoice number[protected], but after doing continuous follow up from my side first your team told that it will be started from 16th may and then they said it will rescheduled to 20th may, then again following up now they say that it has been cancelled and forced me to purchase another product from your site.

It has been very disappointing that you don’t even inform the customer about the status and force the customer to make forced purchase.

Please do the following things:

- confirm that current order is cancelled and refund the amount.
- also confirm why the refund will take 90 days and if that is the case the order was placed as of 1st may 2016 and when the funds will get credited to my account, please compensate the interest for that period.

Please respond on priority and also let me the details of higher management as i need to escalate this issue.

WE placed an order for milk delivery on1st May'2016...no response received and it was delayed...hence on 7th may'2016, , , sent an e-mail @ [protected]@24x7fresh.in

however till date not received refund of my amount...such a fraud company..
customer care executives are useless..they disconnect calls...
Don't know how to talk with customers...not helpful.

Pl. Note that i have subscribed for amul gold milk one liter daily home delivery and paid one month money i. E 1324/- through on line and as per 24x7 fresh executive it was expected for delivery from today, but it is not.
After contacting customer care today (They picked call after doing many calls) the person was saying that they are not able to deliver milk due to some reason in pune. And his response was very poor and rude, once they disconnected my call i again called them.
My request is to refund my money immediately i am not interested in any other product supplied by 24x7fresh.
So please do the needful asap to return this amount in my account.
