I have placed order on 30th apr 2016 order number[protected] for milk and till now delivery is not started. They told me 6th may delivery will start, then due to some technical problem delivery will start from 13th to 16th may 2016 but till today nothing.
No reply of any email sent to [protected]@24x7fresh.In. Today i tried calling then 8 times, always got "all executives are busy, will call you back"... I know there will be no reply from them.

I ordered a milk items but it was not delivered even after 30 days . After calling me many times, Call center guys says milk cannot be delivered so you ( me) buy fruits and vegetables . He was forcing me to take vegetables and fruits and fighting with me . The company is pathetic and not even replies and refunding money. Its a scam . Please help me to get my money back.

It has been more than 20 days since i placed my order of monthly milk subscription and not a single day has it been delivered until now.
No one has contacted me about the whereabouts of my order.
Their customer service guys are top level fraudsters and tricksters.
They don't answer the calls and never did they provide a reason for not delivering my order.
They have disconnected my calls on 100% of the occasions without giving me an explanation of non-delivery and non-information about the status of my order.
On multiple occasions they have talked in abusive language without putting me on hold or on mute and were least bothered by it.
They made false promises of providing refund and compensatory 25% discount which i never got.

I have booked my Milk Delivery on 27th April'16. When no response was received by 30th April, I contacted on phone and was told that delivery would start on 3rd or 4th May.
Till date the delivery has not been started and now no one bothers to pick up the phone.

I don't know what additional information is required? No one is reponding either by mail or phone. I think FIR should be lodged against the company. Seems they have fled with the money.

My order no. is[protected]. I made an order worth Rs.3504.60 on 15th May 2016. Till date they haven't fulfilled the order and when i called them they said they wont be able to fulfill it in near future. Then i asked to refund my money. They said it will take 90 days. I made them call many times, initially they told it will take 5working days to deliver. After i got below mail:

Dear customer

Thank you for showing interest in 24x7fresh. We have successfully processed your order for the delivery of at your door steps. We shall start delivering the milk (Quantity as requested) at your door steps from 18/19/20th may 2016 depending on the system feasibility.

We assure you that once our services begins it will continue uninterrupted.

Fyi - before starting our services, your local area supervisor will connect with you for confirmation of delivery start date.

Count for milk shall begin from the day our service starts.

So i called them 20th may, they told me due to some shortage, we are not able to process kindly wait for 48 hours you will get 100% its our promise.

But till now i did not receive product, so i call them today (23rd may 2016 at 12:34pm)
Customer care was talking very rudely and saying we have closed milk subscription, you can buy other things like vegetables fruits.
So i asked him to return my money, he told it will take 3month to return your money.
After that i asked please transfer your call to manager, he told no one is here.
I asked him please process my cancel request and give me id, he refuse to give me id and said cut your call we will process and send you mail.
But till now i didn't get any mail. Even they are not lifting call. Even they told me it will take 90days to return your money.
How it can be possible sir? 90days i was surprised

This company is big fraud company. I ordered daily milk. Service did not start on time. I called them daily and their executive on call is the big dumb. Everytime he gives new time and it fails. It started after 10 days. And again after 5-6 days it stopped automatically without any notification. I use to call customer care daily but no body pick ups call. I asked customer care to complain consumer forum but he said very rudely go where ever you want to go and complain. I got only for 6 days milk and paid for 30 days.

I have purchased mother dairy milk 500ml*2 for 30days on 05th of may. But as of now i have neither received any call nor email regards to my delivery. I have called them multiple times but still haven't got any response from them. The representatives are so unprofessional who take the feedback in such a casual way and if you ask to speak to supervisor they simply disconnect the call. I have paid approx 1040/- rs. I just want a solution for this.

Order #[protected]... I have given order of milk... However we are not getting the same... Once called after 10days for follow-ups... They are advising that we are unable to serve the milk... And it will take 90 days to process the refund. Request you to please refund my payment asap... Otherwise we do not have any option to lodge a complaint in consumer court.

I did not get my milk delivery till now.. You said that it will be get delivered till 3rd may, 2016,. I have allready paid you the money of rs. 1296. I have subscribed online to egg subscription fortnightly (Order no[protected] dt 10/5/2016) and milk subscription (Order no[protected] dt 15/5/2016 but has not received any of the items from company nor any communication. On enquiry from call centre they informed me that my subscription has been cancelled and they will refund my money in 90 days without any guarantee. This is a case of fraud from a company which has taken subscription amount and has not communicated with consumer of any change in plan and has unnecessary wasted his time and energy.

20 days back i've placed an order till date there is no response fron them don't make any order i lost my money. I've actually subscribed for milk [ nandini shubham 2 packets 515 ml milk (Orange pack) x 30 days ] waste of 1, 080.00/- rs. I've tried making call to the number initially there was a guy answering after that nowadays some one answers the call but he is not speaking.

Online shopping help many people save more time, able to see lot of product able to compare prices easily, but if a online shopping like this does like this then people will scare to make online purchase.

Please take action. It is not only loss of mine it will reflect the business if a shopping site like this exists.

I have placed a order no:[protected] on 20th may 2016 and the amount of 1577/- from netbanking. Request you to block the website and give them punishment. Because those people are making very good network of fraud.
They have given one number in the website and they have written that if you will give miscall we will call you back.

When we are calling that number the call got disconnecting. But no one calling back. Request you to block the website and make a case against this company. And refund my money back of rs 1577/-.

I placed order #[protected] on may 11, 2016 for milk supply. Paid rs. 1674.00 vide credit card.

After a couple of followups, i was told milk supply would commence may 18/19. However, after that they are not contactable. No picking up phone calls/ not responding to emails sent (2 nos).

I have checked internet and saw that many people have faced same experience.

Please help get a refund from this company.

I had made the payment of rs.2325.00 on 19.05.2016 for daily supply of 1 litre amul full cream milk and 1 tender coconut per day for 30 days. The payment was debited from my credit card but no receipt was generated on the 24x7fresh site. Though the payment has been done my account on their site shows that no orders have been placed. I tried calling multiple times at the number[protected] given on website but got ivrs response that customer care officers are busy and they will call back. Also on 19.05.2016 i had given a complaint on their website but nobody has bothered to reply.
Please refund the amount paid.

No response from customer support. No call backs even if promised. Had ordered fro milk delivery of thirty days. Seems like a fraud company.

I purchased online subscription for delivery of 2 ltr milk for one month from 24*7 fresh but they have failed to deliver even after 25 days. Keep on giving false promises about the date. My order number is[protected] logged in on 27th april 2016.

Delivery is to be done in gurgaon. Everytime there us a different excuse given

I have booked mothly milk subcription with oder id 10004761 from 24x7fresh.In on 14/05/2016 they had mailed me subcription detail on 16/05/2016 there is mentioned that subcription will be start 18/19/20th may 2016 depending on the system feasibility but still no response from their side.

Today i have tried four times to contect them but they have not responsed & two times cut the phone without answering.

I want to money back with interest if they start delivering from 22.05.2016.

I ordered milk on 14/04/2016 for 1377/- for a month from 24x7fresh.In. Many times i did followup with their customer care they kept saying that it will take 1 week of processing time. Next time they said their system has some technical issue etc.
I have complained and send mail for cancellation but they have not even replied. They have not refunded the money even after more than a month. My order id[protected]. Please take action.
